Young Masters
Na Jaemin's

Chenle wakes up at 6am and she is shocked to see her phone with Yuhi still on the phone. The man didn't turn it off right away but he put the phone back in his ear to see if Yuhi was still there.

And the first thing his sense of hearing caught Chenle with a faint smile.

Yuhi must be sleeping. Chenle could hear the sound of her regular breathing.

'I must have been drunk and unknowingly called her last night' Chenle thought.

Chenle disconnected her phone and walked to the bathroom.

Today he has morning class and Chenle still has time for breakfast.

Steve and Airen, both of his parents were already in the dining room when he came down. Chenle greeted them and joined in to eat.

"You went to Kris' house yesterday?"  Steve asked. They were waiting for their food to be prepared by the head chef.

"Yes. I've decided."

"Isn't this too sudden? " Airen linked his fingers in front of his chin then looked at his only son.

"I thought so too, but I don't want to wait." Since Chenle knew how Yuhi was doing, she would not delay this marriage.

But Chenle wouldn't tell her parents about the matter.

"Well, papa won't forbid. It's just that papa wants you to think carefully because marriage isn't a game."

Chenle nodded. Coinciding with that, the servants came to bring their food.

They eat in silence because this is the code of conduct at the dinner table. Steve and Chenle were probably thinking the same thing while their mouths were chewing.

Because a business wedding is not as simple as a wedding in general.

A business marriage usually involves the assets of both parties of the family, where there will be assets that the Chenle family gives as a dowry and also there are assets that they make joint projects as business ties. This is somewhat sensitive because business continuity is usually related to the continuity of the marriage. That one thing Chenle hates.

Chenle understood the consequences. He knew that marrying Yuhi was a dangerous step he would take. Chenle had not only sacrificed her feelings in helping the girl, but she had also sacrificed her family assets.

"I will give 30% of hotel shares in Shanghai as dowry and resort project in japan as cooperation project."

Chenle glanced at Steve.

"You know how important our two assets are, I hope you're not messing around with Naka's daughter."

...****************...

Chenle met Jaemin at the campus cafeteria after their class ended. Jaemin is majoring in baking and pastry art, he and Chenle are also interested in culinary. The difference was that Chenle focused on her business while Jaemin focused on how to cook cakes and everything related to bread.

"I'm lazy." The short answer is too monotonous.

"Heard you accepted the girl's proposal?"

Chenle nodded as she had no intention of telling anyone about her wedding plans, but it was useless, as Chenle would not be able to hide secrets from her friends.

"Yes." Yeah." That's the short answer. Chenle hoped Jaemin would not suspect her and asked her why.

"I met Yuhi during the first semester of our Boulangerie Viennoiserie class as a team, and I think I've loved her ever since. "

The Boulangerie Viennoiserie is a class for making French bread. Jaemin and Yuhi are in the same class in the course.

The initial meeting was unexpected but seeing how Yuhi who was very independent and charming when making cakes seemed to have captivated Jaemin.

Chenle looked at Jaemin. The gaze was sharp enough that even Jaemin also returned his sharp gaze.

"You're asking me to step back and give up on you?" Ask Chenle. The man felt a little snobbed with Jaemin's sudden laughter.

"That's not it.... " Jaemin patted Chenle on the shoulder and then grabbed her.

"I've already sent out marriage proposals to her family, but she rejected me."

'Aahhh.' Inner Chenle.

"I didn't expect, that innocent-looking girl even dared to propose to you first." There was a tinge of disappointment in Jaemin's laughter voice and Chenle was quite sensitive to it.

If only Jaemin knew the reason Yuhi proposed to him.

'Ah. no.. Jaemin should not know, ' Chenle thought.

Chenle knew Yuhi rejected Jaemin because what the girl was looking for was 'a man who had no interest in her' because the girl wanted to get a divorce after marriage.

But strangely when Chenle said she would never divorce him Yuhi agreed instead. Could it be that Yuhi was already at the most frustrating point in her life, that she was willing to spend the rest of her life with the Chenle family?

"We're not going to be hostile just because of women, right?" Chenle gave Jaemin a mischievous look with eyebrows going up and down.

"Oh, of course not. You think I'm a high school boy who's still fighting over a girlfriend? "

"I'm glad to hear it."

Seriate....
