The Arrival of Calvin's Parents

“Zhi, what do you really want?” ask Calvin. His gaze was still focused on the long street in front of him.

“You mean?” Zhi frowned not understanding where Calvin's question was headed.

"I'm starting to think, you're not a human like me, how can you? It's still hard to believe, my brain can sometimes accept, but in retrospect, like impossible,” Calvin said as he scrunched his forehead.

"That's true, Calvin,” replied Zhi, “Now, don't think of anything, most importantly, I'm now a human being, just think of me as a normal woman in general.”

“Mana can, Zhi. From the beginning of your appearance, it has been recorded clearly in my head if you are not human,” Calvin denied while glancing at Zhi. The woman beside him was only able to exhale while raising her shoulders, she was annoyed that Calvin was constantly defending himself.

Calvin's car was moving faster and faster through the city even though the road they were traveling on was a little congested. The smoke of vehicles billowing pollutes the air, the sound of honking each other sounds loud in the ears.

Zhi who is not used to living on earth was nagging incessantly because it was very disturbing his sense of hearing. If only Zhi could be free to use his power, he would surely fly Calvin's car to get home quickly and not feel the drama of the traffic jam. Calvin opens the fence automatically using the remote that is always in his car. The building was large enough for him to live alone. The house, where Calvin lives a quiet life, alone without the pressure of his parents, who always told him to get married and always arranged it. He chose to buy the house with his own efforts, without the intervention of his parents, who in fact had abundant wealth.

However, once a week on Sunday, it is certain that Calvin's parents will come to visit his only favorite son. It was because Calvin never once came to his parents.

Calvin parked his car right in his spacious yard. Accidentally, his eyes were centered on the black-colored car that was also parked in the corner of the courtyard. He also widened his eyes. His heart seemed to be buzzing, like a cat that was afraid to see a dog.

“Calvin, your parents are inside?” zhi asked as he was confused by Calvin's expression, he focused his mind briefly on what had happened.

“Sial! I forgot it's Sunday, how it is, Zhi. Don't let them see you, they may go berserk because I brought another woman, even though they really hope for Gracella!” said Calvin, the man's face was firm now seen shrinking, his guts seemed to wrinkle imagine his mother is super chatty and his papa who always interrogate about his work.

“Do I have to disappear? But, wait! you should have told them about the old woman's behavior" Zhi told Calvin's idea of telling Gracella about her parents.

“Ah, let me think for a while.” Calvin looked agitated and was twitching his non-dizzy temples. Even Zhi who did not know what to do, he chose to be quiet with boredom. The hunger he had felt since then began to disappear due to swallowing a lot of Calvin's babble.

“Zhi, we'd better get off, but, can you change your clothes? Don't be like this. You will be seen cynically by mama later, like a woman who does not know fashion.”

“Alright, what should I wear?” Calvin quickly picked up the clothes they had just bought at the mall, he chose a navy dress for Zhi to wear. An innocent paper bag was thrown into the backseat because he was too nervous.

“You wear this!” Calvin gave the dress to Zhi. “Wait! I have to get out first. Take it easy, I won't see it from the outside. My eyes are not that wild.” Calvin continued to speak from earlier, even Zhi grew tired of hearing the man's voice.

“Zhi, stop. Don't argue! Now, get serious, be serious. Can you change your clothes quickly?” Calvin opens his car door to get out, letting Zhi change her clothes in the car. However, Zhi immediately pulled Calvin's hand to stay by his side.

“Stay here, don't come out before I finish changing clothes. I need your judgment, Calvin.”

“Hei! You're crazy, Zhi! How could I see you changing clothes? I don't want strange things to happen. We have no time! So, don't lure me!”

"Your mind is dirty, Calvin. I didn't expect." Zhi again shook his head like he was underestimating Calvin. The man looked at Zhi with a slightly sharp look, but even Zhi was not afraid of that look.

Zhivanna began to notice the shape of the shirt and attached it to her body that was leaning on the seat of the car. Instantly Zhi's clothes turned navy, she managed to change her clothes in a second. Later seen by Calvin, but it did not show the plain body of Zhi at all. The white shirt that had been worn, was suddenly on Calvin's lap.

The man was shocked and widened his eyes. Disbelief and wonder become one. Also, he had a little fear that he was holding back. Calvin's heart had been unwell since this morning when Zhi appeared in his life.

“Do you see my body? No, right?” zhi asked by commenting on his smile, he raised his eyebrows because again he managed to tease Calvin.

“Other times, things like this don't show in front of me, Zhi. That will make people hang.”  Calvin exhaled a rough breath.

“Calvin, how do I look, am I beautiful?”
