Widow Kepentok Duda
Not a bad woman

Farzan was in his study as usual. A little busy because of the considerable work, not to mention the development of a development project owned by a private campus held by his company.

“You busy?” Aaron, who was coming to Farzan's office that afternoon, went straight in after knocking on the door.

“Not really, Pa.” Farzan smiled faintly at the arrival of his father.

Farzan invited his father to sit down.

“What's Papa here for? Why don't you ask me to come to Papa's office?” ask Farzan.

“That's okay, Papa was in a meeting outside,” replied Aaron.

Aaron looked at Farzan who seemed not as excited as usual, even the way he talked to him was a little different.

“How is the project we are working on?” ask Aaron.

“All is smooth, I am checking some reports from the project person in charge on location,” replied Farzan.

Aaron nodded, then watched Farzan's palm.

“What has not dried until it must be bandaged continuously?” aaron asked, feeling suspicious because if it was just a scratch, why was it closed so tightly.

“Oh .. fear of getting wet only,” replied Farzan as he was. He was not very respectful with every word of the father, maybe because he was still upset with the discussion last night.

Aaron let out a rough sigh, knowing that his son must still be disappointed with the discussion last night.

“You're still upset about last night's discussion?” ask Aaron to investigate.

“No, what is angry for?” Farzan did not confess even though he was still upset.

“Your mother may just still feel disappointed because of Grisel, so she can't accept your decision right now. Be patient, because you know that your mother is not a bad woman,” said Aaron trying to give understanding to Farzan so as not to hate Anisa.

Farzan looked at Aaron as he spoke, until a question came out of his lips.

“Papa can talk like that as if accepting all my decisions. Does Papa agree that I am in a relationship with a woman I like right now?” asked Farzan with a look of hope that the father understood his feelings at this time.

The middle-aged woman sat down while occasionally looking at the door of the cafe, hoping that the person she was waiting for would arrive soon.

“Val!” Anisa waved her hand as she saw a graceful-looking woman with long hair that was beautifully smoothed.

The woman was wearing fifteen-centimeter heels, her body high with beautiful hips like a violin curve.

“Auntie, sorry I'm late,” said a woman named Valeria. Women who want to be betrothed to Farzan.

“It's okay, Auntie also just arrived,” Anisa replied with a fluffy smile on the lips.

Anisa also invited Valeria to sit down, the two then talked about the activities being done.

“How was your concert?” ask Anisa.

“Very grateful everything is smooth, next week I will go to Italy again to play in one of the music theaters there,” replied Valeria half boasted of being able to travel around the world because of her talent.

“You are indeed very talented, until you can perform abroad.” Anisa unceasingly praised Valeria.

“Val, you still like Farzan, ‘kan?” anisa asked after they were silent for a moment.

“Why does Aunt ask like that?” Valeria looks shy to hear Anisa's question.

Anisa held the palm of Valeria on the table, gently patted the back of the hand of the woman she wanted to be a daughter-in-law, and commented a warm smile to Valeria.

“Your must have told you what Auntie meant to meet you, ‘kan?” ask Anisa.

“Iya,” replied Valeria, “but does Auntie really want me to marry Farzan? Aunty knows that Farzan doesn't like me,”.

Anisa reviewed the smile, then went back to saying, “He used to not care about you because he was with Grisel. Now he ‘kan is divorced, let alone proven if Grisel is not good. If you still like Farzan, Aunty would love you to be Aunt's daughter-in-law. Do you want to marry Farzan even though he's a widower?”

Valeria slightly lowered her head in embarrassment, a faint smile visible on her pretty face.

“If Aunty approves, of course I want.”
