Soojin walks down the aisle of the police station, she heads to Seojun's room for being called by him.
During the trip Soojin occasionally sees her phone showing at 10:58.
'It's been 24 hours since Yejun disappeared, if for example I'm not a cop maybe the report was just made, ' Inner Soojin.
'I'll look for him again after this,'
Soojin reached the front of Seojun's room, knocked on the door several times and got a speech from the owner of the room.
"Lake in."
"What's calling me?" Ask Soojin to the point.
He walked in after closing the door.
"I want to talk about something about your missing friend" Reply Seojun.
"I heard from Hyejin, she said she suddenly lost contact and was last in a quiet place." Further.
Soojin nodded, "Nee, when I checked the place, and just found her cell phone." Soojin.
"I asked one of the members of the investigation division to check the footage nearby, and it turned out that someone drugged your friend from behind." Seojun.
"Bursed it?!" Of course Soojin was surprised, he had not had time to examine in detail the place because it coincided with the discovery of murder victims.
"The team's guess is the guy who drugged your friend was the killer in the same alley, because he got out of that alley before he got close to your friend." Seojun.
"Is it possible that the perpetrator arrested Yejun because he saw me kill the victim?" Think Soojin.
"Possible," Reply Seojun. "You try to investigate this, I'll order some members to help you." Further.
"Well," replied Soojin, then she lowered her head for a moment, "Cogiyo."
Sojin walked out of the room. He immediately headed for the parking lot and rushed to the last location Yejun was seen.
Not far from where Soojin's car was parked, Sunhyung watched Soojin arrive from inside her car.
When Soojin gets in the car and drives away, Sunhyung goes to run his car and follows Soojin from behind.
It wasn't until 15 minutes until Soojin got to the location, Sunhyung stopped his car a little further away from where Soojin was.
The scene is still bounded by the yellow line, there is no one there.
Soojin walks close to the dividing line, then suddenly her irises stare at something near the bushes where she found Yejun's phone earlier.
She takes out a white glove and using it, Soojin picks up the object that turns out to be a silver watch with a gold-colored line.
"Like I've seen this, but where?" Soojin.
Then he turned the clock around and saw the inside, there was an impartial name on the back of the clock.
'C.Y'.
'C. Y's? Cheon Youngsik?' The name that first appeared in Soojin's head. Then he shook his head and sighed.
"Don't be prejudiced for no apparent reason Soojin, '" Soojin murmured. Then he chose to bring the object, maybe it could be a clue later, but he did not give it to forensics, he chose to keep it himself.
Soojin gets in her car and leaves the place.
Sunhyung turned off his phone which previously featured a video of the watch that Soojin was holding, without Soojin noticing Sunhyung had attached a small camera and eavesdropping on some time ago. He no longer follows Soojin, as soon as Soojin's car leaves the place, Sunhyung goes in the opposite direction.
He stopped his car on the side of the road when he felt something back flowing out of his nose, Sunhyung looked at the rear-view mirror that bounced off part of his face. Blood was flowing from his nose.
Sunhyung took the tissue he placed on the dashboard and wiped the blood that was still flowing using the tissue.
'My time is just a few days away, I have to find hard evidence that can make him admit it on his own.'
Sunhyung knows who the code killer is after investigating several things in detail, alone.
At the police headquarters.
"Kamjagya?!!" Hyejin reflex shouted as someone suddenly patted her on the shoulder from behind.
"Why did you surprise me?!" Annoyed Hyejin.
"Mian, anyways, why are you daydreaming here?" Reply Yun Yeong who was none other than the perpetrator who patted Hyejin's shoulder earlier.
They're on a helicopter pad on the roof of the police headquarters by the way.
"Aniyo, I'm just thinking about something." Reply Hyejin.
Hyejin screeched angrily, "Ck, come on, I don't want to talk about this anymore" Hyejin turned around and walked away leaving Yun Yeong who was still standing motionless a single inch from her position.
"He's why the hell?" Yun Yeong muttered then he caught up with his friend.
On the 5th floor of the police headquarters.
Seojun just came out of his room and headed downstairs, he pressed the elevator button and when the elevator door opened there was Hyejin in the elevator.
"Are you from the ground floor or
Up?" Tanya Seojun got into the elevator.
"To the 1st floor," Hyejin replied.
Then Seojun pressed the button with the number 1.
"It just so happens that the floor's the same destination." Seojun.
"Emm, oppa?" Call Hyejin.
"Hmm?" Seojun responds with a throb.
"May I have permission for a few days?" Ask Hyejin.
Hyejin's question made Seojun stare at her, "What's wrong?" Ask back Seojun.
"There's no problem, it's just that lately I often don't focus on doing the task, I'm afraid that later even make mistakes." Hyejin replied with her right hand holding her left arm.
Seojun kept silent for a moment and nodded, "Arraseo, you can take as long as you want." Seojun.
"Gomawo oppa,"
The elevator opened and Hyejin left first, after a while Seojun came out of the elevator and headed for the parking lot.
After arriving he immediately entered the car and drove away from the police headquarters.
It wasn't until 10 minutes that he got to where he was. Seojun got out of the car and got into the restaurant where he made the appointment.
While inside the restaurant, he spread his gaze around, the restaurant had almost no visitors except for a family and a pair of women chatting in the corner seats of the room.
"Here!" Seojun turned to the source of the voice and found Minjung sitting on the corner seat of another room.
Seojun approached his friend and sat in the chair right in front of Minjung.
"So? What do you want to talk about?" Tanya Seojun opened the topic.
"I'd like to talk to you about the barcodeer." Reply Minjung.
"What do you really know?" Ask Seojun again.
Minjung placed her phone which showed a video on the table.
"What's this?"
"Video that shows who did it."
Seojun played the video. It turned out that it was a video of the perpetrator while killing the seventh victim who was none other than Oh Ju Young while at his house, just seconds after the victim died, the perpetrator removed the hood of the jacket and mask that he was wearing and displayed a face that Seojun was very familiar with.
"Where did you get this tape?" Seojun asked, looking at his friend.
"Ju Young and I put a camera in his house just in case, I just remembered about the camera when he came to his house to pick up something, who would have guessed that the camera was still working and was recording that horrible incident." Clearly Minjung was leaning on the back of the chair.
"I didn't think Cheon Youngsik was the culprit, even though I suspected him." Mumbled Seojun stared at Minjung's phone screen.
"Me too" added Minjung. "But there's something more important that I'll tell you."
"What?"
"The friend of your high school division member was held captive by Cheon Youngsik, and he only had 18 hours before he ended up like any other victim." Minjung.
"Wait, what?!" Kaget Seojun's.
"I saw him take the high school student after making him unconscious, and then I overheard him talking that he was only going to get 48 hours before he killed him like any other victim," Minjung. "And now it's 15, which means he has very little time."
"Do you know where he hid Soojin's friend?" Ask Seojun.
"Unfortunately no, when I was about to follow her, she suddenly disappeared in the third." Reply Minjung.
"Actually how do you know all this? It's impossible if you just happen to put a camera in Oh Ju Young's house and pass the scene." Seojun.
Minjung smiled faintly, "Try you ask the members who are hackers, with his help I know all this." Reply Minjung.
