Chapter 45: Meeting the Enemy

Samuel looked resentfully at his mother who looked innocent in the slightest. The middle-aged woman was giving some souvenirs to Nada who just resignedly obeyed Jasmine.

"Pa, why do you have to go home now?" sewot Samuel who immediately got a pillow throw from the Duke.

"Based on brash children" said the Duke.

Samuel ruffled his hair in frustration thinking about the fate of his little sister who had been taken off.

"Why? What are you guys doing?" the Duke's temptation until the Tone that hears becomes reddened.

"You're like you're never young, Pa" said Samuel lazily.

"That's it. Come on, get to the study for a second. There's something you want to talk to me about" asked the Duke, who was immediately embraced by Samuel after saying goodbye to Nada.

The two handsome men of different ages engaged in a serious conversation inside there. It was seen that the son was holding his pain-throbbing temple.

"You sure, Pa? Wouldn't that be dangerous for her health? And what if Steve doesn't approve?"

"Hey! You're her husband. You're more entitled than Steve. Papa is sure Nada will only follow what you say."

"Yes, I am her husband. But I don't want anything to happen to her, Pa."

"That's it. We can't be selfish. Nada deserves to know everything. Although it hurts, Mikael would be sad if Nada did not know who her real father and mother were."

"Hm, okay. I'll ask him first."

"Yes, it should be. Papa has renovated the house more, but Nada's house still stands upright in the same place."

Jasmine and the Duke did go to Nada's childhood home. They repaired and added a new building in the yard to look more magnificent. They all do it for the sake of Nada.

"Darling, why haven't you slept?" samuel asked as he hugged Nada who was lying in front of the sky.

"I'm waiting for you. Is everything okay?"

The tone tilted his body to face each other with Samuel who gave a brief kiss on his forehead.

"Yes, everything's fine. You don't have to worry, hem?"

Samuel patted Tone's back as if to put a child to sleep. The bodies of the two clung to with affectionate gazes.

"Honey," called Samuel to a tone that seemed to be getting sleepy.

"Hem, why?"

"If we move house, do you want to?"

"Wherever you go, that's where I am. Even if you're poor and have to sleep under a bridge, I'll keep you company."

Samuel, hearing how wise his wife was, felt even more grateful to have this woman. Nothing could replace the position of Nada in his heart until at any time. But what if Nada left him? Can Samuel survive again?

Luke walked out from there with a messy look. He had just been woken up and told to leave. Maybe Nada explained everything to Samuel, he thought.

"Hi, are you okay?"

"Yes, I'm fine. How're you? I tried to call you, but your number was never active."

"Sorry, I'm busy. I'll see you soon. You're about to give birth soon, aren't you?"

"Yes, you're right. Did I trouble you?"

Nada lived her day with a cheerful smile to make some people sitting nearby look at her carelessly.

The content of the message from Samuel made Nada smile amusedly. They had been separated for a few hours, but her husband missed her. Nada rushed away to let go of the longing with Samuel who had sulked asking him to come immediately.

"Hey, cupu!" call a woman who got into a fight with him in the elevator that turns one floor with him working.

"What's wrong?" sahut Lazy tone.

"Aren't you looking for Mr. Luke two days ago? He told me he was waiting for you in front of the office."

"really?" Tone a little surprised. Samuel released the man. He'd better look at Luke's situation first, he thought.

The elevator on the left opens until the Tone with lightning fast in and presses button 1. He sent Samuel a message to wait for him.

Tone walked out towards the company gate while glancing at him looking for Luke who was seen just coming out of a black car. He then ran towards the smiling Lukas.

"Hi, are you okay?" tanya Nada examines Luke's appearance.

The man was in plain clothes, but wasn't Luke the last time he wore a cleaning service shirt? Maybe he changed his clothes?

Luke simply kept silent and watched Nada intently before the woman finally realized one thing. These eye folds are not as thick as the original Luke.

Don't-don't you?

"You!" Tone suddenly felt his breathing getting congested as six men with burly bodies had surrounded him.

"Hi, honey. We meet again" said the man who turned out to be Dika.
