The Lowest in His Life

"Alin, because you are now guarded by Mr. Kenzi, I say goodbye" said Rafa. Rafa's face looked gloomy.

Clearly, Rafa has just learned that Kenzi is Naufal's father. He only found out today because he heard Naufal calling him father.

Of course Rafa's heart was broken. He couldn't possibly compete with the rich and talented Kenzi in that business. Rafa's been pessimistic first.

"Rafa, thank you, yes. I'm sorry I always take care of you" Alin said sadly. In any case, she knew Rafa's feelings for her were very sincere.

Rafa only responded with a small nod and a smile, then walked out of the room.

While Kenzi, now he went to the sofa to feed his son breakfast.

"Other times call me immediately, yes if there is something urgent. Don't call other men" Kenzi told his son. He did not want the son to rely more on other men than himself.

The three stay in the room, while Santi bids to go home because he will take Naufal and Alin's clothes. Alin was advised to stay in the hospital for three days until he recovered completely.

Getting out of the hospital, Santi was about to find a taxi.

Actually he was offered by Rafa to go home using Rafa's car. But Santi was too sad. He also got a stomach ache and pretended to go to the bathroom first.

"Boss, I saw the woman in the photo coming out of the hospital but only herself, the other boy and girl are not there," said a man wearing sunglasses in the car. He brought a picture, two women with a boy.

The person on the other end of the phone thought that the woman who came out of the hospital was Alin, because the one who always accompanied Naufal in the hospital was his grandmother.

"Run our plan, get him dead!" call someone from the end of the phone. That guy grinned evil. He thought that his plan would work soon. That woman will be lost forever from this world.

The man in black glasses immediately drove his car at full speed. When Santi was about to cross when he saw the taxi, the man's car deliberately crashed into him.

The sound of the pounding and the shouting of the people on the street mixed into one. Santi's body was slammed away. His head hit the stone so hard that he had a lot of bleeding.

"But run! Hit-and-run!" Everyone screamed and tried to chase after the sedan. Unfortunately the sedan car went straight away at high speed.

Santi's body was taken to the hospital. The figure of Santi is quite recognizable to some nurses there because it often accompanies Naufal chemotherapy. They also knew that Santi's family had just been admitted to the hospital.

"She's Mrs Alin's mother who was treated in Melati's room" one health worker said.

"Fast you know! That's a pity" said another.

One of the nurses ran into Alin's room. In the room, Alin was daydreaming. The feeling since then has not been good. He also has no appetite. He looked at Naufal who was laughing with his father. Suddenly Alin felt insecure. He was not that close to Naufal because all this time Naufal was taken care of by Santi, because he was busy working.

A nurse entered Alin's room in a hurry to the point that her breathing was dull.

"What's up, Sus?" asked Kenzi astonished to see the behavior of the sisters who came suddenly.

"Mrs, Madam, your mother just had an accident in front of the hospital!" said the nurse. Naufal dropped the glass he was holding.

"A... What did you say?" alin did not believe it.

"Say, where is Miss Santi now?" exclaim Kenzi. The man is more inclined to logic than feeling. He immediately asked about Santi's situation.

"Bu Santi is being handled in the ICU, Mrs Alin can immediately take care of the administration" said the nurse. Actually he did not have the heart for Alin who looked so limp, but he had to be like that so that Santi could immediately get further action.

"Well, please take me there, please" said Kenzi. The man immediately followed the nurse.

"Dad, Nau's coming!" pinta Naufal with reddened eyes.

"You stay here, yeah. Take care of your mother, let me see Grandma" Kenzi said. Naufal nodded his head and hugged Alin who was in a daze.

"Mommy, grandma got hit, Mommy. Huhuhuhu," Naufal cried even louder.

Alin's world was about to collapse. How could his mother have been in an accident? Didn't he just leave for a while?

"Mommy!" Naufal called out to his dreamy mother with a blank look.

Alin's body condition has not fully recovered, now he even got the news of his mother's accident. Alin was in the lowest position of his life.

Alin's tears were flowing. He was confused, worried, scared, claustrophobic, tired, all united into one within him.

"Now, Nau. Grandma's gonna get well, son. Nau, Mami wants to see Grandma" said Alin with a teary face.

So did Naufal. The boy was crying incessantly.

"Sorry, Sir. We tried our best to save Santi's mother. However, the accident was too violent. Santi's mother was hit in the vulnerable part of her head, if she lived too she would have been paralyzed. You can see the SCTV of the road and will know how the car hit Ms. Santi. The distance is too close and the speed is maximum" explained Dr Adrian.

"Near distance? Have you seen him?" ask Kenzi.

Doctor Adrian nodded. "Yes, a few minutes ago, after Santi's mother breathed her last, we doctors saw the cctv footage. Many people think this was a deliberate accident. The car has been parked there for a long time."

Kenzi heard Doctor Adrian's words carefully. Now that he was confused, how did he tell Naufal and Alin that Santi was dead?

Kenzi immediately called Alex and told him about today's incident. He asks Alex to check the license plate of the car that has been caught on cctv camera.

"You why? It hurt?" ask Dr. Adrian.

Kenzi nodded. "It seems I remember a bit of the bitter memories of the past" Kenzi said as he massaged his forehead.

"Then you better rest, sir. What about Mrs Alin? When are you going to tell me about his recently deceased mother?" ask Dr. Adrian. The young doctor felt very sorry for Alin.

"What a woman. His son is sick with leukemia, now his mother is leaving him. Very unfortunate," said Dr. Adrian.
