Sixteen

"Doctor, Doctor, help my son Doc" cried Anton as he held Lea's weak body drained of blood. Anton is followed by Chika and Livia who are worried about Lea's dire situation.

A nurse brought a gurney to bring Lea inside to receive intensive care. Lea was taken to the ICU room because Lea's condition was not okay.

Anton waited anxiously for the situation of his youngest daughter. Anton had never known about Lea's current situation. Anton never thought that the pressure exerted on Lea could be as fatal as it is today. During this time Lea always looks fine but in fact Lea is the most depressed person over everything that happens in her family.

Livia was only able to remain silent. He still could not understand what happened to his daughter. Lea who had always looked fine was not what she saw. There was a little bit of pity in Livia's heart for her youngest daughter. But again his selfishness overcame the truth.

Not long after the doctor who served in the ICU room was out after finishing dealing with Lea.

"Family patient?" Ask the middle-aged doctor to someone in front of the ICU.

Hearing the doctor's question, Anton immediately stood up and approached the doctor.

"What's my son doing, Doc?" Ask Anton anxiously.

"The patient lost a lot of blood and fortunately the blood stock in this hospital is still there. Now the patient's condition is fine because the puncture does not hit an important organ in his body so you can easily handle it. I am very sad about the patient sir. Though I know the patient just got out of the hospital this morning" explained the doctor.

But the thing that surprised Anton was the last sentence spoken by the doctor who said that his daughter had just come out of the hospital this morning and this afternoon her daughter returned home the same pain.

"How long was he in the last time doc?" Ask Anton curiously.

"From three days ago sir. He also seems to be a patient of Farah's doctor" replied the doctor who only just knew if Lea was a patient of Farah's doctor coworker.

"Doctor Farah?" It was Anton who did not know about Farah's doctor.

"Yes doctor Farah, he's a doctor psychologist here. Therefore I am not surprised when I saw the patient was back with a case of attempted suicide. Oh yes sir, I will transfer the patient to the ward. So please take care of the hospital administration first" explained the doctor and then say goodbye to Anton and the others.

Anton, Livia, and Chika were surprised not to play when they heard the explanation of the middle-aged doctor earlier. They had absolutely no idea if Lea had any mental disorders during this time.

"Dad wants to take care of his administration first, you take care of your adek first yes. Maybe I'm a little old, so if Lea wakes up and finds Dad, tell me I'm going to the cafeteria again" Anton told Chika. Even Anton has been silent about Livia ever since. Anton was still angry at what Livia said.

"Mother also wants to go to the cafeteria" said Livia and immediately sauntered away.

Chika who understands the condition of her parents was only able to stay still and see her tired. His stubborn mother and his father who easily provoked emotions make both of them can not talk about something well.

Anton leaves after seeing Livia leave. Now Anton will clear up his hospital fees and after that Anton will see Farah's doctor. The doctor who he said had long been a mental doctor from Lea.

Anton has completed Lea's administrative affairs. Now Anton is at the door of Farah's doctor's room. Anton prepares to hear all the doctors' statements about his youngest daughter.

After hearing the permission of the owner of the room, Anton finally went inside.

Doctor Farah looked in surprise at Anton's arrival. At one time he did not have a schedule to meet patients because today is not his schedule to deal with patients.

"Please sit down sir" tell Farah's doctor politely.

Anton sat down in front of Farah's doctor in dismay about Farah's explanation of her daughter, which he would later hear.

"I'm sorry I interrupted Doc. I'm the father of your patient named Analea. I'm here to know the truth doc" Anton told me of his goal to see Farah's doctor.

"It turns out that the father was Anton. Am I wrong sir?" Ask Farah's doctor who turns out the guess is correct.

"Right doc" Anton replied.

"Actually I'm not allowed to tell anyone about this sir, but because I think you can also help Lea heal then I will explain" Farah said before explaining about Lea's condition.

Anton was also silent and put his ears on well in order to hear all the explanations from Farah's doctor about Lea's condition.

"Lea's been on my medication since she was thirteen. And for almost ten years Leah was on my medication. In that long time Lea really can not be declared cured. Lea had severe depression and panic attacks that caused her emotions to sometimes become uncontrollable. The role of the family is very much needed in the case of Lea like that sir. His family must also gradually change the mindset of Lea who considers herself a time bomb that will destroy everything. Lea had also attempted suicide when she was fifteen and eighteen. Lea did this by inserting a sharp object in her stomach. For Lea to do that could reduce the pain that was in her heart and if asked why the stomach, all of it was done because Lea felt more pleasant when she saw blood coming out of her stomach. After the suicide attempt, our side always told him to stay in the hospital but because stubborn finally Lea allowed for outpatient treatment" explained Farah's doctor at length.

Anton was shocked to hear all this. Her daughter was able to hide such a big thing for nearly ten years. Anton really feels like he failed to be a good father to his daughter. How much he and his family hurt Lea until finally Lea had to end up like now.

"So, actually my son just got into the hospital" Anton told Farah's doctor.

"Again?" Ask Dr. Farah in surprise. Because Lea had just come out this morning and in the afternoon Lea returned to the hospital.

"Doctor mean?" Anton did not understand.

"Look sir, Lea for three days she's been in this hospital. I can't explain why he was treated but certainly because of fatigue Lea had to get treatment for three days" Farah's doctor replied.

Again Anton was fooled by Leah's words. Lea always tried to look okay even though she was not okay.

"He came back here because of another suicide attempt, Doc" Anton said, which immediately shocked Farah's doctor.

"Again?"
