Who Are You ?

In an apartment room.

William sits in front of his laptop while enjoying a glass of coffee.

He was moving his camera files onto his laptop. Several times he rolled the mouse, staring at the screen after screen the results of his shots for two weeks.

Two weeks ago, William had just arrived in Jakarta, after finishing his business school for three years in

Western Ontario Canada.

He did not come home alone, his two friends from Canada, Mark and Jacob, went with him. They are planning a holiday in Indonesia.

Finally, the choice fell on Bali and Jogjakarta. So, for almost two weeks, William also invited them to explore all corners of the Island of the Gods, and enjoy every corner of the beauty that is full of exoticism of the city of Jogjakarta.

Suddenly william's hand stopped rolling the mousse button. He looked at his laptop screen carefully.

"Click" William pressed the zoom button.

William stared at the portrait of the girl's face fixedly.

William rested his head on the cushion of the chair, both hands he used to support his back nape.

" Who Are You ??? " William muttered slowly.

"Tok tock. Kleeek"

The door to his room is open. A blonde haired girl rushed inside, and immediately threw out her butt sitting on the bed.

"Hi, man,. Will, that's,.." Sapa Julia's.

"Hi, uh,..." William only glanced at his sister for a moment.

Feeling unattended, Julia got up from her seat and approached her sister.

Julia sat on the edge of the table, then turned to look at the laptop in front of William. With his right hand, he shifted William's laptop screen towards him.

"Wow,...!! Surprised !!" Julia stared at the laptop screen with widened eyes.

" Who is she ? " Julie continued the question in a curious tone.

" Angel !" William Sahut.

" Her name is Angel ?"

" Haha,... " William did not answer Julia's question, but instead laughed out loud.

Julia scrunched her forehead seeing William's reaction to her question.

"Come on Will,... I seriously asked. Who is he ? Is Angel your boyfriend ? "

" I don't know who she is. But, uh,... Julia Look. Doesn't she really look like an angel ?? She's so pretty, innocent, and, I don't know,.. I can't explain it "

"Huh !... I thought she was your girlfriend. It's just an internet photo"

"No ! I took a picture of the girl. In one twilight. In the car. When my trip back from Jogja"

"Why don't you get her acquainted ?"

"Once,.. He looks like, untouchable."

"When are you going to introduce your girlfriend ? Oh, No. Mean, i,.. When are you gonna have Will's girlfriend ?? "

"Did I look so pathetic not having a boyfriend ?" William replies to Julia's question with a question.

"Huh, uh,.. You're a Will. You are William Stevan Ballard. A mature, handsome, and wealthy man. Which girl would reject you ?? But the truth is you've never had a girl in your life"

"I'll have it, Julia. Believe this. I just need to find the right girl for me to marry"

"One Life - One Wife. I don't have to waste my life courting a lot of women"

"That sounds like an excuse to me" Julia put her mouth away, because her sister kept on giving it up.

"You know Will ?? Mommy worried is with you. He once expressed his anxiety to me. He thought, if you have a different soul "

"A different soul ? what means that ?"

William doesn't seem to understand what Julia means.

" Yes, though,... A different soul. Like this."

Julia raised her middle and index fingers, left and right, and then demonstrated a quotation mark, which means a figure of speech or a gesture of something.

" Like this ? " William follows Julia's finger.

"I don't understand" william continued.

"How stupid you are ! Mommy's worried that you're not the real guy. Mommy is worried if you become gay " Julia said in an exasperated tone.

"Gay ?? Ha ha ha" William laughed back and forth to hear his sister's words.

"Tell Mommy, please,.. He doesn't have to worry about that. If I wanted to, I could've impregnated 10 girls overnight. Ha ha ha" William again laughed out loud.

"Tell Mommy yourself" Julia said.

"Oh yeah Will, yeah,.. When are you going home ? Mommy told you to come over tonight, for family dinner"

"Say the same Mommy. Can't tonight. I'll take Mark and Jacob to the airport. Their flight tonight" William said.

"Hm, um,... All right, I'll tell Mommy"

"Oh yeah Will, yeah,... Can I ask you something ?" Julia hugged her brother's arm spoiled.

"I guessed it. You wouldn't stop by my apartment if it was just to get a message from Mommy"

"He he he" Julia laughed.

"What do you want this time ? I'm not flying anywhere anymore, so you can't ask me to buy you the things you want"

William understood his brother's habits. Every time she would return to Indonesia, Julia would have ordered to buy branded goods at the airport. The reason is, the stuff at the airport, everything is tax free. It makes a lot of sense actually.

"You don't have to fly anywhere to buy something I want this time" Julia said in a confident tone.

"And,.. what is it ?" William raised both his eyebrows upwards.

"Buy me a car !" Julia with enthusiasm.

William knows Julia wanted to own a car for a long time, but Daddy never allowed it. Although actually Julia has been good at driving a car even since she was in High School.

William also taught Julia how to drive a car. Often William took his sister for a walk. Then in the middle of the trip, Julia would ask to change to drive a car.

But, since William to Canada, then it was never done again. Because Daddy really forbade Julia from bringing a car.

Just like Daddy's treatment of Mommy. Daddy gave Mommy a car, but at once with his personal driver.

"A woman is the Queen, and the Queen does not drive her own car. He just needs to sit down sweetly, and enjoy the ride gracefully" Daddy said.

To Mommy, Daddy's speech was a flattery. Proof of love and attention. But not Julia. According to Julia, Daddy's attitude is very selfish and discriminatory.

"Come Will,... I'll be on my birthday soon. Buy me a car. Pleaseee William" Julia seduces her brother.

"Why not try to ask Daddy ? Perhaps He will approve your request this time"

"Uhh, man,.. Impossible ! Daddy won't let it !" Julia pouting.

"Then, then,.. If Daddy doesn't let you have a car, will I allow you ??" William said with a meaningful smile.

Julia was getting annoyed at this.

"This is so unfair ! Look, you're given everything. You have a car, an apartment, and soon you have your own company. While I ? Not even a car I gave. I've been to Will's college, but it's still kind of like a kindergarten kid who's always on the driver's side. If I don't want to take the driver, then I have to take a taxi. It sucks"

Julia grunts, and takes her bag from William's bed. He intends to leave, as he unsuccessfully seduces William into buying him a car.

Julia stood up, and stepped towards the door.

"Hey, Julia. Maybe I can buy you a car" William said suddenly.

"really ?" Julia turned her body around with a big smile.

"Of course !" William is sure.

"Oh, man,.. I love you Will. You're the best sister in the whole world" Julia hugged her brother's arm in excitement.

"But it's not easy. You're not gonna get it just like that. There are conditions" William said.

"What is that ? Whatever the conditions I will do" Julia said confidently.

William seemed to think for a moment. Actually, he did not know what conditions he would give to his sister. Suddenly he remembered something,...

"Who's your girlfriend's name now ?"

Julia squinted her forehead.

"Dimas" he said then quickly.

"My boyfriend's name is Dimas"

"But why are you asking my girlfriend's name ?"

" okay. COOKED. Until the end of this year, you can't change that name"

"I mean ?" julia asked because she didn't understand what William meant.

"You're Julia's girl. But you always change girlfriends. That's not very good"

"Of course I changed my girlfriend. If my boyfriend turns out to be a jerk, do I have to keep him? No, right?" Julia tried to defend herself.

"Yes. But that's the condition. If you want to get a car from me. Then you can't replace your DIMAS, at least until the end of the year. Or our deal is off. And you won't get anything from me" William said in a serious tone.

"OK, fine. I will do it !" Julia Sahut.

"Deal ??" William raised his fist up to his chest.

"Deal !" Julia returned William's fist.

William and Julia do tos as a sign of agreement.

Julia then breezed out of William's room door with a triumphant smile. He got his wish from William. Yes, although with an agreement of course.

As soon as Julia's footsteps disappeared, William turned his chair back to the table.

He resumed his work that had paused. Move files from the camera to his laptop.

William's gaze returned to the illuminated laptop screen. The figure of the veiled girl on the side of the train window was still there.

"Father. Who are you ??"
