While closing his eyes to enjoy the peace of Xiao Wangfu, suddenly from behind came the voice of a woman who surprised him.

Gu Sinjie was wide-eyed, he immediately stood up and jumped to the end of the tree trunk. His eyes stared intently at the woman, upon learning that she was Baili Ruyi, Gu Sinjie snorted in annoyance. "Can't you show up in a normal way?"

Baili Ruyi rolled her eyes lazily, then sat on the tree trunk where Gu Sinjie had been before. "Thank God. I was gonna kick your back hard."

Baili Ruyi loosened her stern expression, then followed her gaze at the sky and smiled faintly. "I guess from the start, that guy's gonna melt!"

Gu Sinjie turned to look at Baili Ruyi, then asked, "When are we going to find a partner, huh?"
