"That's it, if you don't want to be no problem either. But don't expect you to see Naufal again." Kenzi just left. He heads to the operating room leaving Alin frustrated.

"Kenzi, can't you see my old love? Even until now you are the only man who is in the heart," muttered Alin sadly.

Maybe for Kenzi, she is just a cheap woman who deserves to be a mistress. Tears splattered on Alin's white cheeks. He walked into the operating room, waiting outside with a chaotic heart. His heart and mind are at war.

"Can I live without Naufal? Can I live if I don't meet Naufal? But, as Kenzi's mistress, what other suffering would I feel?" Alin continued muttering alone, questioning his life after Naufal came out of the operating room later.

After waiting for some time, the door of the operating room finally opened.

Doctor Adrian came out with a tired-looking face. However, there was a relieved smile adorning his lips.

"Mrs Alin, congratulations. Ananda Naufal's son's operation was successful. He'll be transferred to the inpatient room soon. After three days you can go home," said Dr. Adrian.

The young doctor left Alin who was smiling full of happiness. He has chosen.

Alex the assistant was there. He stood beside the bed on the right. His face looked stiff without a smile. Very contrary to his master.

Alin walked towards Kenzi's bed, while the nurse immediately closed the door.

Kenzi's smiling face welcomed Alin's presence, and even his smile reached his eyes.

"Kenzi, are you smiling? You're so happy to trample on my pride?"

Kenzi unconsciously widened his smile even more.

Alin shook his head. "Kenzi, I've decided. Please live happily with Nau. You ... You can definitely make her happy, happier than being with me. I tipped the child," said Alin then turned to leave the room in tears.
