The Revelations Group and the Septian Group still continued to reduce the number of zombies that came with all the ammunition they had to stop the Butcher's regeneration, but their efforts did not produce good results, butcher regeneration continues even if it is slow.
After the Revelation gets word from Dani, Revelation finally decides to continue its plan.
“You can see the gap right?” ask Revelation to Dani through her communicator.
“Very clear” replied Dani.
“You can shoot him?” ask Revelation again.
“There are some things that get in the way of” Dani replied again.
“Try shooting with a regular bullet, if you're sure you can hit it, tell me” said Wahyu who then ended the transmission.
“Sep, time fireworks” Revelation then throw grenade launcher to Septian. Septian caught the grenade launcher excitedly.
“Finally time blast” Septian directly put the bullet into his launcher grade and get ready “Say where I should shoot”

After only leaving his ribs alone, Dani shot Butcher's skull through a crack in his chest. Dani's shot hit the forehead of Butcher's skull, but missed the target slightly. Dani shot again, once again exposed to the forehead, but this time close to his target. After Dani's second shot, Butcher realizes it was a thrashing, although his body is still stuck because of his own ribs, Butcher tries to make Dani can not shoot him easily.
“Yu, I can't shoot if he doesn't stand up” Dani said of his communicator.
“The problem is we also can not make it silent” replied Revelation.
“Pak, his intestines will attack” said Blue commemorating the Revelation.
“Sep! Red's! Split” tell Revelation.
Revelation, Septian, and Red split up to make it harder for Butcher to attack them simultaneously. As per the warning from Blue, Butcher slid his intestines leading to Septian, Septian dodged by jumping to the side and instantly hid behind the destroyed building. After Butcher's attack fails, Butcher pulls back his gut and throws it again, this time toward Revelation. Revelation with the help of direction from Blue, dodges Butcher's attack and also counterattacks by throwing his last grenade and blowing up his stomach and chest again. Receiving the explosion from the Revelation grenade, Butcher instantly fell silent for a moment.
“Now And!” shout Revelation.
Dani immediately shot Butcher's skull and this time the shot was right about the desired nest. Revelation and Dani instantly feel they have finally won, but a few seconds pass and there is no reaction from Butcher. Confused by this, Revelation asked Dani.
“Dan, did you shoot him right?” ask Revelation through her communicator.
“Iya, I shot him right on his forehead straight with the brain position should” Dani replied.
Revelation began to think that if the bullet hit the right target, the acid in it would melt the skull bone and open enough holes to see Butcher's brain. After thinking for a few seconds, the Revelation realized something.

The revelation looked directly at Butcher and saw three intestines wriggling out of Butcher's stomach. The three intestines immediately darted to chase their respective prey, two chasing Red, the remaining one chasing Revelation. As before, the two of them were able to avoid it, but what they did not realize was that, after missing, the intestines did not go back to Butcher's stomach, but continued their attack by turning back toward their side. Revelation and Red are shocked and frantically try to keep avoiding those gut-gut attacks. Revelation can still avoid the intestinal attacks that pursue it, but Revelation sees Red who looks a little difficult and begins to not focus on what is in front of him, that makes Revelation hit by a collision of intestines that chase after him and thicken it to hit the wall of the building. Revelation was hit hard enough that her weapon slipped out of her hand, Revelation tried to stand up, but the pain she felt prevented Revelation from standing. Revelation continues to try to stand but still cannot, on the other hand, the gut that just hit it is preparing to attack Revelation again. The gut began to rush towards Revelation quickly, feeling that there was no other choice, the Revelation prepared itself to accept the intestinal attack and close its eyes. When the gut was about to hit the body of Revelation, the bullet whizzed and hit the gut until it broke off and caused the direction of the attack to be instantly irregular and fall right in front of Revelation. The revelation immediately turned to the direction the bullet had come from and saw a figure walking towards it.

“You can still continue?” ask Mei a little worried.

Afterwards, Revelation assisted Mei and Red who were with Captain Rin gathered with Septian and Wahidyn.

Revelation and the others prepare to carry out his plan again, but to their surprise, Butcher's large intestine destroys the building that Revelation uses and the others hide and makes their location visible to Butcher. Without being able to react to anything, an intestine immediately shot towards the Revelation and wrapped around it. The gut then carries his dying Revelation, but he does not eat it immediately, but instead places the Revelation in front of the crack that shows the Butcher's skull.
