The GaTol Mission

After that day, I was always dumb.

My anger seems to be decreasing.

There is a girl who accidentally nenggol with me I'm ordinary.

There's a girl who's falling for books in front of my eyes, I'll help.

Some even invited me to chat and I just layanin without a second thought.

"What's going on?"

Emil knows my changes.

"Nothing," my lie.

Is it crazy that he knows what happened yesterday?! I feel like I betrayed him.

Fortunately, I went home from school to an OSIS meeting, so I didn't have to stay with Emil any longer and felt sinful beside him.

"You should always plant in your BRAINS the 50th generation OSIS motto! Go GREEN!! So NO flowers are scattered! NO chocolate packaging seen during VALENTINE!" Brother Theo is explaining the special rules for GREEN VALENTINE. He put emphasis on his words.

"This Valentine's Day, LOVE NATURE! I'd like to see someone throw away a chocolate wrapper or BARS flower that day!"

We members have memorized the militant style of speech.

"Therefore," He turned to face the chalkboard that Sherly had finished writing, "These are the points that you must pay attention to!"

Inspection of chocolate waste and flower bars.

Planting flowers in every classroom garden.

After recording the points from the blackboard, we are divided per group according to the task. I got a boring inspection assignment, and my group of girls are all as usual thanks to Sherly's great sister.

I usually get lazy to participate in discussions. Looking at the women I was lazy, let alone talking to them. But today that feeling is not as strong as before.

Suddenly the girl pen next to me was accidentally thrown at me.

"Sorry, I'm really sorry." He said with a frightened face. I unexpectedly returned it without scolding her like I always do.

"That's the inspection explanation, if you agree you sign here." Said one of them.

If you want my autograph, bring it here! Seriously, I don't think you can ask for it frankly!!

That's what I usually answer.

But this time I reached out my hand asking for the paper. "Where!" I said I could control myself more.

And instead of them directly handing the paper to me, they were dumbstruck in front of me.

When I started talking they looked scared. "I want an autograph."

Usually I enjoy seeing them looking at me scared or irritated or whatever they don't like.

But imagining a girl in a workshop who feels tormented being a girl, or Eli thanking her sincerely for the same ridiculous gift I love every year, I now feel guilty.

Girls have feelings, and not everything is bad. That's what I'm starting to feel now.

Finishing the OSIS meeting, I was surprised by Emil and Leon waiting for me.

"No problem, seriously!" I said convince them.

Hearing that Leon called a girl who happened to be one of the members of OSIS.

"Sorry to interrupt your time," he said as decently as possible, "Please shake hands with Angy."

What the hell is Leon? What purpose?!

The geeky-looking glasses girl looked at me from head to toe.

"I wouldn't shake hands with a misogynist like this guy." He said in formal language and with no expression.

"God! Why would I also like to shake hands with a nerdy chick with a hair bowl like you?!"

My usual reply back to what I did. Emil and Leon look relieved.

So they tested my story?!

"Eli has told me a lot about you. But his statement yesterday disappointed me greatly."

Wait for the statement what does it mean? Why disappointed? He knows Eli?!

"Yesterday when you two went on a date together," Hahh?? Why would he know?? "Eat and watch together, go for a walk hand in hand with his mesra," Wake time he knows all the details? But this is exaggerated!!

"Even until you kiss..."

"CRAZY!! CRAZY GIRL!!"

I shut his mouth. Leon and Emil seem confused.

Eli the mouth of the basin! When he told this girl everything anyway?!

"Listen, yes" I whispered softly to her, "if you do not want your beloved friend, princess Eli to be ashamed, do not tell her to others!"

She nodded and I took my silence off her with a sigh of relief.

"It seems you misunderstood. Eli doesn't look shy at all, he tells all his friends, especially your friendly kiss under the moon in the parking lot."

My history is over.

I thought I'd dig my grave for this.

Emil looks shok and Leon is more curious.

"So your date was a success yesterday? Although it is not necessary to kiss anyway." said Leon.

I just kept quiet, didn't want to embarrass myself more.

"I'm resigning." That geeky chick, after talking like that with no heart at all, just left.

"If not wrong earlier Cantika, the genius girl from the anti-boy songong group belongs to Eli."

"Why didn't you say that?!" But that's not the problem now.

I'm more worried about Emil. She must be hurt to know that she loves her heart and even kisses her best friend.

"Emil, listen bro, I've never kissed that crazy witch." She kissed on the cheek, but I don't think it was a kiss, it was just a kind of greeting or thank you.

He's still quiet.

"It's up to you to trust those crazy girls more or me as your best friend!"

Emil was silent for a moment before he started talking.

"So you dumped him?"

The question made me petrify for a moment.

Now I feel my life is being tested by being faced with two life and death choices. Whether I'll be honest with him or lie white for his own good.

I have not been good at lying all this time. If I lie to the end I like honest stories, make myself look like I'm digging my own hole.

But that's what I wanted to do, bury myself in the deepest ground.

"Of course Angy dumped it according to the strategy we made right!" Leon defended.

I don't know if I should thank him any more, or if it's sad that I didn't complete my own mission.

I then chose to be honest.

"Sorry guys, I didn't mean to hide the incident," I really looked disappointed. "Sorry is really a mile, but I really didn't mean to take it from you."

"No need to apologize! We are friends!"

"really. You're doing this just because of your mission, right?" Emil added that made me feel more guilty.

"I failed miserably with yesterday's mission."

"What do you mean?" Leon began to wonder, so did Emil.

"Look, I don't want to hide this from you. But I'm starting to like it."
