A short message that went into Aleena's phone made her both shocked and anxious. The lover who promised not to be sick instead lay helpless on the sickle mattress with an infusion tube stuck in his hand.

"Mas-"

His mind has drifted here and there. He's really worried. It is fitting that the message does not come back, and it turns out this is the answer.

"Back of flight from Japan, back to Japan. Just two days there back here and had to turn the brain to face the rats of the rice field who tried to disturb his life. Rela didn't sleep just because he wanted to solve his problems in a day."

Aleena was speechless when she read Agha's message. Aleena exhaled a rough breath let alone looking at the pale face of Rangga which made her heart unsettled.

"Mas, why do you have to break your promise?" he said it was so weak.

.

Aksa and Riana looked very anxious when Rangga was lying limp on the sickly bed. No sound from them. However, the face of worry as a parent is very obvious.

"Our son has worked very hard. It's time for her to take a break." Riana did not answer. He even sat next to Rangga's sick bed with a look full of sadness.

"Reply recover, Brother. Don't make Mommy sad about your condition." Aksa smiled happily while gently rubbing Riana's shoulder.

"The stairs will be fine. Trust me, Daddy."

Aksara closes the info about the pain of Rangga. The hospital he chose was truly an elite and private hospital. All very strict care. No one's big family knows. Only Aska did she tell.

"Gua salute you, Bang." Aska praised her sister.

"Lu really put up a body for Rangga. Though he's not your flesh blood."

Aksa responded with a smile. Seeing Rangga was like seeing himself as a child, but in the orphan version. He will continue to pursue his dreams without asking for help from those around him while he can still do it himself.

.

"Are you serious?"

Axel had already asked Aleena. The woman he thought was like his sister nodded.

"I need to find the info first."

"Do I know where he is?" Axel nodded. Inevitably he followed the wishes of Aleena.

"Bang, but don't let Baba know." Axel nodded as well.

At the hospital where Rangga was treated only Agha was allowed to look after Rangga. Agha had to enter with strict security. Also with a face that no one can recognize.

Agha let out a rough sigh when she was able to enter the elder sister's treatment room. He saw Rangga still lying weak. The effect of the medicine was quite harsh making him sleep so quietly. Rangga was diagnosed with fatigue and required him to rest for three days in the hospital for recovery. Also phones that should not be used during recovery time.

"Sister, how much love for Nana that Brother willing to sacrifice like this?" murmured Agha.

The face of the elder brother looked even more handsome when he slept like that. Rangga's face did not change from childhood. Still handsome and now more and more well-groomed. Agha asked permission from his father to look after Rangga until the morning. The school is off tomorrow. The alphabet allows.

There was no sign of Rangga opening her eyes. He's like a sleeping prince. Until the sound of Agha's phone clinks and he widens his eyes when reading the contents of a message sent by someone.

"Airport?"
