Wish You Know's
Chapter 2: Mental Concern

.....☆♡☆.....

The school hallway was full of students still wandering around. Joking with laughter or just sitting and chatting lightly. Rena and Levina walk down the school hall. Then they entered the same classroom where it was written 11-1.

Classrooms provide single chairs and tables for students. Levina sat in the middle seat and Rena sat to her right. Shortly the entrance bell rang. A thirty-four year old female teacher entered the classroom. All of the student seats were filled, except for the seat to the left of Levina which looked empty.

"Is there anything that doesn't come in today?" ask Miss Friska.

"Arjuna let her say she's sick again, Mom! It's on the table" replied Levina.

Ms. Friska checked the letter and then opened the printed book.

"Good! Then, we just start the lesson immediately," said Ms Friska.

All students were seen taking lessons with tetib.

In the eyes of other lessons, Rena looks more active. Like the maths lessons that are going on now, it looks like Rena is working on a problem on the board. A bespectacled male teacher was sitting in his chair and watching the answer Rena was trying to solve quickly.

Then in the history lesson there is a quiz. Where female and male students are divided into two camps. Both teams answered each other. Including Rena who repeatedly raised her hand and answered correctly the questions the teacher gave made her team cheer.

.....☆♡☆.....

During the break, there were some students who played basketball while still wearing school uniforms. Some of the students near the field were watching their game.

It was Liam who is now dribbling the ball and then doing a jump shoot. As expected, the ball went right into the ring. Seeing someone sitting in a long chair not far from the field, Liam smiled before finally saying goodbye to his friends.

"Ease, yes!" said Liam.

His friends returned to play while Liam went out on the field and approached Rena who was focusing on a reading book. He sat down next to Rena.

"Read what the hell? Very serious." said Liam.

Rena smiled at Liam. Show the cover of the book he read. A novel by a French novelist.

"You read that too? I'm done, really!"

"No, deh! But I think I've heard the title of this novel."

"Yes. It's just as rich a movie title we've ever seen. The time we spent at Levina's. I just read the novel."

Liam nodded in understanding.

"Let's have a club schedule, right?" ask Liam.

Rena nodded.

"The plan anyway, want to go to the accessories store later with Levi. Go to Hylo. Do you want to come too?"

"No, deh!"

Rena nodded in understanding and went back to reading the novel. While Liam notices Rena who looks serious with her reading book. Made a small arch in Liam's lips engraved.

.....☆♡☆.....

The bell home from school rings. All the students are out of their classes. Rena and Levina are seen walking down a corridor and into a room filled with four other students.

Social clubs focus on every teen's movement. Starting from violence, bullying, delinquency, all things that are considered negative and need proper handling. And Rena and her friends are part of a handful of people who care about all of those things. A BP teacher named Sandi was the one who initially triggered the club. Initially, only Rena and Levina were interested, but gradually, there were also those who joined even though it was not in accordance with the number of expected members.

As of now, the club members have fully gathered including Mr. Sandi. Discussing Anna's death, Anna's death was the darkest day of the day. Anna fell off the roof of the school building. No one saw it until the school cleaner, Mr. Mamat, saw Anna's body that had been stretched stiff in the morning.

"Monday, it should be a passion for students to start learning activities after the holidays. Some of us, however, still remember this day as a dark day. All of us cannot escape the material ridicule and ridicule. That's what led Anna to end her life. Although the perpetrators have been given direction and counseling, it cannot guarantee other children do not do the same. We need to spread the importance of one's mental strength. Not everyone is strong and able to withstand the burden alone. And the biggest mistake of most bully victims is the sense where they feel they are not cared for, do not have a place to tell stories, and feel the most unwanted person," explained Mr. Sandi.

All members listened carefully.

"Most bully victims choose to end their lives by killing themselves from a height, downing poison, taking drugs to overdose, and hanging themselves. They think it is the quickest thing to end life without feeling pain for longer. Not only bully, love problems are also a factor they commit suicide" said Mr. Sandi.

"But the causes that may never cross, family can also be a major factor why someone prefers to end life" explained Rena.

Rena looked at everyone in the room. That small smile could not eliminate the sad look that Rena was trying to cover. Levina is definitely the one who knows best where Rena is going.

"Pressure, demands, violence. It could have been done by a father and mother to her child. The factors can be many. Dislike, ambition, indifference, or indeed due to the overly tempramental nature of parents. Dislikeness and indifference may occur because they are too defiant or because they are really unwanted. While ambition and temperament may be one thing that is not separated. The ambition of parents who want the perfect child in their lives is sometimes needed, but if it is too excessive, it is not good for the child. And children can do nothing but obey their will. One of the most famous cases is about the death of an 18-year-old teenager in Orlando. Where the woman has been pressured since childhood to always get perfect grades in every subject. Everything went well until he took the college entrance exam and passed. The woman ended up no longer living with her family because of the distance of the campus is very far," said Rena.

Rena was silent for a moment.

"His parents who wanted to visit all came to the campus to pick him up. Waiting long, the boy did not come out. Contacted can't either. Until both parents ask the child to the information. And knowing the fact that the boy never went to college there. The woman lied. The woman had honestly taken the entrance exam test, but failed. He faked everything so as not to make both of his parents angry. He never went to college and worked in a bar. And his parents who knew the fact beat the child to death. There is no mercy. Until she thought they never loved her. The next day, the woman was found dead. Falling from the roof of a 30-story hotel building under construction. And his parents just felt sorry. The role of parents is also important. They also need to know about their child's mental importance. And I think a meeting to discuss something like this needs to be done to the parents."

Mr. Sandi looked at the old Rena until finally nodded slowly.

"Yes. You're correct. A healthy family environment is also needed to reduce adolescent mortality" said Mr. Sandi.

Everyone in the room agreed.

"I'll try to talk to the Headmaster about this. And Rena..."

Rena looked at Mr. Sandi.

"Good work."

Rena just nodded slowly and smiled slightly.
