Chapter 3: Approving the Marriage

Bayu shows a black bracelet bearing the name Dimas Darmawan. The bracelet that Dimas gave to Bayu as a sign of a pending request.

The promise of Dimas to fulfill Bayu's request if one day Bayu needs his help. Dimas takes a bracelet from Bayu, and begins to recall events when they were first grade High School.

Bayu saved Dimas' life. Dimas was in an accident and nearly died. Dimas lacked a lot of blood and if there were no blood donors at that time, then Dimas could have died.

Bayu immediately, and without thinking long donated a lot of blood to Dimas to make Bayu must be hospitalized. So Dimas always thought that Dimas owed his life to Bayu.

"Of course I remember" replied Dimas coldly.

"Alright, just 6 months as you wish," said Dimas heavily.

"Good, Dimas. You already agreed. You are my best friend. Okay, the others leave it to me. Later I will call again if the wedding date has been set," said Bayu happy.

"Then what about your ex-wife. Does he agree too?" tanya Dimas hopes the woman rejects Bayu's request.

"Easy. She's my business. You just have to come to the wedding ceremony."

Dimas felt like a submissive little boy.

What kind of woman will I marry? Why is there a woman who is so submissive and love dies to a man like Bayu? How beautiful is she that makes Bayu want to be her husband for the umpteenth time? inner Dimas.

"What's? Didn't you refuse to marry Selvi a few days ago? You said you haven't thought about marriage, and you still want to focus on work" Sapna's mother told Dimas.

"It's mom, maybe Dimas already has his own choice of heart," defended Vishnu's father.

"Don't you, sir, wasn't he the wrong wife yesterday? I don't want to, Dimas is wrong again for the second time" Sapna replied with a sigh.

Dimas was silent at the words of his mother. Dimas did not dare to be frank about the truth of his marriage this time. If they knew, they would be very angry with him.

"Dimas, why don't you introduce us first, so we can get to know him better?" ask Vishnu's father while looking at his nervous son.

"What?! Your future wife is a widow?!" said Sapna mother half-screaming.

Just now Dimas asked, from the outside came the sound of the roar of a motorcycle that had just entered the yard of the house.

Outside, Lilis parked her motorcycle near her brother Dimas's car. Lilis opened the helmet she was wearing slowly. Look at the figure of a beautiful woman with a rather tomboyish appearance. He walked in and said his greetings.

"Assalamualaikum," cried Lilis.

"Wa'alaikum salam, "the three of them answered almost simultaneously.

"Lilis, your greeting is less loud, why not just use speakers," quipped Dimas.

"My handsome brother, tomorrow if you are getting married, I will announce to everyone that my brother is not the weak man they are gossiping about" Lilis said in a reply to Dimas.

"Gossip, what gossip is Lis?" ask Dimas curiously.

"But don't be mad, brother, if I tell you. They say, brother is weak in bed. Can't satisfy Maya. That's why Maya cheated, peace," said Lilis while lifting two fingers.

Dimas was seen holding back the anger of hearing Lilis' words. His eyes looked red and his teeth rattled against each other.

"Lilis, can't you just shut up. Don't make your brother angry" said the father.

"Your sister is getting married again. So there is no need to hear the words of people who do not like our family" continued the mother.

"Is it true that Dimas is getting married again? Who is my sister-in-law? What's the guy like? You know dong sis?" lilis's questions were long-lost while pulling her brother's arm spoiled.

"We don't have time to introduce each other to our parents. The wedding date was set, I introduced it after we got married," Dimas replied rather nervously.

"Silver this is weird huh, cook no family introduction. Is there anything that Dimas' brother is hiding from us?" tanya Lilis was suspicious.

"So, I'm afraid you won't agree, because he's lacking a lot. So after the new marriage brother feels comfortable introducing him to you," replied Dimas as much as possible to hide the original purpose of this marriage.

"Will she be pregnant with Dimas's child?" ask Lilis who made the atmosphere so quiet.

There was a look of anxiety on the faces of the three loved ones. They looked at each other to hear the words of Dimas which made no sense to them. But they respect Dimas' decision as a grown man.

While Dimas, still have to prepare himself to face his wedding day that will bring him to face a new life. I don't know what life was like after marriage.
