After Parting Five Years

A good boy

Kenzi walked into Alin's nursery with very heavy footsteps. He walked while thinking how to convey this sad news to the woman?

Kenzi sighed softly. Shouldn't he have taken care of that woman? Just tell me his mother died. Why is she afraid that she is sad? Wh-wh-what for?

Kenzi's brain and heart are in conflict with each other. 

When his right hand opened the door of the room, he heard a roaring cry from within.

"Say one more time, Sus? Sister must be lying! My mother could not have died!" yelled Alin hysterically.

Naufal was crying too. 

"Grandma's still there, isn't she, Mam? Nau wants to see Grandma." Naufal, the boy has always had the affection of his grandmother since birth. How could he possibly lose the figure of a grandmother as good as Santi?

Alin forcibly pulled the infusion that was still attached to his hand. All right, blood out of there. Alin's body fell to the floor. The sisters have trouble holding Alin's tantrums.

"Mrs calm! Madam, please calm down!" pinta Sister but ignored by Alin. Kenzi immediately opened the door and saw Alin's terrible situation.

Blood from his hands splattered on the floor. Alin's normally beautiful hair looked messy. Alin's face was pale, his eyes were red and swollen. Snot mixed with tears stuck to his cheeks.

It looks so pitying. 

Very wounded. Very depressed.

Alin looked at Kenzi and shouted. "Say, my mom's alive, right?" 

Kenzi's heart throbbed pain. His voice is hard to get out. In fact, his hands clenched, refraining from hugging the woman in front of him.

Naufal ran towards Kenzi and hugged his father.

"Dad, where's Grandma? Sister says Grandma died! Dad, tell Nau that Grandma's alive!" pinta the boy. Same with Alin, Naufal also looked so pity. 

"I'm sorry, son. Santi's grandmother is no more. Sorry," said Kenzi in a hoarse and slow voice.

Alin collapsed on the floor with his eyes closed. The woman fainted.

"You shouldn't be rash to tell the patient" Kenzi told Sister. 

The nurse felt guilty. He apologized repeatedly for telling Alin about his mother who died.

Alin is currently getting treatment. Alin's body, which has been weak since he entered the hospital, is now getting worse.

Alin won't open his eyes. He even ignored Naufal who kept sobbing beside him.

Kenzi was grieving at Alin's current state, but he was also angry that Alin was ignoring Naufal.

"Alin, wakey. Death has become the destiny of God. Now let's get up, let's take care of your mother's funeral" Kenzi said.

Alin really did not want to open his eyes even though his ears heard Kenzi's words.

Alin doesn't want to wake up. She wanted to fall asleep and the next day she woke up, and there was still her mother next to her. 

"Alien! Let's get up, let's see when you're like this, huh!" kenzi was impatient.

"Dad!" Naufal's head shook.

"Don't snatch Mami. Pleases. Dad, can you take care of Grandma's funeral? Mami .. Mami is sick." The four-year-old said while sobbing. 

Kenzi hugged the child, trying to transfer the kink to Naufal.

"Son, you must be strong. You help me with your mother's funeral" said Kenzi, then he exited the room to attend to Santi's funeral.

"Mommy, don't be sad anymore, Mom. Mommy …." Naufal hugged Alin until Alin's tears broke again.

"Nau .. don't stay in dear Mommy. Now I have no one but Nau." Alin hugged Naufal's body so tightly that Naufal felt tight. However, Naufal remained in his position, still hugging his mother.

"Nau will never leave Mami. Nau promise," said the boy.

Kenzi has finished taking care of a proper funeral for Santi through his Alex–Assistant. He's also been tracking the man who hit Santi. 

Of course Kenzi wouldn't let that guy run away. However, ever since he lost his memory, he couldn't trust a single person. Be it his mother and father, Alin, Laura even Alex once. 

He kept trying to dig up information without making people around him suspicious.

"Boss, the car that hit Santi's mother has been found. But ..." Alex's voice stopped at the other end.

"But what?" ask Kenzi impatiently .

"It's been destroyed, boss. The car seems to have been deliberately parachuted into the ravine" Alex reported.

Kenzi was silent for a long time and then hung up. He believes that the person who killed Santi will one day act again. 

One thing he was afraid of. That man could have hurt his son.

After three days, Alin's condition improved a little and he began to accept the reality of the mother's passing before God. Alin of course can rise from his slump because accompanied by the figure of Naufal. 

A patient and smart child. For three days he accompanied Alin, fed Alin, even helped the mother clean the body with a cloth wipe. 

Where most children the age of Naufal can only play, Naufal can take care of the mother until fully healed.

"Mommy, if it's really healthy we go to grandma's grave, yes," asked Naufal. She was actually very sad, but her sadness she hid. 

Kenzi always told him. "Males must be strong. Men need to be strong."

Yes, Kenzi also often went to the hospital to visit Alin. However, he reasoned to want to meet Naufal. In fact, he was worried about his ex-wife.

Kenzi even always brought flowers when visiting the hospital. Alin did not know that.

"Yes, Son. Tomorrow we go to grandma's grave. We pray that grandma is always happy there," said Alin while hugging Naufal.

Alin was determined in his heart. From now on he should be stronger than before.

From now on there will be no more Santi. Alin should be able to divide the time between work and pay attention to Naufal. 

He will fight as hard as he can to live better in the future.

Elsewhere, a woman slammed a glass to pieces. He was angry, he was angry.

"Basic stupid! It's not this woman you're supposed to hit, you idiot!" he shouted at the figure of the man who hit Santi last time.

"Alin, this time you escaped. But, just wait. Soon enough, you'll also be following your mother to hell!" shiver the woman. His eyes looked at the photo of Alin with a very deep look of hate.
