WEDDING DAY

Reading the prayer after the Adhan is promised to get the privilege.

Even those who recite the prayer after the Adhan will receive the intercession of the Prophet Muhammad on the day of the Resurrection.

So, what is the law of reciting prayer after the Adhan?

Reading prayers after the Adhan is one of the most recommended practices for Muslims.

Because, the time after the Adhan is one of the times of mustajab, which is the time of prayers that are most likely to be granted by Allah SWT.

There is a virtue to be had for those who recite prayer after the Adhan.

Therefore, reading the prayer after the Adhan is recommended to get the privilege.

So, what is the priority for people who read prayers after the Adhan?

In a hadith narrated by Ahmad, the prayer after the Adhan is an undeniable prayer.

إِنَّ الدُّعَاءَ لاَ يُرَدُّ بَيْنَ الأَذَانِ وَالإِقَامَةِ فَادْعُوا

It means: "Verily the undeniable do'a is the prayer between Adhan and iqomah, so pray (at that time)."

In addition, in the hadith told by Jabir bin Abdillah, those who pray after hearing the Adhan will get the intercession of the Prophet SAW on the Day of Resurrection.

عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:

مَنْ قَالَ حِينَ يَسْمَعُ النِّدَاءَ: اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ هَذِهِ الدَّعْوَةِ التَّامَّةِ وَالصَّلاَةِ الْقَائِمَةِ آتِ مُحَمَّدًا الْوَسِيلَةَ وَالْفَضِيلَةَ وَابْعَثْهُ مَقَامًا مَحْمُودًا الَّذِي وَعَدْتَهُ، حَلَّتْ لَهُ شَفَاعَتِي يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ.

Meaning: Whoever prays after hearing the Adhan,

"O Allah, the Lord of this perfect appeal and the Owner of this prayer to be established, give Muhammad his will and prerogative. Raise him to a praiseworthy position as You promised." So he deserves my intercession on the Day of Resurrection. (Sukhari).

Prayer reading after the Adhan

اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ هَذِهِ الدَّعْوَةِ التَّامَّةِ وَالصَّلَاةِ الْقَائِمَةِ آتِ مُحَمَّدًا الْوَسِيلَةَ وَالْفَضِيلَةَ وَابْعَثْهُ مَقَامًا مَحْمُودًا الَّذِي وَعَدْتَهُ اِنَكَ لاَ تُخْلِفُ اْلمِيْعَاد

It means: "O Allah, the Lord who has this vocation, who is perfect and has the established prayer. Give the Prophet Muhammad his will and virtue, and glory and highness, and lift him to a place of praise as You promised."

For the Maghrib prayer, the prayer after the Adhan is different.

Here is the prayer after the adhan maghrib:

اللّٰهُمَّ هَذَا إِقْبَالُ لَيْلِكَ وإدْبَارُ نَهَارِكَ وَأَصْوَاتُ دُعَاتِكَ فَاغْفِرْ ليْ

So does the prayer after the dawn adhan that has its own reading.

Here is the prayer after the dawn of the Adhan:

اللهم هَذَا إِقْبَالُ نَهَارِكَ وَإِدْبَارُ لَيْلِكَ وَأَصْوَاتُ دُعَاتِكَ فاغْفِرْ لِي

It means: "O Allah, Your day has come, Your night has passed, and the voice of the invaders to Your way has been heard. Forgive me***."

...اَللّٰهُمَّ اجْعَلْ هٰذَا الْعَقْدَ عَقْدًا مُبَارَكًا مَعْصُوْمًا وَأَلْقِ بَيْنَهُمَا أُلْفَةً وَقَرَارًا دَائِمًا وَلَا تَجْعَلْ بَيْنَهُمَا فِرْقَةً وَفِرَارًا وَخِصَامًا وَاكْفِهِمَا مُؤْنَةَ الدُّنْيَا وَالْاٰخِرَةِ...

...Allalhummaj’al hadzal ‘aqda ‘aqdan mubarakan ma’shuman wa alqi bainahuma ulfatan wa qaran wa layman wa taj’al bainahum firqatan wa firqran wa khishman wakfihima munatad dunya walkhirah  ...

...“ O Allah, make this contract a blessed and protected bond, instill in them a lasting harmony and resolve, do not make between them division, separation and enmity, and suffice both of them to live in the world and the hereafter**.”...
