After collapsing, Uge heard a voice again. His head was in great pain, his body was immovable, broken glass was everywhere. The screams of those who were helping, the flickering of the sirens of ambulance cars and the police made her head even more dizzy. He tried to remember what happened.
Mr Nata? How conditions? Why not, where is he?
Suddenly a policeman looked at him, then shouted loudly at the people around him, "The other one is still alive, let's get it out, quick!" Hearing this, Uge was like being crushed by millions of tons of guilt. He was so scared.
"Immediately notify the families of the passengers who died" said another policeman who was near the stretcher to be put in the ambulance.
Uge feels as the cause of Mr. Nata's death. He did not know anyone else had shot his car, pictured Widi's face when he found out that she was the cause of his father's death. Uge hopes his life will be taken, not the life of Mr. Nata. Her tears flowed more than the blood on her head. Weighing the burden of guilt on Widi he was unable to overcome anymore, Uge fainted again.

It had been 5 days Uge was in the hospital room. The first 2 days Uge lay unconscious. Next to Uge, Santoso faithfully waited, occasionally reading the small Qur'an in his hand. According to doctors, Uge's condition will physically improve soon, he did have a strong impact on the head, but the wound was not too big, he also did not have a fracture. But psychologically, Uge experienced a trauma that needed to be treated seriously. When Uge woke up, he often shouted while beating himself up unconscious again.2 days later, Uge was able to calm down, but he rarely wanted to talk. Now he is more often treated by psychiatric doctors.
Santoso has handed over office affairs to 2 of his other co-workers. He felt Uge needed him more than the office, only he could be considered the brother of this man, this kara, Uge's friends in Bandung did not know about this accident because Santoso was not familiar with them.
Santoso closed the Qur'an he read, he approached Uge who had awoken listening to Santoso's reading. His face looks calmer.
"You're awake, how's he doing?" ask Santoso.
Uge looked at Santoso as if he was trying to recognize him.
"Santos?" ask Uge.
Santoso just nodded then helped Uge who was trying to sit down.
"Why am I here, San? What's the pain?" ask Uge confused. Santoso is glad Uge has spoken to him. Since then, he just wanted to talk to the doctor. But Santoso hesitates to tell what really happened.
"You just need to rest, so that his wounds heal" Santoso said.
"Gue was an accident?" asked Uge while paying attention to his injuries.
Santoso nodded while pressing the nurse's caller button. The doctor asks Santoso to call him if Uge wakes up.
"Gue doang or did someone else get into the accident?" ask Uge.
"Female, man cannot resist destiny. Age is God's secret. When it's time, be in the car, be in the office or in bed, it's the same."
"Oh, someone's dead, who's San?" ask Uge.
"Pak Nata" replied Santoso.
"Sir Nata? That's who San is?" ask Uge.
Uge's question made Santoso astonished. Suddenly the door opened, a team of doctors, nurses and police wanted to enter the room. A doctor asked the police to wait outside.
"Good afternoon Mr. Erlangga, it looks healthier already" said the doctor who looks the most senior. Uge just nodded while shaken. One of the doctors also asked Santoso to wait outside. When outside the police asked Santoso to speak, he already knew Santoso.
"Like news in newspapers and TV, this accident is indeed a murder case related to corruption cases that are being handled by the deceased. The perpetrator, both the executor and the mastermind, we have arrested,. His case is in court. Mr. Erlangga had nothing to do with the killer, almost a victim. We originally wanted to present Mr. Erlangga as a witness in court but the doctor did not allow it, because Mr. Erlangga's psychiatric condition would get worse if it was done. I'm here just to confirm the doctor's description," said Mr. Police.
A nurse came out to ask the policeman to come in and Santoso was asked to wait in the room of Professor Fikri, the most senior psychiatric doctor, after examining Uge, he wanted to talk to Santoso.
Santoso searched the room and waited. While waiting, he saw the newspapers with the headline of the heroic story of Mr. Nata, he read one of the newspapers. After covering the papers, Professor Fikri finally showed up.
"Good afternoon Mr. Santoso." Sapa Professor Fikri.
"Good afternoon Professor Fikri, so how's Erlangga doing?" ask Santoso.
"His physique has recovered, but his psychiatric problems still need to be taken seriously. If you talk psychologically does not mean crazy, yes" said Professor Fikri with a smile.
“Iya I understand, prof, so what is Mr Erlangga going through, Prof?”
"Astagfirlloh, the cause was the accident, Prof?" ask Santoso.
"The cause was a traumatic event, he could have been traumatized in his accident, traumatized by the murder, traumatized by feeling guilty about the deceased, many possibilities, which obviously he was traumatized," professor Fikri said.
"Is this disorder temporary, Prof?" ask Santoso.
"Dissociative Amnesia Disorder can last only a few hours, but can also take years. It all depends on her ability to face the reality of the events that traumatized her. The problem is, those affected by Dissociative Amnesia disorder will usually stay away from everything that will open the memory that has been lost, such as places, goods to people. This disorder can disappear suddenly just as it did when it appeared. The good news is that if it is cured, the chances of recurrence are relatively small" Professor Fikri replied.
"Will he still be able to carry out his daily activities, Prof?" ask Santoso.
"Dissociative Amnesia Case is unique in that only the memory associated with the traumatic event is lost. While parts of the memory that are not directly related to the trauma or basic habit patterns, such as the ability to read, speak, and various skills that have been owned remain normal," replied Professor Fikri.
"How to deal with a person affected by Dissociative Amnesia, Prof?" ask Santoso.
"Each case has a different way of handling because the cause of the disorder and the mental condition of each patient is also different. There are cases that would be better for the patient's psyche if the memory is left alone to disappear, but there are also cases that are not even good for the psyche if the memory is lost it can not return. To deal with Mr. Erlangga, of course, we must study his condition in order to know which is best for him, whether to restore his memory immediately, or wait until he is ready, it could also be better to let the memory disappear. For the time being, I suggest making him feel calm first" Professor Fikri suggested.
"What should I do to calm him down, Prof?" ask Santoso.
"Don't rush to force him to return his lost memories, let him return to his usual activities, if there's his strange new nature, it was a form of escapism he was unaware of to distance himself from memories that could traumatize him. Usually, if he really feels calm, he will have many questions about his lost memory, that's when we can help him. Find a way for him to consult a psychiatrist, I know it's not easy, it would sound like a mental illness, right? Well, this is all I can say for a while, Mr. Santoso," said Professor Fikri.
"Well Professor Fikri, thank you for the explanation." Santoso said goodbye to meet Uge in his room.
Tomorrow Uge was allowed to go home, after he arrived at his temporary home and office in Fatmawati, Uge immediately checked the work that escaped his attention while in the hospital. Apparently Santoso did not have to bother asking Uge to do his activities as Professor Fikri suggested.
"San, I don't care about writing a newspaper headline about Mr. Nata, it's up to him what a high official kek, I know, I'm almost a victim because of him. Next time you have to check the background of people who want to meet me, do not let me get caught up with other people's problems," said Uge annoyed.
"Yes Angga, but Mr. Nata was there before I joined, even I don't know his business relationship with you" Santoso replied.
"Why can't you know? If I forget, it's natural! I am in an accident. So what's your function? Keep the important documents of the establishment of your simple company where? Bring it here, I'm looking around, I can't see you," Uge ordered.
"You never gave me anything, Ga." replied Santoso.
"Well, you I asked because I thought I could work, San. Fortunately you temen my old. Yes you're looking for later, you should have the initiative dong ask all the things you should know to me, keep your men where? Stupido?" ask Uge.
“In the field, without development Al Kahfi Land,” Santoso replied.
"Huh what? Are they architects? Waduh, it's a mess the way lu nanganin company when I don't exist," said Uge annoyed.
"Before the accident you asked me to help the field, then I asked them to replace my duties, because I was focused on dealing with your health problems" said Santoso.
"Huh? Focus on my health? Are you a doctor? You focus the same field you dong, take care of the office!" Snap Uge.
"Oke Angga, sorry yes," said Santoso patiently.
"One more San, you can't call me 'Pak Erlangga? Don't challenge us, you don't want to respect me, I'm now your boss, San. Not crazy respect, only if you carelessly call 'Angga', then others also come," said Uge.
Santoso just nodded, he began to feel the change in Uge's attitude. True Professor Fikri said, Uge is building his new identity.
For people who only knew Uge after the accident, Uge looks normal, as a reliable company mover, he said, even with his new identity he has an iron fist capable of speeding up his business empire alongside big companies, Uge has modified his appearance and lifestyle to deserve to sit in the singasana. The afterlife which was always attached to his words and deeds has also been forgotten. Only Santoso knows that Uge has become a new man named Erlangga Yusuf, do not call him again with the name Angga, let alone Uge, because it is not his name anymore.
