Zombie Resistance: The Eagle Team

Mission Under Another Command 8-1

The first day and the first mission of the Eagle Team is to conduct an information search about the new mutated zombies that Revelation told you yesterday and the selected members are supposed to be Dani, but it was Revelation that replaced him because it did not want Dani to lose his focus in training.

“Members of the Eagle Team who will participate in this mission are people named Dani . . . oh he is the one I locked up at that time” Mei said as she read the data from the person who will be taking part in the mission. “So where is he now?” he then saw a line of Zombie Resistance members in front of him. As she searches for Dani in the line, Mei finds the person she shouldn't be with is in the line. “Hei! You!” yell Mei while pointing towards the Revelation in the middle of the line ”Come a minute!” his orders.

The revelation that Mei suddenly picked up could only obey because Mei was the leader in the mission at that time.

“So. . . Why are you here?” ask May to Revelation with a visibly upset face.

“Eh? Isn't there a mission?” answer the Revelation with another question.

“Yes, but it should be a member of your team named Dani who is coming, not you!” said Mei who could not hold back her emotions anymore.

“Oh about that, Dani is having an important activity, so I replaced him” replied Revelation casually.

“Hah?!” may said, increasingly upset by the answer of Revelation. “Enak once he left his duty to others” said Mei who was so upset, he stomped his feet to the ground hard.

“Already, the important thing is there is a successor right and also, who wants to replace him is me, does not mean he asked me to replace him” said Revelation trying to calm May.

“You too! why do you gladly want to replace him?!” ask Mei in a high tone.

“Yah . . 'cause I don't have a job, so instead of no job, it is better that I do it” replied Revelations in a relaxed tone without any fear or guilt towards Mei who was very upset.

“This mission is important know! Are you sure you can do it?! And Kapeten Rin chose Dani for this mission because of his observation skills, not his ability to lead!” may said angrily while humbling the Revelation.

“Why are you angry all the time? I will do my job as much as possible and also I will not hamper this mission so can we just go straight away?” say the Revelation is confused why Mei got so angry.

“You think you who would dare to rule me like that?!” May grew angry after hearing the Revelation.

“Commander, it's time to leave” said one of the Zombie Resistance members who was behind in May. Hearing that, Mei turned to the soldier with a scary face and made the soldier flinch in shock, but upon seeing her watch, Mei calmed herself down immediately.

“Alright, tell everyone to get ready!” say Mei firmly.

“Good!” replied the frightened Zombie Resistance member who immediately went running towards the troops that had been marching from earlier.

“Padahat if not being angry he has good authority” muttered Revelation slowly.

“What did you say?!” say Mei in a high tone.

“No, I did not say anything” replied the Revelation with a complain.

The troops are divided into 4 small teams of 3 people and each Team will inspect one of the four districts, namely east, west, south, and north. Revelation forced Mei to join her Team because she thought that Revelation did not have enough ability and would hinder the performance of the other Team and if Revelation was with her then May could also watch over her.

After the division of tasks, Team Mei got the task of inspecting the eastern part. They began to enter the district whose building position was docked once and had several small alleys between the buildings. After a few minutes, Revelation began to realize that the place had been seen before. Due to too much alley, Mei decides to split up.

After splitting up, Wahyu arrived at a place that looked like a market and to his surprise, the market was a place where he fought the Butcher zombies, reflexively, in his own right, Revelation immediately searched for the nearest wall and attached its back to the wall.

“May, did you hear me? This is the area where I met the Butcher! Quickly find the nearest building and stick to it!”  shouted Revelation through the radio that had been shared earlier.

On the other side May hears the warning of Revelation and immediately sticks her back to the building that is behind her.

Mei photographed the object with her Handphone as data to give to Captain Rin later. After 2 to 4 portraits, it moved again and this time moved like it was pulling back into place. It continued to pull until the sound of a man's cry sounded in pain and fear. Mei tried to look towards the voice of the scream and vaguely Mei saw a Zombie Resistance member entangled by the tip of the object in front of her earlier and was quickly attracted. Reflexively, Mei immediately shot at the object in front of her to help the members of the Zombie Resistance who were wrapped around it, but because of the speed of the object moving, it moved, every May shot bounced before it could pierce through the thing.

After May's 1 M4A1 magazine ran out, the entangled Zombie Resistance member had passed May and was pulled away from May's vision. Not accepting with failure, Mei followed the thing earlier. Luckily Mei's place was one long alley, so Mei thought it was impossible for it to pass any other way. After a while of running, Mei finally reached the end of the alley, Mei pressed her back against the wall and tried to peek outside the alley, he looked to his right and left until finally his gaze was fixed on something. It was a large-bodied zombie and had a belly that looked bigger than its body was leaning against one big, tall building, around him are also seen the bodies of zombies and humans lying with incomplete circumstances. Seeing all that, Mei had wanted to vomit, but she held him back so as not to be caught by the zombie. Mei tried to pay attention to the zombie again and she saw the thing that passed through it earlier that was trying to insert the Zombie Resistance member wrapped around it into the zombie stomach, after crashing the Zombie Resistance member's body into the zombie's stomach several times, his stomach then opened and revealed something terrible in Mei's eyes, revealing something terrible, the sharp rib arrangement that formed like a jaw inside the zombie's stomach began to pull the object back, which turned out to be the zombie's gut, his stomach pulled his intestines wrapped around his prey back into his stomach and as the bodies of his prey began to enter the rib cage, they immediately moved and began to tear the body apart. One brief shout rang out from the body of the Zombie Resistance member, who then instantly fell silent as his body had already become pieces scattered everywhere. Seeing that scene, Mei immediately limp and felt terrified. His hand holding the weapon dropped the weapon.

“Oh not” he said slowly and then tried to catch his weapon that fell so as not to make a sound, but it looks his hand will not have time to catch it. Suddenly a hand appeared from the other direction that caught Mei's falling weapon and immediately attached her body to the building right next to Mei. When May saw who it was, it was Revelation.

“Hup, fortunately it has not touched the ground” he said. “So, how does it feel to see that monster preying on its victims” continued with a smile. Seeing the smiling Revelation only irritated Mei and finally she kicked the legs of Revelation.

“What do you mean how it feels, it's the scariest thing I've ever seen” said Mei annoyed. Mei started to try to calm herself down. “So, is that a zombie you mean?” ask Mei to make sure.

“Iya, but it looks like he has grown, previously he was still 2.3 meters” replied Revelation while watching Butcher who was eating his prey.

“Looks like he'll be looking for food again, ma’af but can you warn the other members? If I were to speak, surely no one would believe me”, Wahyu said politely asking.

“Good if you understand your position” said Mei quipped who then started telling the other troops to immediately attach their bodies to the buildings near them.

The Butcher watched by the Revelation had digested his food and his stomach had begun to open again, then from his stomach darted his intestine which was used to find food again. Revelation began to pay close attention to Btucher, the intestines released by the zombie looked slower than before, but the intestines also looked bigger. Previously the intestine launched by Butcher increased speed every 50 meters, but this time the acceleration occurred every 150 meters, in other words this is an advantage if you want to deal with it in close range, but the size of the intestine can also be a threat and also still no certainty how much increased the strength of the coil. After that Revelation and May begin to return to the Shelter carefully. On the way back, Wahyu was a little disappointed that there was still a lot of important data he could get, if he could be there any longer. After arriving at the Chinese Zombie Resistance headquarters, all the troops were ordered to collect what they got, after which they could go on with their respective activities. When Revelation is about to go back for rest, Revelation is called May and tells her to report directly to Captain Rin.
