Chapter 18

The Go-car Riana's message arrived at the cafe where Rendra and her best friend were. Riana went inside and looked around, looking for a husband and friends. Didit who saw the arrival of Riana directly waved her hand. Riana also approached the chair in the corner near the window, her third favorite place.

Rendra was unaware of his wife's arrival. He was busy playing the game on his phone. Both of her best friends were happy and left Riana there. Both of them deliberately gave their time to solve their problems.

Riana, who was in front of Rendra, just stared smilingly at the other side of her husband. He kept staring at Rendra like a five-year-old boy playing his favorite toy. Sometimes Rendra complains when he loses his game and Riana laughs at him.

It had been thirty minutes Rendra was still unaware of the whereabouts of his wife in front of him. He is still concentrating on the game on his phone.

“Mas, Ria laper.” Rendra who heard his wife's voice immediately glanced in front of him with shocked eyes. Riana immediately threw a smile as her husband looked at her.

“Since when are you here?” the question is still shocked.

“Half hour ago.” she replied smiling. Rendra looked around looking for her two best friends.

“They have gone home Mas, end of being asked by Mas Rendra anyway,”

“Continue, why are you here?”

“Mas, Laper.” said spoiled Riana, diverting her husband's questions. Rendra immediately called the cafe waiter and Riana ordered food.

Riana kept looking at her husband while smiling. And it managed to make Rendra feel wrong.

“Asaan sag ngeliatin mulu,” he said immediately turned his face facing outside the cafe.

“Mas, Sorry Ria yes! Maybe today Ria has made Mas Rendra feel annoyed.” Rendra immediately looked at his wife who was bowed regretfully.

Rendra pulled his hand and held it. Riana raised her face in shock, as Rendra pulled her hand.

“You know what your mistake was?” ask her in a gentle tone and Riana nodded.

“... So?”

“Sorry! Sir, Mom, here's the order thank you,” a waiter put their order.

“Still yes, Mba.” said Riana.

“So?” back Rendra asked his wife.

“Mas, eat first yu! Laper.” said as he pulled his hand smiling.

Rendra took a deep breath, he obeyed his wife and both enjoyed the food they ordered. After the meal, the two planned to go straight home. Rendra had been waiting for an answer from his wife.

“So, what's your decision?” Rendra started to open her voice while holding the wheel.

“I'll still be working Mas.” Rendra was emotional, slammed the steering wheel to the edge until many car horns sounded for him and there was also an open window of his car berating him. But, Rendra did not care, he continued to look at the wife with a serious and angry face.

Riana did not expect the reaction of her husband. His heart almost stopped so shocked he was, when Rendra slammed the steering wheel.

“So, you really don't believe me that I can support your family?” he said with a high enough tone.

“Mas, I'm not done talking,”

“You mean?”

“I will keep working at home serving my son and husband.” he said with a smile. As soon as Rendra's face reddened, she turned her face away and restrained her smile. Riana smiled looking at her husband.

Arriving home, the two were greeted by a little girl who had woken up from her sleep. As usual, Rendra took Salsa to walk to his family.

“You guys from where? I've cooked a lot of food for you guys, uh you know lunch outside,” complained Ratih. The two looked at each other and smiled.

“Mafin Mas, Ma. Last time, Mas had a little business,”

“Urusan or affair?” the younger brother's seductive manner embarrassed both of them.

The atmosphere was very warm and cheerful. The Wicaksono family were very fortunate to have two angels come to their home. Moreover, Salsa is a warmer for them, because all this time their homes are always quiet with their respective busyness.

Tonight Riana asks her husband for permission to take Salsa to bed with them. Riana misses her son very much, and Rendra agrees. All three were already on top of the mattress under a thick white blanket. As usual, Riana told the story to the child.

“Om, bobo cini?” ask the little girl who is about to step on three years.

“Kok call him Om? Call Dad Rendra.” said Rendra and it makes Riana feel happy.

“Mother, this is Dad?” ask her again to Riana. Riana smilingly nodded in reply while stroking her long hair.

Unexpectedly, Salsa woke up from her sleep and directly climbed on top of Rendra's stomach and hugged her tightly. The little girl expressed her longing for the figure of the father whom she had longed for. Riana who saw him instantly shed her tears.

God, I didn't know that Salsa missed her father all this time.

Rendra smiled, she sat down and warmly welcomed the child's embrace. Salsa did not want to take off her embrace even though it had been seduced by Riana. The little girl kept hugging Rendra until she fell asleep. Rendra also slowly put Salsa to sleep.

“Sorry Mas, so troublesome. I don't know if all this time he really misses the figure of a father,” said Riana while looking at her son. Her tears flowed back, she felt so guilty all along. Rendra pulled his wife's body in his arms.

“I promise I will make you both happy.” he said kissing his wife's forehead.

Mother was right, Riana was an angel. Honey, I promise to make you both happy.
