Widow Kepentok Duda
Gets Aaron's Blessing

Anisa flicked away the blanket covering her legs, got up quickly and sat down while looking at the door. She snorted violently, not expecting that the husband would actually leave her alone in the room.

“He's really going to bless them? Why do I feel like I'm not considered at all here?”

Anisa grumbled, then got off the bed and walked to the door to get out. Anisa walks a bit like a thief even in her own house, of course, too prestige if until Aaron or Farzan find himself out of the room

As she was nearing the dining room, Anisa heard Aaron asking what Sandra was doing, making her finally stop stepping and stand behind the wall that borders the living room with the dining room.

Sandra was quite surprised to hear Aaron's question, then reviewed a smile to cover her surprise.

“After my late husband died, indeed I never thought of getting married. Maybe because I want to focus on caring for my daughter who has little special needs.” Sandra answered Aaron's question.

“Special needs?” Aaron's forehead is finely wrinkled.

Behind the wall, Anisa was still listening to the conversation in the dining room, especially when Sandra was about to discuss Chila—the little girl she met twice.

“There is a problem in his hearing, but it can be overcome using a hearing aid and some therapy.” Sandra explained again.

Aaron nodded his head, it turns out that Sandra's struggle as a widow child is not easy.

They continued to eat, but occasionally interspersed with questions that were thrown from Aaron.

“Then, why do you agree to marry Farzan?” The question is finally thrown, maybe Sandra's answer will determine whether Aaron will give his blessing or not.

Sandra commented smiling at Aaron's question, turning to Farzan who was sitting next to her before looking at her future father-in-law.

“Because Farzan sincerely loves my daughter, there is no happiness I want other than to see my daughter's smile and laughter. Farzan did not see what my status and life like, making us feel comfortable, until I thought to accept his proposal,” Sandra replied with confidence.

Once again getting compliments, of course making Farzan's heart flowery.

Aaron breathed a sigh of relief and reviewed a smile for Sandra, before then saying, “If you guys are really serious about getting married, then Papa will bless your relationship.”

Of course Aaron's answer made Farzan and Sandra so relieved, Farzan immediately thanked him repeatedly as gratitude for getting the blessing of his father.

“Pa, I want to see Mama for a moment,” said Farzan when he finished eating.

“Oh ... go!” Aaron gave permission.

Farzan was willing to go to Anisa's room, while the woman herself immediately fled to the room when she heard Farzan would meet her.

Now in the dining room lived Aaron and Sandra who were finishing their meal. Until Aaron put the cutlery and rub the surface of the lips using a tissue, then looked at Sandra who also just finished eating.

“You definitely know if Farzan's first marriage didn't go well,” Aaron said.

Sandra nodded with a faint smile on her lips.

“I hope, someday you can take good care of it. Don't make her feel disappointed the second time because of a marriage. Farzan is a responsible man, his wishes are simple and I hope you can make it happen,” Harun said expectantly. Now he can only pass the happiness of his son to Sandra.

“I'll do what I can. I'll continue to maintain the mandate that you give, not solely because of Your wishes, because we have agreed to live happily,” Sandra replied with a polite attitude.

Aaron was quite amazed by Sandra's attitude and way of speaking. The woman is older than her son, Aaron believes Sandra can think more maturely in the face of Farzan and their household later.

In Anisa's room, the woman locked the room and looked confused herself. He was not ready to meet Farzan because he might be angry again and unable to control his emotions.

The sound of knocking on the door was heard, Anisa did not answer or open, choosing to sit on the edge of the bed while looking at the door.

“Ma, I know Mama is still mad at me. But rest assured if the decision I take is solely for my happiness, Ma.” Farzan stopped talking, looked at the door and hoped that his mother would open it.

“Tonight I brought Sandra so you could get to know each other, but because Mama was sick so I tried to understand her. Next week, Mr. Gilang's family requested that Papa and Mama come directly to propose Sandra. If Mama can't come, I can't force it either. I say this because I only still appreciate Mama, hopefully Mama does not misunderstand, and sorry if ever hurt Mama.”

Farzan had finished talking, hoping that the mother would come out but his wish was only wishful thinking. He sighed violently, then chose to leave Anisa's room because he did not want to disturb.

Anisa was silent listening to Farzan's words, until she gasped as Farzan mentioned Gilang's name.

“Pak Gilang? Isn't that man ...”
