Abraham and Asyila 2
Waiting for News From Her Husband

The little baby continued to cry and refused to drink breast milk.

“Darling, please don't fuss like this. Please do not make Mother more panicked and also sad,” Asyila said to her tiny baby who continued to cry.

Because her little baby never kept quiet, Asyila also ended up crying and hoping she could hear the voice of her husband. Although, only by mobile phone.

“Hiks.. hiks..” Asyila was crying because she was confused about what to do, her condition at that time was really not possible if she had to go find her husband.

It didn't take long, the tiny baby who had been crying, slowly began to stop her crying and slept.

“Alhamdulillah, thank you for wanting to understand the condition of Mother now,” Asyila said as she wiped her tears and decided to close her eyes so that she could fall asleep immediately.

Almost 10 minutes, Asyila never fell asleep and even his feelings increasingly worried because her husband did not also contact her.

“Better I read the holy book of the Qur'an alone,” said Asyila monologue and rushed to take ablution water to immediately read the holy book of the Qur'an, Asyila hope that with so her feelings can be calm.

Next morning.

Asyila has not heard from her husband, even Asyila tried to contact her husband and best friend, Edi. However, both phone numbers are out of range alias inactive.

“Aunty why does it look so sad?” asked Dyah who was frying fish for breakfast.

Asyila gasped and hid her sadness with her sweet smile. However, Dyah could not easily believe the smile that emanated on his favorite Aunty's face.

“Aunty can't lie to Dyah with a smile like this. Tell me the truth, what makes Aunty sad like this?” ask Dyah curiously.

“Aunty is sad because your Uncle until now has no news. Aunty has tried to contact your Uncle but until now can not be contacted,” explained Asyila.

“Aunty don't think too much about heavy things. Anyway, Uncle must be fine and will be back soon when Uncle's business is done,” said Dyah who did not want if his Aunty got sick because he thought about his beloved Uncle.

“Hopefully your Uncle is fine there and contact Aunty.” immediately

“Aamiin, when Uncle's business is done, Uncle will definitely contact Aunty!” directly exclamation Dyah.

Bela was watching television while looking after the tiny baby Abraham and Asyila who was sleeping at the time.

“Akbar's sister is very funny,” praise Bela and carefully touch the pinkish cheeks of the tiny baby.

A few moments later.

Breakfast was ready to eat and Dyah eagerly ran to the family room to tell Bela that breakfast was ready to be eaten together.

“Bela, let's go to the dining room!” bring Dyah.

Bela turned to look at Akbar's pram to see if the tiny baby was still asleep or awake.

“Baby Akbar sleeping no?” ask Dyah.

“Sleep, Brother Dyah,” Bela replied with a sweet smile.

“Ya is here, let's have breakfast!” take Dyah and embrace Bela's arm.

Both of them rushed to the dining room and again Dyah saw his dreamy Aunty full of sadness.

“Aunty!” Dyah approached while touching Ashila's shoulder.

Asyila regained her senses from her daydream and returned smiling as sweetly as possible.

“Aunty is fine, why look at Aunty with such a gaze? Let's sit down we have breakfast together,” Asyila said and start filling Bela's plate with rice.

Bela, who knew nothing, just smiled and thought that everything was fine.

“Which side dish?” ask Asyila to the little girl.

“Fish the same sea sambal terasi,” Reply Bela timidly.

Asyila chuckled and picked up the fried sea fish and sambal terasi Bela's desire.

“This is for Bela, eat enough ya dear!”

“Thank you, Aunty,” replies Bela who looks very happy because she can finally eat well every day and does not need to make money in a very dangerous way like before.

Dyah bit her lips while looking at her Aunty face.

Uncle why make Aunty sad like this? Just be careful if Uncle has come home, Dyah will make calculations to Uncle because it has made Aunty beloved Dyah sad. 😒

“Why even daydream? Come quickly take the rice,” said Asyila aware Dyah of her daydream to immediately enjoy breakfast.

“Sorry Aunty,” reply Dyah and quickly fill his plate with rice and side dishes that he previously cooked together with his beloved Aunty.

“Sorry why, you are making Aunty confused.”

Afternoon.

Asyila sat contemplating alone in the living room as she continued to look out of the courtyard hoping that her husband would suddenly arrive.

“After this hour, Mas Abraham has no news. O Allah, please give the servant the strength to get through this and please no longer make our lives fret as before,” said Asyila monologue.

Without Asyila noticing, she had already shed her tears.

“Ceng,” said Asyila mocked herself while wiping away her tears that just fell.

Dyah also came to his Aunt while carrying her little daughter, Asyila.

“Aunty, we go home first yes. Mas Fahmi has been waiting for Dyah and also our little daughter at home,” said Dyah who actually wants to sleep at the residence of his Uncle Abraham Mahesa's small family.

Asyila who had previously turned her back to Dyah, then also turned around and gave her sweet smile.

“Why not sleep here?” ask Asyila.

Dyah scrunched her forehead and realized that her Aunty had just cried.

“Aunty cries?” dyah asked worriedly when she saw her red Aunty eyes typical of people who had just cried.

Asyila silently shook her head.

“No,” replied Asyila briefly without staring at Dyah's pair of beautiful eyes.

The narrow-eyed young lady knew very well that her Aunty was lying. However, Dyah chose to pretend to believe what his Aunty had said.

“Aunty, Dyah actually wants to sleep here. However, there is a lot of work at home that is not finished. Insha Allah tomorrow Dyah will sleep here,” explained Dyah.

“It's okay, Aunty understands what you mean.”

“Ya already, Dyah and Asyila little go home first ya Aunty. Wassalamu'alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh!”

“Wa’alaikumsalam warahmatullahi wabarakatuh, be careful on the road. Thank you for today,” reply Asyila.

Dyah assented and continued to wave his hand until finally he was not seen again.

“Bela has a shower?” ask Asyila to Bela who was watching a cartoon at the time.

“Not yet, Aunty,” she replied as she turned to Asyila.

“Bela now go shower ya let fresh!” pinta Asyila with such a gentle word.

Bela agreed happily and hurried to take a shower.

Now, in the family room there is only Asyila and her little baby.

“Dayangan Bunda Alhamdulillah today is not fussy, thank you dear,” said Asyila and held her tiny baby who was in the baby carriage at the time.

A few moments later.

The knock on the door suddenly sounded and it just so happened that Bela was playing alone in the living room, while Ashila was busy bathing Baby Akbar.

“Tok... Geck... Tok...” The sound of the door being knocked.

“Assalamu’alaikum,” said Ema and also Kahfi.

Bela ran over to open the door.

“Wa’alaikumsalam,” Reply Bela who just opened the door.

Ema frowned when she saw that the one who opened the door was not the owner of the house.

“Whose sister is it?” ask Ema who does not know who the little girl is before her.

Bela was confused to answer what, fortunately Asyila suddenly came and invited her best friend and her best friend's little son to immediately go inside.

Ema and Kahfi went into the house. They then gathered in the family room.

“Syila, who is this little sister?” ask Ema curious about Bela's presence in the house.

“Sorry yes Ema, I haven't had time to tell you. This is Bela, you could say now I became a substitute parent for him,” reply Asyila introduced Bela.

Ema scrunched her forehead and still did not understand the meaning of her best friend, Asyila.

“You mean substitute parents?” ask Ema who wants a clearer answer.

Before answering and explaining about Bela to Ema, Asyila asked Bela to take her little baby blanket in the room.

Bela agrees and rushes to the room to pick up Baby Akbar's blanket.

After Bela was completely invisible again, Asyila immediately told Bela what really happened so that the little girl could stay here. Asyila told it in a whisper way, because Asyila did not want to make Bela sad or offended.

Before Bela got to the living room, Asyila had told her everything and Ema looked so sad.

“Please behave as you normally would!” pinta Asyila on Ema.

Ema wiped her tears while nodding in agreement.

“Aunty, this is baby sister blanket,” said Bela while handing over the baby blanket.

“Thank you, Bela,” replied Asyila and enveloped her little baby who was still in the baby carriage at the time.

Ema looked at Bela's face and felt very sorry for what Bela had gone through.

“Mama, let's go home!” invite Kahfi who at that time looked so limp.

Asyila turned her head towards Kahfi who was the same age as Ashraf, suddenly Ashila realized that Kahfi was not like usual who was cheerful and excited.

“Kahfi hurts?” asyila asked as she touched the forehead of her best friend's little son.

“Iya, Ashila. Kahfi has been sick for two days, I went home first huh. Oh yeah, I came here just to deliver this!” Ema smiled and gave a stainless bushel containing green bean porridge, balado eggs and fruit sweets.

“Thank you, Ema. May Kahfi recover quickly yes.”

“Aamiiin, next time play at home invite also Bela,” said Ema who smiled broadly towards Bela.

“Iya Aunt,” Reply Bela smiled shyly.

Ema and Kahfi finally came home.

Bela again closed the door tightly and went back to Asyila who was in the family room.

“Bela, please bring this stainless bushel to the dining table yes. Aunty will soon be following!” assyila's orders.

Bela assented and without a second thought he immediately brought the stainless to the dining room.

Asyila who previously smiled excitedly, suddenly returned to shed her tears.

“Mas where are you? Why can't you contact me until now?” ask Asyila who is always waiting for news from her husband.

As she neared the Maghrib, her husband had no news at all.

“No, I can't cry like this. Didn't I have been through this before, come Asyila you must be strong and must not be crybaby,” Asyila said encouraging herself and wiping her tears so as not to flow too much.

Asyila sighed and hurried to bring her tiny baby into the dining room.

“Masya Allah, Bela is very smart,” praise Asyila when seeing the contents of the stainless bushel has moved the container.

Bela smiled shyly because she had done such a thing before.

“Come now closed first with a serving hood, now we get ready for Maghrib prayer!” invite Asyila who looks so happy, even though her heart at that time was very sad.

“Good, Aunty!” bela who is so excited.

Asyila held her tiny baby and sauntered away to the room, Bela followed Ashila's footsteps for Maghrib prayers in the room.

Upon arrival in the room, Ashila decided to breastfeed her tiny baby first so that later when her tiny baby prayers were not fussy.

“Bela wudhu first yes!” asyila pinta.

Bela excitedly and hurriedly took the ablution water.

Asyila is very happy with Bela who is getting smarter every day. Just a few days living in his residence, Bela can already read even though he is still spelling.

And there are many other things that Bela quickly learned.

“Honey, Mother and Kak Bela want to pray first. Dear Mother stay here, do not cry,” said Asyila and slowly put her tiny baby in the cot. Then, he rushed to take ablution water to immediately perform Maghrib prayers.

Bela, who was ready, chose to sit on the prayer rug that he had previously stretched. The little girl was no longer confused by the prayer. Although, there are some Do'a readings that he has not fully memorized.

“Bela is ready?” ask Ashila who just came out of the bathroom.

“God willing, Aunty.”

“God, Aunty was very happy to hear Bela say the sentence just now. Yes, let's pray!”
