ABIDA UFAIRAH'S

ABIDA UFAIRAH'S
ANSWERS

First of all we offer our thanks to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala who has given us infinite blessings. Especially the favor of faith and Islam and healthy wal afiat favors so that we can meet face to face on this good occasion.

Shalawat and greetings let us devote to His Majesty Salallahu Alaihi Wassalam who has brought the treatise of Islam to all of us so that we get His light.

On this good occasion let me on behalf of the big family of the Father and Mother (prawira kebagas) convey some things related to the welcome from the family of the Father and Mother (sudarga).

First, we welcome with open arms the arrival of the extended family of Mr. Mother (sudarga) by saying ahlan wa sahlan, welcome to our hut.

May this be a long-lived sustenance in obedience to Allah SWT.

Second, related to the application to propose or apply for our child named (Abida ufairah) as a parent can not answer the request.

We will ask his son directly if he will accept Ananda's proposal (Abidzar pratama sudarga).

then the female family called Abida to join the application and make sure the male family is the woman in question to be applied for.

Then the father and mother prawira asked Abida whether to accept the proposal or proposal abidzar.

Then Abida answered yes while nodding his head, Abida always subdued his gaze, in a nervous state like this, just holding the view was able to do

Alhamdulillah it turns out (abida ufairah) deign to receive a proposal from Ananda (abidzar pratama sudarga) son of Mr. Mother (sudarga).

Next, to determine the day, date, and time of the marriage contract and the recipe will be discussed together with both families. (mc)

Continue mr darga menimpali,

Third, ire, I am on behalf of the big family of Father and Mother (bagas prawira) parents of Ananda (abida ubairah) say thank you for the arrival of the big family of Mr. Mother (sudarga) Ananda parents (abidzar pratama sudarga).

We ask to open the door of apology as widely as possible if there are words, actions, welcome, and dishes that are not pleasing to the hearts of all Mothers.

That is what we can say. Less and more I on behalf of the broadest personal apologies.

Next there is surrender

In the continued exchange of rings, the mother.sudarga dressed the ring to abida, while abidzar was worn by the mother.bagas prawira

after the event finished some guests and also the brother who attended in the welcome to enjoy the dishes.

While the nuclear family entered the room to talk about the tgl that will be set as a marriage contract and also a wedding reception, abi Bagas was again voiced in the middle of silence, abida today you have received a proposal from nak abidzar, open your veil to let your future husband see you, before abida replied, abidzar said "no need abi, no need abi, inshaAllah whatever is behind the veil of abida, abidzar will iklas born bayin receive it"

How abida, mas abidzar has the right to see him abi

The khitbah (win)

Abul Faraj Al-Maqdisi said: "There is no difference of opinion among scholars about being able to see a woman's face (when asking for her hand), because the face is the center of beauty and the place where the view is concentrated."

There are many hadiths of the prophet that show that a suitor can see the woman he is waiting for, including:

1-It was narrated from Sahal bin Sa'ad Radhiyallahu 'Anhu he said: "A woman came to meet the Prophet Shallallahu 'Alaihi wa Sallam and then said: "O Prophet, I came to surrender myself to you! The apostle looked at him and watched him closely. Then he lowered his gaze. Understand that the Prophet Shallallahu 'Alaihi wa Sallam was not interested in him, so he sat down. Then a man arose from his friend and said: "O Messenger of Allah, if you are not interested then marry him to me"

(H.R Al-Bukhari VII/19, Muslim IV/143, An-Nasa'i VI/113 (see Syarah Suyuthi) and Al-Baihaqi VII/84)

2-It was narrated from Abu Hurairah Radhiyallahu' Anhu that he said: "One day I was at the side of the Prophet Shallallahu 'Alaihi wa Sallam, then a man told him that he wanted to marry an Anshar woman.

The Prophet said to him: "Have you seen it?"

"Not yet!" said.

He said: "Then meet and look at the Anshar woman, because in their eyes there is something."

H.R Ahmad II/286&299, Imam Muslim IV/142 and An-Nasa'i II/73

3-It is narrated from Jabir Radhiyallahu 'Anhu he said that the Prophet Shallallahu 'Alaihi wa Sallam said:

"If one of you asks for a woman, then if he can see something of her that may encourage him to marry her, he should do it."

H.R Abu Dawud and Al-Hakim with sanad hasan, narrated also from Muhammad bin Maslamah and declared shahih by Ibn Hibban and Al-Hakim issued by Ahmad and Ibn Majah. And from the hadith of Abu Humeid narrated by Ahmad and Al-Bazzar, please see Fathul Bari (IX/181)

Az-Zaila'i said: "However, he was not allowed to touch the woman's face and two palms even without orgasm, because the woman was not yet his wife and there was no urgent need for it."

In Durar Al-Bihar's book it is mentioned: "Qadhi, witnesses and suitors should not touch women (who are betrothed or tried) even without orgasm because it does not need to be done." (Please see Raddul Mukhtar 'Alaa Ad-Durr Al-Mukhtar V/237)

Ibn Qudamah said: "A man is forbidden to worship (both without a mahram) with a woman he wants to marry. What is mentioned in the Shari'a is only to see it, so the law of dealing with it remains haram.

And it may happen things that are dangerous if left alone. Prophet Shallallahu 'Alaihi wa Sallam said:

"Don't be a man alone with a woman, for the third is Satan."

It is also not possible to see it (the woman being betrothed) with orgasm and not also with doubt. Shalih narrated from Imam Ahmad who said: "He can see the face and cannot look at it with orgasm. He may also continue to look at her and pay attention to her beauty, for only then can the purpose be realized."

Abida also opened her veil, abidzar only smiled a little while saying maasyaAllah, after which abidzar immediately lowered his head and also put his veil back up,.
