19.Hyejin was almost dead

"Gamsabhamnid." Hyejin got out of the taxi and immediately searched the home address given by the perpetrator. Hyejin stopped in front of a house.

'Isn't this the fifth victim's house? It's worth it that I feel familiar with the address he gave me.' Think Hyejin. Then he turned the door knob, and it wasn't locked.

Hyejin slowly walked into the house, her left hand quietly picking a gun out of her jacket pocket.

The house was tightly closed completely dark, there was only lighting in a room not far from the entrance.

Hyejin approached the door of the room and opened it slowly. That room is a work space.

As he was about to step in, a knife stopped Hyejin's movement, as it landed smoothly on her neck. Only a few inches away is certain his neck will bleed if it moves a little.

"Dump that phone and also your gun." Said the man who pulled the knife from behind.

Inevitably Hyejin obeyed the man and immediately threw the gun and cell phone he was carrying.

"Don't try to fight back if you don't want to be the same fate as the other victims." Said the man.

'The voice is exactly the same as the caller, so I can confirm he is the same person for a while. And from his voice he was a man, but why was his voice not foreign?' Inner Hyejin.

"Hurry way!" The man's screams prompted Hyejin to walk towards the closet on the left side of the room.

The man pushed Hyejin back into the room behind the door, which turned down.

"Who are you?" Hyejin asked, looking at the person wearing the hat and mask. Her appearance is not much different from the last time she appeared while attacking Soojin.

"Should I tell you to obey a little?" Ask that guy back. Then he took the knife that had been thrown.

Hyejin prepared though unsure whether or not to succeed until the others came along. He knew that Sunhyung had been tracking his whereabouts while heading to the park, Sunhyung's tracking way was different from other hackers, he could track or hack something without a trace.

Busy with his mind to buy time Hyejin did not have time to dodge and resulted in the left neck from front to side scratched, blood coming out profusely from the wound. Hyejin could only hold onto her trying to hold back the blood that was coming out more and more.

"It turns out you like to daydream, huh? But it benefits me." Said the man.

"I just want to see how you killed the victims, why did you just put poison on the bodies of the first victims, the fifth and seventh victims? While other victims have no certainty of assault on their bodies?" Hyejin.

"You want to see how I kill them?" Reply the man approached the door.

And Hyejin realized that there was a button near the door. The man pressed the button, and before long Hyejin was cooped up by a glass from 4 sides emerging from the floor.

"All right, let me show you how I killed them." Continue the man.

And not long after he said that, gas fumes began to emerge from the hole under the floor. Hyejin shut her mouth and her nose tried not to inhale the gas.

'This gas?! This is a sleeping pill?!' Inner Hyejin.

"You're going to sleep after inhaling that smoke and then slowly your heart rate will start to slow down and then you'll die like the victims." Said the man.

Hyejin looked at the violent man, 'So like this he killed the victims.'

Despite trying to be strong, the gas was still inhaled by Hyejin, making her squat on the floor with a slight cough.

"Quickly also the reaction of the drug to you," said the man. "Maybe the police will be happy to send the body of one of their Lieutenant who has become the eighth victim of the Cold-Blooded Killer."

Not long after he said so, the door was broken from the outside and featured Soojin, and Sunhyung was carrying a weapon.

The man just kept quiet while staring at Soojin and Sunhyung who pointed a gun at him.

The man followed Sunhyung's orders then started to raise his hand. And something in his hands made the three policemen there surprised.

"Granat?! Move over!!!" Sunhyung and Soojin hide behind a wall.

The man suddenly pulled out a grenade whose key was opened. And right after the two of them hid the explosion occurred making their eyesight disturbed by dust.

Coinciding the perpetrator who escaped Sunhyung saw him.

"Don't run!!" Shouted Sunhyung then immediately chased after the perpetrator.

Soojin who tried to get rid of the dust that blocked her sight immediately gasped when she heard Sunhyung's scream, she immediately rushed into the room to help Hyejin.

"Eonnie?!!" Call Soojin. And nothing has changed from the condition where Hyejin is. That means the glass is resistant to explosions.

Can Soojin see Hyejin who is squatting on the floor and almost unconscious.

"Eonnie hang on!!!" Pekik Soojin tried to break the glass.

The first few attempts were unsuccessful, and Soojin decided to use her gun.

A few times Sunhyung lost track of the perpetrator but still he could find it.

Now he is in an old building that has just been renovated although it is not yet fully completed.

"Well... Huh... Huh... Where's she?" Sunhyung muttered his gaze around.

Then he managed to find the perpetrator who had just escaped from hiding.

"Stop!!" Sunhyung returns after the perpetrator but he manages to escape at a crossroad.

"****!" Annoyed Sunhyung hit the power pole next to him. "He's getting away again!"

Then he remembered something while chasing the perpetrator, his arm had been scratched by an iron rod while fleeing while in the old building earlier.

Sunhyung immediately rushed towards that place.

And as soon as he expected, there was an iron rod with a fresh bloodstain.

"This might be a clue." Sunhyung. Then he took the blood sample and went back to where Soojin and Hyejin were.

At Soojin and Hyejin's.

Soojin managed to get Hyejin out of the house, now they are in front of the fifth victim's house.

"Eonnie?! Hang on!" Soojin panicked.

"Naneun gwaechana yo, you guys came when I was still able to hold on, you guys were on time." Hyejin said with a thinning consciousness.

"Why is eonnie always so reckless and reckless?!! Eonnie had no idea how worried I and the others were!!" Enraged Soojin with tears.

"Let's take him to Seojun hyung's place." Take Sunhyung and he comes closer and holds Hyejin ala bridal.

They immediately rushed to the hospital.
