Camell blinked her eyes, the sunlight coming in from the window disturbing her sleep enough that she woke up. His head was heavy and dizzy, maybe Camell had entered adulthood but consuming as much alcohol as last night was the first for him.
"Oh. my head.." Camell groaned and walked out in search of drinking water soaking her dry throat.
"Are you awake??" Lloyd stared straight at Camell who was drinking water.
"Ehhh!" Camell almost choked and hurriedly finished her drink then laughed stiffly. "Well, I'll take a shower and take a shower!" Somehow Camell felt embarrassed staring at Lloyd and rushed into the bathroom.
Even at breakfast Camell was more silent because his head still felt spinning, Lloyd noticed Camell who ate with no spirit. "Because yesterday we rode a horse-drawn carriage all day and last night we drank too much. So today you rest. Look at the business of planting it next time."
Camel was silent at the thought of Lloyd.
Just shut up I'm dizzy let alone have to take a horse carriage to a farming place..?
"But I'd really like to see that suitable planting effort as soon as possible, lord duke." Camell hesitated.
Lloyd furrowed his eyebrows, he knew many noble daughters who had been proffered to be his matchmaking candidates. Like Cyness one example, even though Lloyd does not understand women too much but he is sure that none of the noble daughters who want to bother to enter the village especially just to see the business of planting. "Your taste is strange, well.from the idea of planting trees, go to remote areas. now.."
"Haaahh who benefits from my interest in strange things." Camell sighed cutting Lloyd's speech.
Lloyd held back her smile at Camell. "Then we see the business of planting just noon, this morning we walk around the village. How's it?"
Camell became excited, "Okay!!! I'm ready to be ready first."
Luckily for Camell, it turned out that the inn they occupied was close to the market in the center of the village. From early morning blind until now the market atmosphere is quite crowded, Camell wears a regular canal along the calf and round hat to protect it from the scorching sun, lloyd also wears long pants and a long-sleeved white shirt that is rolled up to the elbow limit. They looked more like a pair of merchants who wanted to find goods rather than nobles even though their faces were still different from those of ordinary people.
Thinking this was the first time I walked the street in the village center, I had never visited such a remote village. It's good to walk here too...
Camell glanced at Lloyd, looking at the man to find out if he felt the same way as Camell felt.
"Does master duke often go to places like this??" Camell asked in a low voice as she looked at Lloyd's flat face.
"Lloyd!"
"I'm sorry?" Camell was confused by Lloyd's answer.
"You want to call me duke in a place like this??" Lloyd smiled mockingly. "You're not totality in mingling and disguising huh??"
Camell sneered in annoyance. "What if anyone knows the duke's real name???"
"Hmmm.." The man seemed to be thinking, "Then Leo alone. Call me Leo."
"Leo?" Camell wanted to laugh. "Why Leo??"
"Because when I was a kid I had a hard time saying my own name and I said my name was Leo until I was 4. Do you understand, Camell??!" Lloyd seemed to be holding back her smile.
Camell frowned backwards and furrowed her brows. "Ter.it's up to you.. Leo!"
Look at her face like she's trying to tease me again!!
Camell nodded her head, she saw that everyone was busy transacting in the market without caring about them, then there was a handmade accessories store that attracted her eyes. "Well, time is like that...!" Camell walked towards the store.
"Where are you going??"
"Because no one knows us, is it okay if we're shopping??" Camell smiled curiously making Lloyd shiver as if to agree that the nature of this one woman is all the same.
Although Lloyd's face showed compulsion but he also followed Camell from one store to another until their luggage was more and more piled up. "Are you right?! The time of each store you buy the goods without thinking about the usefulness or need not of the item??" Lloyd was getting upset with Camell's groceries.
Camell snorted, "You really don't know what LEO is!" Camell even emphasized the name. "I'm going shopping to help the region affected by this drought, shopping to help turn the money around so that traders' lives can be better."
Lloyd wanted to laugh, but what Camell said was a little true. "It's up to you!"
"Why laugh?? How about we rest first and then go to the outskirts."
"Well, too." Lloyd just thins his lips following Camell.
They chose a small shop to rest in, looking around them filling their stomachs. "This area turns out to be quite crowded huh." Camell kept looking around.
"Yes. Since the planting match business began this area began to live. But it still hasn't rained." Lloyd put on a tough look.
Camell was silent, she understood this natural phenomenon she had read her book but somehow her mouth was still locked with that information. "We can't control the weather." Camell said in the end, "And that's not a problem we can handle. But now that we're on our way to that direction, that's enough." Camell smiled.
Maybe because he doesn't 100% believe in Lloyd's kindness or maybe Camell's big ego, he doesn't intend to reveal what he knows.
"What if we walk to the outskirts now??" Camell stood up.
"All right." Lloyd also felt he had enough rest.
Along the way to the edge until arriving there Camell found a pretty sliced view. Many street-side bums are seedy and dirty, children who are not taken care of roaming around do not study academies because of money difficulties. And many rundown houses are almost broken.
"Do people here not feel the benefits of a suitable planting job??"
Lloyd sighed. "Initially the work was reserved for the lower classes, but they sold it for money. They don't think long term if given large amounts of money they'll choose that."
"I can understand that, it feels like anyone would choose that. Then..." Uncompleted Camell spoke up and a runaway boy ran over to Lloyd.
'Brukkkk!'
"Gosh, are you okay??" Camell was quite worried because the boy hit Lloyd hard.
"This child...!" Lloyd growled furiously and let go of all his luggage and chased the boy quickly.
"Master du.. uh I mean Leo!!! Where you going??!" Camell panicked to see Lloyd chase and managed to catch the boy and clutched the boy's skinny arm tightly. "Leo, what's wrong??!" Camell also tried to catch up with Lloyd.
The boy screamed and thrashed trying to get himself out of Lloyd but still couldn't, his tears welled up and fear instantly enveloped him as he looked into Lloyd's sharp eyes.
