32.missing Alex.

Since we were together in Bali almost 2 months ago until now we have not met again just once Alex sent me news he said now he is very busy so can not see me.

I don't mind it because since there's been a problem with the mega-projects in Bandung I don't have time to think about my personal affairs, I'm too focused on handling the company's affairs.

Like now I have to go back to the city of Bandung to handle the project there, when only 2 days ago I returned to Jakarta, but now I am here again.

Last morning at the office Mike called telling me to come here suddenly because there were some things about the project that needed direct supervision from me.

tock...

"get in,"

"Mer, Mr. Ronald just called me he's asking you to go to Bandung again"

"why, didn't he say he could temporarily replace me overseeing the project there" I replied still busy pursuing the files stacked on my desk.

"he said there were some things on the project that you had to handle yourself"

"connect me to him now" I said, leaning my body in the work chair.

"well"The members immediately contacted Mike to speak to me directly.

After hearing a lengthy explanation from Mike about what happened in the project, I immediately told him to book my departure ticket this afternoon to Bandung.

"please handle the business here" I said to Angela before my plane took off.

"yes, I'll handle the job here while you're gone".

until in the city of Bandung it was Mike himself who picked me up in Bandara.

"Almera" he greeted me with a wave of his hand.

"Mike what are you doing here, where is the driver who picked me up" I walked towards him.

"i picked you up" he said with a big laugh at me.

"why"tanyaku with a cengo on her.

"you mean"

"oh sory.., I mean thank you for taking the trouble to pick me up myself", I said as I walked beside him to the airport parking lot.

"no problem, I did deliberately want to pick you up when I knew you were going to Bandung this afternoon".

I did not answer the word that seemed to have a double meaning, I chose to immediately enter the car he was carrying.

"you've eaten" he asked when we both got in his car.

"i just want to get to the hotel and get some rest" I said, leaning on the head of the chair's back, trying to close my tired eyes.

"you mind if I take a little dinner before I drive to the hotel" he said softly.

Actually I was very lazy to eat dinner, but I just remembered that since last afternoon I had not had time to eat anything.

"all right, let's stop by for dinner first" I replied to him.

hearing me approve of his proposal Mike looks very happy.

"what do you want to eat"

"something a little light to eat at this hour" I said because it was already quite late at night for dinner.

"how about the typical food of the cityBandung"

"no problem"

Before long Mike turned his car to a restaurant that provides typical food of the flower city.

"what do you want to eat" Mike asked me as we both sat on the restaurant bench.

I looked briefly at the menu on the menu, everything looks so delicious I thought, but considering it's almost midnight if I eat too heavy it can be hard to sleep.

"this is it" I said, choosing to order a plate of batagor and warm ginger milk.

"you don't want anything else" asked Mike before giving our order to the waiter standing next to the table.

"this is enough" I said.

"you're still wearing the necklace"he asked to arrive while waiting for the waiter to deliver the order.

"ha, why"when I touched the necklace on my neck.

"i'm a simple person, and I don't really care what I wear as long as it's comfortable" I replied to her.

Mike did not continue the question anymore because the waiter had already come to deliver our order.

"it looks delicious" I said reflexively when I saw our order placed on the table.

Mike just smiled to see me commenting on the food delivered by the waiter.

"sorry" I said "i haven't had a chance to eat anything since noon" giving him an explanation of my comments.

"no problem, you eat"

we just eat in silence there is no casual chatter like when I eat with Alex, I thought.all of a sudden moments like this I miss the figure of Alex.

"you're done" asked Mike when he saw me pushing the plate and eating only half the food on my side.

"yes" I replied as I sipped my drink on the table.

"is it not good"

"tasteful but it looks like my stomach is only able to hold a little food tonight"

After we both finished Mike paid for the cashier's meal and drove me straight home.

"thank you" I said as I got out of the car.

"i'll help you with your suitcase"

"no need, just let the waiter" then I went from before him.

After arriving in the room I immediately threw my body on the big bed that was there.

Ting.A new message came into my phone, I was lazily looking for my phone that was still in my handbag.

I opened my smartphone to see who had just sent the message.

Alex!! I sat down when I found out who had just sent my phone message.

Alex hadn't contacted me the last time we were in contact before I left for the States at the time, it was just a short message saying he was going to shoot a movie,and maybe it will be difficult to contact when the location later because the cell phone signal there is difficult.

"Almer, you're asleep" she asked me.

I looked at my wrist at 12:30 p.m., where he was, my inner self.

"not yet have I arrived in the city of Bandung" I replied to him.

"i'm also being hummed"

what..!!, suddenly my heart thumped reading his reply.

"when have you been in town?"

"a week ago, I had a job here, what about you?"

"maybe I'll be in Bandung for a few days until my business is done"

"i mean" I'm a little pounding hearing her question, honestly right now I'm missing Alex.

"can we meet when you're free, I miss you"

"yes" I replied with a heart of flowering flowers hearing the word longing he wrote.

"when?"write to Alex.

whatt..!!as soon as I was tired of reading the message Alex had just sent, I got out of bed and walked back and forth in the room.

I saw my watch, it's late tomorrow I have to go to the construction site of the project, but little heart says I really want to meet alex. If we don't meet now I don't know when we can meet anytime soon .

Because now we're both so busy it's hard to find time to meet.

I took a slow breath before replying to Alex's message.

"yes, let's meet now".
