After asking the people around my footsteps stopped at a famous blacksmith shop in the country. When I opened the door clanking the sound of bells sounded.
"Welcome, can I help you?"
It is surprising that this store is run by a woman who looks feminine from the outside.
"I need a gun."
"Please, my dad's out so I'm temporarily guarding his shop."
In other words he wasn't really a forger.
"What kind of weapon do you want?"
"The dagger that has the strongest endurance."
"Dagger knife, we have one but the price is very expensive... would you like to see it?"
So I asked him to show it. It is not placed in the storefront but rather stored neatly in a box placed behind the counter.
When the chest opened a dagger with beautiful carvings was clearly visible.
"Is this the best quality?"
"Yes, how do you use it later, the blade is very powerful, maybe even this is the only one in this world."
I felt like I was being cheated right now, seeing my slightly dubious expression as this shopkeeper pointed out something shocking, he pulled out a sword then he collided into the dagger slowly and within a short time it broke with its tip flying into the ceiling.
"Eh? Just now."
"This weapon is very dangerous, I advise not to use cooking and only used when fighting alone."
The shopkeeper gave it to me for me to see clearly, this weapon is terrible but this is what I need to defend myself.
"How much?"
"Three hundred gold coins."
"The sword does not need to be replaced."
The shopkeeper is so observant.
I added some gold coins to buy another knife I kept on my waist as well as for an additional several tens of needles on my thigh.
"This is the first time I've seen someone buy a lot of things like this?"
"I like something simple, if necessary I just throw the gun when dealing with the enemy."
"You must be a trained man."
If it has to be said then that's the way it is, my family was born into a military family so things like this aren't foreign to me.
I was thinking of buying a horse but for now I just decided to buy a five foot meal before renting an inn.
"It's too big miss, one silver coin is enough to rent one room a night."
"really?"
I was taken in by the innkeeper who was guarding the counter, thanks to which I understood the value of currency in this world.
One gold coin is equal to 50 silver coins and one silver coin is equal to 50 bronze coins.
To buy one bread for one bronze and depending on the stuffing it is sometimes up to 4-5 bronze, really this world is not too expensive.
When I asked how the daily wage of odd jobs they usually paid 5 silver coins for one day, and I can understand that one will most likely not go hungry here even if buying things like clothes and other supports is quite expensive.
I laid my body on the bed while staring at the unfamiliar ceiling, if I had to say the one thing I still wanted to see was magic. When I imagined it I was getting sleepy and that day I missed a bath.
Not wanting to smell the unpleasant smell from me, I decided to take a shower before going out.
"Usually someone will stay three days, instead of too soon you to go?"
"I want to go on an adventure, sorry about that."
"It's okay, at a glance you must be a traveler."
I'm glad someone could conclude that.
"Well horse? try going to the bar in the south, where the merchants always visit, there may be someone who will sell it."
"I understand, thank you."
I tossed one gold coin that was caught well by him.
"This?"
"Information costs."
"Once again you waste money, I'll nag me again before leaving."
I used a thousand steps to escape. Following the direction indicated by the innkeeper I arrived at a bar in question, when viewed from the sky that began to feel warm I thought it was already 9 am.
I opened the bar door with a smile on my face, it was strange that this morning there were so many people.
"Do any of you want to sell a horse?"
Silence seemed to fill this room for a moment until a man in the corner raised his hand.
"I'll sell it."
"I want to see it."
I was taken to a stables filled with several tails inside.
"Choose what you like, honestly there are rarely any transactions regarding the purchase of horses in this city, but I see that you need it very much."
"Your instinct is right, I want to get out of town by noon today."
"Hoh, can you ride a horse?"
I nodded in agreement, when I was a child I took care of a pony, because I was getting bored just because I couldn't take it to the streets so I sold it. But now it's different.
"Hows it? Which horse do you like?"
"I chose this white one."
"It's a good choice even though I'm not sure you can afford it, this horse is very expensive and also."
I gave her a bag of money.
"Agreed."
That is the best way to silence a greedy merchant.
"I'll put a saddle on it too, if there's anything you need again just say it."
"Then I need a map and also a recommendation of good places."
"I'll get it ready as soon as possible."
The luggage already, the weapons already, the map already. With this I can finally go on an adventure.
Far up on the hill I could see the city I had previously left, I stroked my horse which I named White, she was a female. He was still young even so he was quite a strong and formidable horse.
"Let's go."
Following my words the horse began to run, the recommendation of the merchant was a village not far from here, they planted chili and happened to be harvesting.
They often process chili into food that is much different from most people do.
While searching for magic that could send me back, I guess adventure after food is also quite promising."
When I got to the village it didn't look all right, some people seemed to be sitting in the driveway with disappointed faces.
"Hello over there, are you guys okay? Not that you're harvesting chili or something" I said.
"We were already harvesting, but the mountain bandits came and took everything, now we'll have trouble going forward."
"Those bandits are really brave, and then have you reported them to the authorities."
"They don't care, they say it's just a chilli not too valuable to take back."
I was a little upset when I heard it.
