Ryujin

Let's say Chenle was blinded by love. Even his love for Ryujin was unconditional until Chenle easily accepted the girl back.

He was not ignorant, a powerful Zhong Chenle must have been looking to find out.

Ryujin had no intention of contacting her when she moved to New York and even appeared to have done so on purpose. Chenle also knew Ryujin was in a relationship with some men there.

Chenle was angry, Chenle was disappointed, but her hatred felt pseudo. When he meets up again with Ryujin, Chenle is unable to hate the girl. It feels bland and stuffy. He knows Ryujin is playing him but Chenle can't afford to hate him.

"Zhong Chenle's..." Renjun called out to him with a tone of protest. The sweet-faced man sat down and looked at Chenle unusually.

"Hmm???"

"You crazy? Why are you and Ryujin.. uhhh.." Even Renjun could not continue his words. The man stared at the back of a blonde girl who was ordering food at the checkout table. They are now in the cafeteria in front of the campus.

"Are you sick of me, Runjunah..? Same me too.." Chenle's gaze was blank, it felt very hollow. His feelings were floating between his heart and his conflicting logic.

"You're not thinking about Yuhi's feelings?"

Chenle sighed and nodded.

"Let's go. I want to think about it, but my heart is like being enslaved by Ryujin. "

"Chenle... " Renjun complained once again, like he did not think that Chenle could be this jerk.

The man was suddenly silent when Ryujin returned with his order and greeted Renjun kindly.

"Oh. hi Renjun. Long time no see." he said.

The move did not give him a smile at all.

Renjun also remained there with Ryujin and Chenle until the two finished eating. It was as if he was not willing that his cousin was alone with Ryujin.

Chenle knew Renjun must be disappointed in her, even repeatedly they looked at each other. But Chenle could not control her feelings at this moment.

"Chenle accompany me shopping after this." Ryujin asked. And again he asserted when Renjun also knew that Chenle would usually go home with Yuhi.

"Zhong Chenle you're crazy." that's what Renjun said without a sound. As if fed up with seeing the two men, Renjun almost left but he paused because he saw Yuhi who had just come out of campus and was standing across the street.

"Junger, please take Yuhi home hmm.."  Chenle whispered softly in her ear before she came out.

Chenle walks to her car with Ryujin holding her. The man opens his car door for Ryujin and stares at Yuhi across the street. The look they met, Yuhi waved at him but Chenle instead gave him a flat look. And he got in the car ignoring her.

"Yep...." Run towards Yuhi who was pecking at the sidewalk. The girl was still staring at the street Chenle left behind a few minutes ago.

Renjun scratched his non-itchy neck. He doesn't know what to answer. Renjun did not wish to interfere in Chenle's household affairs but he also felt bad for Yuhi.

"Yuhi. actually ... "

"Is that girl Ryujin?"

Rang looked surprised, though,

"You know Ryujin?"

Yuhi shook her head, a smile faded slightly from her face.

"I've only heard her name from Giselle, but I don't know her. "

"I'm sorry..."

Yuhi frowned. Don't know why Renjun apologized to her.

"You're not wrong." The girl forced her smile so that Renjun did not feel too guilty.

The girl walked a little backwards then sat down on one of the stop chairs in front of the campus and Renjun followed her.

"Our marriage was not based on love, it was all just because I asked Chenle for help. I even predicted something like this would happen.."

"Are you not sad?"

Chenle and Yuhi's marriage had already lasted for more than 3 months, and during the life together it was impossible for Yuhi to feel nothing for Chenle right, even though it was only a matter of comfort.

"Yes, I'm sad. But I have no right. "

The girl plays her fingers. This was Yuhi's way of distracting her so that she wouldn't cry.

"It wasn't Ryujin who was in between our relationship but I was the one in the middle of their relationship. "

Still silent, Yuhi may be right about him being in the middle of Chenle and Ryujin's relationship but this situation is also untenable. After all Yuhi and Chenle's relationship was a legitimate marriage relationship, no matter who seized who, Chenle obviously should be on Yuhi's side.

The two were silent until the atmosphere of the campus was completely deserted. Yuhi is too late in her feelings and Renjun does not know what to do. In the end he just looked at Yuhi who was acting like she was ordinary even though clearly Renjun knew how the tears gathered in his eyes.

"Let's take you home.."
