At exactly 09:00 a.m., we gathered on the deck of the ship near the main mast. Re-examine the items to be carried and make preparations before actually leaving the ship.

“GPS technology on my phone shows that we are in the middle of the sea a little to the southeast of Honshu Island. The signal from the satellite does not indicate the existence of islands around us,”, Rei said as he continued to stare at the screen of his phone.

Akiko snatched Rei's phone. “Middle of the sea? Then what about the island in front of us right now?”

“Entahlah. Supposedly GPS can work accurately because we are in the open.”

“There may be a barrier that envelops the island. Didn't Zeroichi-sama not want to tell the name of the island?” sahut Toru's.

“If that is true, hopefully the radio signal will still be available here." Rei turned to look at me. "You haven't injected that chip yet, have you?”

“I-iya, I'll do,” said I'm still busy stuffing things into the backpack.

Natsu ducked in front of me who was struggling to tidy up food supplies. His fingers grabbed my chin, until this self looked up at his face. "Come, your brother is ready to help you inject. I'll do it slowly and painlessly" Natsu smiled gently, which gave me goosebumps.

Akiko – sipping drinking water – flicked the bottle cap she held right on Natsu's forehead.

I rushed away from Natsu.

Suddenly Rei pulled my shoulder from behind until my back hit the chest of his field. He quickly pointed something right at my upper arm.

"Done. It's easy and it doesn't hurt, does it?" Rei took me off, then went to get his backpack.

"I think .. you've pissed him off." Justin held Natsu's shoulder.

"Eh? The chip ... really doesn't hurt, yeah ..." I whispered a swipe of the arm right where Rei injected the chip.

Like KR for me, RT for Rei, AF for Akiko, YF for Yukiko, KS for Kouga, JA for Justin, NO for Natsu, and TN for Toru. The initials were taken from our names. With that tool, we can know each other's positions.

Because mobile phones rely on high-speed networks and require connection time, Rei requires everyone to wear earphones that provide ease to communicate one to many. The function is the same as the handy talky which is unidirectional, meaning the sender of the message and the recipient of the message can not talk at the same time. Using special frequency radio waves, namely VHF (Very High Frequency) and HF (High Frequency). Can reach distances up to 12 miles. Not equipped with an insulation system, so we can hear the conditions around without having to remove the earphones. The volume level can be adjusted as needed.

The earphone itself is connected with a small box that can be tucked inside the clothes. The box contains a Master Station, which is a unit that regulates components and supports an intercom system or electronic communication system. Using the battery as a power source equipped with a single charger for recharging the battery. With that tool we can communicate with each other quickly and easily, it is suitable for situations on the field.

Kouga has also prepared handcuffs with a rope along 1 meter that can extend and shorten. He wants us all to go in pairs. If anyone is left behind, stay not alone. Apparently the sentence in the brochure that said that the committee was not responsible for the accident that occurred, making them think hard to anticipate it.

“Try, see!” Akiko snatched the paper in my hand. "I'd guess. I want to help you by exchanging partners, it's just ..." Akiko pointed her index finger at Rei. "I can't stand being around him!" Then Akiko glanced at Toru. "If with Toru ... Yukiko, do you want to exchange with Karin?"

My murmur grew slightly glancing at Rei.

Eventually Rei remains my handcuff partner. Based on the path on the map, there are 3 places that we must pass in order to complete the second challenge. Parks, mazes, and forests. Flowers as its clue. Without reminding me, Natsu was already preparing with his mask.

The expanse of colorful flowers spread wide before my eyes. Different types of flowers occupy positions that make it look very beautiful. The Tulip line (Churippu) in red, yellow, orange, and white, occupies most of the area to my left. The combination of Iceland Poppy (Aisurando Popii) and Rape Blossom (Nanohana) which is white-yellow-orange, is a very beautiful combination. Green stems and leaves that blend with the blue sky, providing happiness for anyone who sees. On my right is neatly arranged Azalea (Tsutsuji) and Moss Pink (Shibazakura) which is purple-red-white-pink, looks very sweet and gives a comfortable, peaceful, and calm effect. In front of me began to see Orychophragmus (Murasaki Hanana) planted among the trees. From a distance it looked like a purple carpet.

“Didn't all these flowers bloom in spring?” Yukiko wonder.

I slackened with a nod. Looks like Rei knows that I feel a little scared.

"Why just realized!" reply Akiko held back upset.

"You know, but why shut up." Rei looked back at the road ahead.

Akiko punched Rei in the back, but there was no fight back from him.

"Heehhhh! What are you guys doing?!" I panicked, but they seemed to ignore me.

"I'm holding back to see your guilt, you idiot!" akiko said with her index finger pointing at Rei.

"Hhhhh ...." The others breathed simultaneously.

"... mm?" I still don't understand what they're fighting about. Then I looked at my hand before I showed it to Akiko. "Eh?!" Apparently there was a red scratch – like a scuff wound due to friction – on my wrist. "If it's just a scratch, I've brought plaster!" I opened the backpack to find a medicine box.

Akiko's approaching. "Get your hand." He grabbed my hand and immediately applied his flagship medicinal cream that he always carried. "Now you can cover it with plaster so as not to hurt when rubbing against handcuffs. And .. keep it." Akiko gave her the topical medicine. "You wear it, don't you. .. I make a lot."

"I promise to be more careful! Thank you, Akiko!"

"Hm. Come on!"

We continue the journey. This flower garden is a great setting to make a movie like a fairyland. It would be much more interesting if there was a castle at the end of the road.

I saw Rei was focusing on reading the map in his right hand. Then he looked to the left side, looking at me. Our eyeballs meet. I was caught watching him.

"Sorry," said Rei kaku. He reached into his pants pocket. "Wear this."

Rei gave me the white handband that he used to use when exercising.

Rei took off my handcuffs. He held my hand while forcibly inserting his handband on my wrist. Then he came back to handcuff me. So fast that this self is difficult to avoid.

Suddenly Rei clasped my hand. The handcuffs aren't as strong as his hands. I heard Rei yell before I was somewhere.

On a clear night. Fireworks with mom and dad. Dressed in yukata, I ran cheerfully around them while carrying fireworks that were still burning in both hands. Mom and Dad smiled at my behavior. Then we sat together to watch the fireworks that lit up the night sky. The place and atmosphere I really miss ― summer light in the yard.

Instantly everything disappeared. There was only Rei in front of me. His right hand held my left shoulder quite firmly. His eyes caught my sight. His mouth was slightly open, as his breathing was quick and irregular. Anxiety was clearly caught on his face. We stared long enough and it confused me.

I took his hand off my shoulder. “What's up? Why look at me like that?” many wonder.

“Hahh ..” Rei breathed a sigh of relief while lowering his head.

“I met father and mother ...” I said as I kept remembering.

Rei raised his head, as if surprised to hear my words.

“Do I have time to fall asleep? I seem to be dreaming,” I think.

“I-it's not a dream, you are indeed unconscious.”

“Ng? Not knowingly? Meaning?”

“What about Kouga, Natsu, Justin, Toru, Akiko, and Yukiko? Are they experiencing the same thing as me?”

“Wait!” Rei held his earphones.

/Okay, I'm going there now!/ sahut Rei returned the call.

Apparently Toru answered Rei's call through earphones. With the help of radar, we both went to see Toru. From a distance Toru was seen standing and watching something in his hand, then turned to look at us who were running towards him. Maybe something that was grasped was his radar, so he could be aware of our presence. Toru did not immediately return Rei's call because it was chasing after Yukiko who suddenly took off the handcuffs and left just like that.

“I chased him all the way here. Now that his position has changed, he has gone elsewhere,” Toru said.

“Yukiko must have been unconscious!” sahutku.

The three of us followed Yukiko on the radar. A dozen meters from the previous place, we saw a woman drop her backpack and walk slowly towards the lake in front of her. That's Yukiko. His feet continued to step, but less than 10 steps he could fall into the lake.

Rei was just as panicked, seemed nervous, and strange.

Rei opened the backpack. “Tu-wait, you guys hold him until I finish this!” he said while removing the battery and copper wire from inside the power box.

Toru holds Yukiko forcibly and takes her away from the lake. I took hold because Yukiko rebelled. He still wanted to walk to the lake. We both tried to hold him.

“Yukiko! You can hear my voice, right?! I'm Karin! Please realize!”

Rei ran carrying something in hand. “You stay away! A little surprise in Yukiko's body can definitely make her aware.”

“That tool won't hurt him, right?” I made sure as I continued to hug Yukiko's left hand.

Rei succeeded. Yukiko regained consciousness, I immediately hugged her. Just like me, confusion was clearly mapped on his face. Yes, now we are somewhere that is definitely not a garden, there is no spring flower bed. There are only shady trees, roofed overcast skies, and a little green grass like in the yard of most homes. Rei put the handcuffs on my hands again. “Maybe this situation can be revealed after everything is found.”

“I'm coming with you,” Toru said as he hooked the handcuffs on Yukiko's hands.

We approached Natsu who was leaning under a tree. Apparently he was fast asleep with the handcuffs still attached to his left wrist without the presence of a Kouga figure nearby. Waking Natsu up is pretty easy. Just pinch his nose with both fingers, that's the way I used to do it.

As he opened the backpack to grab a bottle of water, suddenly someone hugged me from behind. Both of his big arms flanked my body until I started to feel a little tight. He dropped his chin on top of my head.

“Look at me. Call myname. Remember myself. I will always be there for you. I men ― ”

Not yet finished he spoke, Rei had already given a hint of shock to his body after Toru and Yukiko managed to release me from his embrace. That person is Kouga.

“Some time he's conscious. Just put it under the tree. Natsu, don't forget to put the handcuffs on again.” Rei stuffed his electric shock device into the backpack.

“Yang said Kouga is also the influence of his subconscious?” ask after sipping water.

"No!" answer me and Rei at the same time.

"Curtainly," Rei let out an annoyed sigh.

“Hahh ..” Yukiko and Toru sighed at the same time.

A few minutes later Kouga regained consciousness. He immediately asked Justin and Akiko. I forget, the two of them who disappeared from the beginning, until now have not even been found.

“We will search for them. You guys just wait here,” said Rei as he ran away pulling my hand.

Rei took me running with occasional radar sight. At least he didn't look at me. His left hand held my hand, tighter and tighter than before.

"Rei, let go of my hand!" I screamed trying to escape. As if not hearing, Rei kept running, and I tried to follow in his footsteps.

"Hah, huh, let go, Rei! Huh, huh..!" My breaths wheezing.

Rei reduced his running speed. Maybe he realized I was getting tired. But then my steps came to a sudden halt, because Rei suddenly stopped and stood before me who was still busy controlling my breath. He took off his grip. I pulled my hand and rubbed it.

"You ... " I hit Rei in the chest with my left fist that seemed to have no effect. I'm upset. "You purposely stayed away from me with the others in order to execute the plan– "

Rei's right hand immediately grabbed my body, pushing my back until it fell in his arms. I rebelled, but he kept me in custody. Hugged me tightly with one hand, because her other hand was tied to handcuffs with me.

I stepped on Rei's feet. He screamed and released my body.

“What are you doing?!” exclaim Rei.

"I'm the one who should ask! I don't understand your attitude! Is it possible that you were hypnotized by the words Kouga said?” I threw it away while opening the handcuffs. “We split up!”

“Good! Just go far away!!"

“Good!! Strange base!” reply before walking away leaving him.

I went to look for Akiko, while Rei went to look for Justin.
