Morning time.
Ashraf and Kahfi were playing tap water in front of the house, both of them looked very happy because they could play water as much as they were because there was no parent watching them both.
Until finally Abraham came out of the house and was surprised to see the two who had been soaked.
“Astaghfirullahaladzim,” said Asyila as she shook her head and had no intention of scolding them both.
Ashraf and Kahfi were no less surprised when they were caught playing in the water.
“Dad, forgive us,” said the two who thought Abraham would scold them.
Abraham displayed a fierce expression and a few seconds later he smiled widely.
“Main water is not yet?” ask Abraham.
Ashraf honestly said that he was not satisfied playing water.
“Honey, water is not good if wasted. Yes already, I give you 5 minutes more and after that you both have to stop playing water,” said Abraham.
Both agreed and returned to playing water with enthusiasm.
“Mas, kids why are you allowed to play water? If they have a fever how?” ask Asyila.
“They only play for a while, here sit beside Mas!” pinta Abraham pulled the chair closer to her.
Ashila blushed and sat down with her husband.
Abraham turned to his cell phone screen at a glance.
“Kids, it's time to stop playing water. Now you take a shower, I have prepared clothes for you,” said Abraham.
“What's Right Dad?” ask Ashraf to make sure.
“Of course, your clothes are currently on Grandma Arumi,” replied Abraham.
Ashraf and Kahfi excitedly ran inside the house.
Asyila shook her head to see the behavior of the two.
“They two are really like twins, their behavior is not much different,” said Asyila.
“Asyla!” Ema suddenly calls her best friend from home.
Asyila also turned her head while waving her hands towards her best friend.
“Ema!” exciting Asyila.
“I'll be your place soon,” said Ema half-screaming.
Asyila excitedly raised her thumb towards Ema.
Ema smiled widely and went inside the house after finishing sweeping the floor.
“Mas, Asyila go inside ya want to see the kids. Fear they are not finished,” said Asyila.
“Mas follow,” reply Abraham followed his little wife inside to see the children whether they have finished bathing or not.
“Mother, children where?” ask Asyila.
“It was behind,” replied Arumi pointing towards the kitchen.
Without a second thought, Ashila and Abraham caught up with the two boys who had not yet come out of the bathroom.
When Asyila approached the bathroom, the two boys came out together with a perfectly circular towel around their respective waists.
“Have finished the bath?” ask Asyila to make sure she returns.
“Already, Mother,” answer both.
“Come with Mommy to the family room!” bring Asyila.
Just now that they arrived at the living room, the two had been greeted with new clothes which of course had been washed clean by Arumi before.
“This is the clothes that bought Father Abraham, now quickly wear,” said Asyila and sauntered away so that both of them could be more relaxed wearing new clothes.
In the living room.
Arumi and Herwan were chatting while joking with their fourth granddaughter who was awake at the time.
Abraham and Ashila joined in just a light conversation.
“It does not feel like soon the fasting month, I can't wait to meet the time when Muslims fast,” said Arumi.
“Yes yes Mother, it doesn't feel less than a month away. Asyila wants the first fast in Jakarta,” said Asyila who missed the atmosphere in the capital Jakarta.
“If Syila wants so no problem,” reply Abraham.
As they were talking, a car suddenly entered Abraham's courtyard.
Abraham and the others gasped at the car.
“Who Mas?” ask Asyila curiously.
Abraham scrunched his forehead, he remembered that day he had no promise with anyone.
“Mas also does not know,” replied Abraham as is.
“Try Mas remember again, who knows there is a friend of Mas who previously told Mas want to come here!”
Abraham tried to remember and still he made no promises to anyone that day.
“Son Abraham, let's go ahead. We need to know who's coming!” pinta Herwan invited his son-in-law to welcome the arrival of the car owner.
Abraham and Herwan walked out of the house to welcome the car owner.
Asyila and Arumi of course remained inside the house, while observing the owner of the car from the living room.
The door opened slowly and the owner of the car was Kevin.
“Kevin,” said Abraham astonished.
Asyila who was in the living room was surprised to see Kevin who had not heard from for several years.
“Syila, isn't that your friend?” asked Arumi who vaguely knew the figure of Kevin as Asyila's friend.
“Iya, Mother. Asyila ahead yes Bu,” said Asyila.
Kevin smiled and slowly walked closer towards Abraham and Herwan.
“Assalamu’alaikum, Mr. Abraham and Mr. Herwan!” greet Kevin whose appearance is now more mature and his body is not as straight as a few years ago.
“Wa’alaikumsalam, how are you doing?” ask Abraham.
“Alhamdulillah, I am good,” replied Kevin.
Asyila came while looking at Kevin question mark.
“Where have you been for a few years?” ask Asyila.
“For the past few years I have been in Bali, helping to grow my parents' business,” Kevin replied smiling awkwardly.
“Come go inside!” take Abraham.
“Before a while, there is still one more person inside,” said Kevin then ran closer to the car.
Abraham and Ashila looked at Kevin.
“Mas, who did Kevin come with?” asyila asked half a whisper.
“Stop, maybe his friend,” reply Abraham.
Suddenly a woman got out of the car and Kevin smiled broadly at the woman.
If Kevin's arrival surprises Abraham as well as Ashila. Now, the emergence of a female figure with Kevin made Abraham, Asyila and both Asyila's parents surprised not to play.
Their mouths are compact gaping wide to see the woman who of course they know.
“Mbak Rahma!” Asyila still could not believe the woman she saw.
Rahma waved her hand and did not forget to say hello.
“Assalamu’alaikum, everything,” Rahma said half-down.
“Wa’alaikumsalam,” replied Abraham, Arumi and also Herwan.
Arumi suddenly comes and approaches Rahma, her adopted daughter who has not seen each other for a long time.
“Yes Allah, this is true Rahma?” arumi asked when she saw the woman in front of her who Arumi had considered like her own daughter.
“Iya, Mother. This is Rahma's adopted son Father and Mother,” Rahma replied with teary eyes because she finally could meet the family of Abraham Mahesa who had helped her a lot when others threw her away.
Arumi cried tears of joy while holding her fourth granddaughter.
“Let's go in, we have a chat inside!” bring Arumi.
“Mother, this is Miss Asyila's baby and also Mr Abraham?” ask Rahma.
“Yes, this is Father and Mother's fourth grandson. Want to carry?” arumi asked and smiled happily at Rahma.
Shamefully Rahma agreed and Arumi gave baby Akbar to be carried by Rahma.
Rahma smiled as she looked at the cute face of baby Akbar.
“Whose name, Mom?” asked Rahma curious about the name of the tiny baby who was in her carrier at the time.
“Akbar Mahesa,” replied Arumi telling the name of her fourth grandson.
Arumi and Rahma seemed very relaxed talking, while Abraham and Asyila looked confused by the arrival of Kevin and Rahma.
At the same time, Ema and Dyah came.
“Assalamu’alaikum,” said the two who still do not know that Kevin and Rahma are in the living room.
Asyila got up from her seat and approached Ema and Dyah who were at the side door.
“Wa’alaikumsalam,” replied Asyila.
“Aunty, any guests yes?” ask Dyah while going inside.
“Iya there are guests, let's go ahead!” bring Asyila.
Dyah and Ema compactly refused Ashila's invitation.
“Loh, why don't you want?”
“We're not, don't know. So what's going forward?” ask Dyah.
“I agree with Dyah's words!” exclaim Ema.
“You both must know the two guests in front,” said Asyila.
Dyah and Ema exchanged glances to hear the words of Asyila.
Out of curiosity, Dyah and Ema finally followed Ashila into the living room.
“Kevin!” Dyah and Ema compact name Kevin.
“How are you? You're here alone?” ask Ema who has not realized that there is a Rahma sitting next to Arumi.
“Hai Ema!” greet Kevin to his ex-girlfriend, “I came here with Rahma,” added Kevin while glancing at Rahma who is still holding baby Akbar.
Dyah and Ema turned to Rahma.
“Loh, not this...” Dyah quickly stopped his words because he did not want to offend Rahma who used to live with her Uncle's family.
Rahma kindly smiled towards Dyah and also Ema.
“You guys why keep standing there? Here sit!” call Asyila.
Dyah and Ema look confused to see Kevin coming along with Rahma.
“Come here!” call Ashila again.
The two compactly walked up to Asyila and sat next to each other.
The atmosphere suddenly became awkward and silent.
“How are your parents' businesses in Bali, Kevin?” tanya Dyah broke the silence.
“Alhamdulillah everything is smooth,” replied Kevin.
“Oya, you in Bandung new what's been a long time?” asked Dyah again who was curious about the figure of Kevin who once liked him.
“It just so happened that I was in Bandung for two months,” Kevin replied.
Dyah gave a small nod and the atmosphere of the living room went back into silence.
“Yeah, I forgot to make a drink. Wait a minute yes,” said Arumi to immediately go to the kitchen.
Ashraf and Kahfi excitedly ran into the living room. Of course they were told by Arumi to immediately join the parents, Arumi was deliberately doing it because Arumi knew that the atmosphere of the living room felt very awkward.
“Hallo Ashraf!” greet Rahma.
Ashraf just smiled without approaching Rahma.
“Daddy, we'll be out ya!” pinta Ashraf looks spoiled.
“Where is Ashraf going?” abraham asked curiously.
“Daddy's streets, roving by car,” replied Ashraf.
“Hh.... See you later baby, if the weather's good we go. But if it rains yes we stay home,” reply Abraham.
“Dad, we'll take the car. So, it will not rain,” said Ashraf and immediately make Abraham speechless again.
Arumi and the others laughed at Ashraf's words.
“Dad, can ya?” tanya Ashraf seduced his father by kissing the back of his father's hand repeatedly.
Which father will reject the desire of his baby if it has been seduced like that.
Abraham laughed and accepted his son's wishes.
“Horeee, Kahfi later we take a walk around the car,” said Ashraf excitedly and invite Kahfi to return to watch television that aired their favorite cartoon show that has aired.
“Mbak Rahma now works where? What is still a catering business?” ask Asyila was curious and did not forget to show her sweet smile to the woman she had helped.
Rahma did not immediately reply, the woman instead glanced at Kevin who also glanced at him.
“Alhamdulillah, still,” he replied.
The little baby that was being held by Rahma suddenly cried and quickly Asyila took over so that her little baby would not cry anymore.
“Ssuuts... Honey, don't cry,” said Asyila and kissed her little baby's cheek gently.
Baby Akbar slowly stopped his crying and he went back to sleep.
“Smart child,” says Asyila lirih.
Arumi came with a few cups of tea. Then, invite Kevin and Rahma to enjoy their tea.
“Thank you, Mom,” said Kevin and Rahma.
“By the way you guys came here because of what?” abraham asked curiously and perhaps others were just as curious as Abraham.
Kevin and Rahma exchanged looks at Abraham's question.
Asyila, Dyah and Ema exchanged glances and could not wait to find out the reason for their arrival to Absyil Housing.
As Kevin wanted to open his mouth, he suddenly coughed.
“Mas, drink this,” Rahma said as she gave Kevin a cup of tea.
Kevin accepted it and luckily the tea Arumi made was not hot.
Kevin sipped it until it was gone.
“Thank you,” Kevin said.
Abraham, Ashila and the others were astonished to hear Rahma calling Kevin Mas.
In fact, when viewed in age, Rahma is older than Kevin.
“Ema, did you hear Mbak Rahma say Mas to Kevin?” tanya Dyah whispered and only heard by Ema.
Ema gave an eye gesture which meant she also heard the call.
Kevin and Rahma immediately smiled at those who looked at her and Rahma with question marks.
“Astaghfirullahaladzim, I forgot to turn off the stove,” said Arumi and ran splashed towards the kitchen.
She followed her grandmother into the kitchen.
“Yes Allah, fortunately the water is still there,” said Arumi relieved.
“Grandma why can forget? Almost Dyah jangangan,” said Dyah.
“It's okay, let's go to the living room again!” invite Arumi to re-assemble in the living room.
“Have I turned off?” ask Ashila to her mother who just sat on the sofa.
“Alhamdulillah already, take it easy,” reply Arumi while stroking his own chest because it almost made the house fire because of his negligence.
