Generation 3: Go to the Office

Atnan came home with a look of annoyance. Elina greeted him at the door. Seeing Elina Atnan just shut up and ignored her. Atnan walked towards the stairs followed by Elina who followed him.

"You've come home" said Elina.

".........."Atnan was silent.

"Let me bring the bag" said Elina to take Atnan's bag.

"Don't you dare touch my things" Atnan said, avoiding Elina's hand that would take her bag.

Elina was silent at her husband's words. Atnan climbed the stairs to the top floor into his room. Elina was confused as to what to do with Atnan.

It's late but Atnan hasn't come down for dinner yet. Food menu that has been served waiters lined up on the table waiting to be eaten.Elina thought to invite Atnan to eat. He went upstairs to Atnan's room.

Yoke..tuk....tuk...

"The waiter's ready for dinner, do you want to eat?"ask Elina.

"......"Atnan was silent in his room.

"Mas...Mas.." said Elina trying to call him.

But Atnan still did not give an answer. Elina went downstairs to eat by herself. A big table and a lot of chairs but only Elina was sitting there eating alone. The food menu that many eat so inedible. After eating Elina was still waiting for Atnan to eat at the table, so Elina fell asleep. The waiter wakes Elina who overslept.

"Miss Elina woke up..wake up.." said the waiter.

"Eh, I fell asleep, what time is Bi now?"ask Elina.

"Four 2 nights Miss Elina" said the waiter.

"Thank you for waking up Bi" Elina said.

Elina went upstairs to her room. He passed the Atnan study. The study room was not closed so Elina saw Atnan was still busy in the room.

"It's late at night Atnan is still busy like, did I make him a warm drink?"elina.

Elina made Atnan a warm ginger drink. He thinks this drink is good for health in addition to making the body warm. Elina entered Atnan's work room. Atnan who was busy paying attention to the work on his laptop did not realize Elina had entered the room. Elina approached Atnan's desk.

"What are you doing here?"atnan asked angrily at Elina who suddenly appeared in front of him.

"I...."Elina surprised.

Because of the shock of the glass containing warm ginger drink that spilled on the table Atnan. Spelled it a lot of important files. Atnan who saw the files was wet, furious at Elina.

"I told you not to take care of my business, you saw this important file get wet, I'd rather you shut up, could you?"Atnan.

"Well, sorry" said Elina.

"Now get out of here" said Atnan.

Elina came out of Atnan's study. Elina who was well-intentioned even looks troublesome Atnan. Elina was very sad to hear Atnan's words. It was as if Elina was a statue that had to be silent and not move much.

Elina went into her room. About a third of the night, Elina prays tahajud. He was thinking and praying.

"God melt my husband's heart, let me heal his wounds. I know he was so hurt that his previous wife left him. Let me fill her heart and make her happy, amen" Elina said in her prayer.

Elina lay in bed, her tears dripping down her eyes. He was long asleep.

Atnan's work was done, he went into the room about to sleep, he saw tears in the corner of Elina's eyes. Atnan approached him and squatted down in front of the sleeping Elina.

"I'm sorry Elina, I can't forget Davina, and I hurt you" Atnan said.

Atnan enveloped Elina and slept lying on the sofa in front of the bed.

Atnan was having breakfast at the table eating in the dining room with the family. Elina, who had just come down, sat down and was about to eat at the table. Atnan stopped eating and left Elina.

"Atnan very fast, sit down for a while with Elina to eat" said Rafka.

"I have a morning meeting Pa" said Atnan.

"At least pay attention to Elina, as Papa did to Mama son" said Azura.

Atnan stopped his steps. He stood back to the dining table.

"I left first everything, assalamu'alaikum" said Atnan

Elina had breakfast with both Atnan's parents at the table. After breakfast Elina tidied up her dining table. When tidying the dining table there was a file left on the table. Elina thinks this must be Atnan's. Elina opened the file, apparently containing a cooperation contract that has not been signed. Elina believes it must be important, she thought about delivering the file to Atnan's company.

Elina asks her personal driver to take her to Atnan's company. When the road was jammed, Elina waited for hours in her car. Elina thought she should deliver the file immediately. He got out of his car and looked for ojeg. Elina ride ojeg to Atnan company. It was raining heavily Elina tried to cover the File with her clothes. Until Atnan's company, Elina rushed up to Atnan's room. He met with Secretary Atnan named Yama.

"I'm sorry, if I could meet President Atnan, I'm his wife" Elina said.

"Okay, Miss Elina please come with me to the room of President Atnan" said Secretary Yama.

Secretary Yama takes Elina to Atnan's room. Elina followed the Secretary into Atnan's room.

"President sorry your wife came looking for you" Secretary Yama said.

Secretaries Yama and Elina entered the room. Atnan who saw Elina remained indifferent and ignored her.

"I'm sorry to leave the President" said Secretary Yama.

Secretary Yama came out of Atnan's room. Atnan and Elina were in the room. Elina tried to talk first.

"I'm here to deliver this file" Elina said, handing over the file.

Atnan took the file without saying anything. He opened the file and checked it. When he checked the file it was wet. Some of the files were damaged by water. Seeing that Atnan was very angry because it contained a cooperation agreement that would be submitted by Atnan's company.

"You see this file getting wet, you know it's important" Atnan said.

"So the file was left at the dinner table, because I felt it was important to you so I drove it here" Elina said.

"Not delivered, I will tell people to take it" Atnan said.

"Sorry" said Elina.

"Get out!"Atnan's orders.

Elina walked out of Atnan's room in great sadness and guilt. Elina felt that whatever she did was always wrong in Atnan's eyes. As Elina was walking, Secretary Yama called out to her.

"Miss Elina wait" said Secretary Yama.

"Yes" said Elina.

"There's something I want to talk about" Secretary Yama said.

Yama's secretary invites Elina to speak at the cafe in front of her company. Elina had no idea what Secretary Yama would talk to her.

"Miss Elina is patient with Atnan, she is" said Secretary Yama.

"......"Elina hush.

Elina wondered why Secretary Yama called Atnan by his name as if they were familiar.

"Me and Atnan are high school and college friends" Secretary Yama said.

"Oooo.." said Elina.

"Atnan is closed and cold to everyone. As I recall she was warm to one person only, that person was the one she loved" Secretary Yama said.

"He was once warm......, the person he loved....?"elina was confused.

"Atnan loved the girl so much that he was willing to do anything for her and even changed his cold attitude. But the girl left Atnan the night of their marriage for no reason. Since then the cold Atnan is getting colder and shut down" Secretary Yama said.

"Who's the girl?"ask Elina.

"His name is Davina, a friend of High School and Atnan College, the three of us used to be together. Atnan was so happy with Davina. It's like Davina is the sun. Davina is a very nice and gentle girl. He's also very smart. But Davina's missing and doesn't know where. Atnan tried to find him for years but could not find him. Davina's moved out of her old house" Secretary Yama said.

"........."Elina hush.

"Miss Elina I know you are a very good person, please be patient with Atnan. I'm sure someday he'll open his heart to you" Secretary Yama said.

"Yes" said Elina.

"I want to see my friend smile again and move on with her life. And I believe in Miss Elina being able to make that happen" Secretary Yama said.

"I will try" Elina said.

Elina actually did not love Atnan either. But because of the good mind of Mr. Rafka, Elina tried to devote her life to Atnan. Maybe that way he can repay all the kindness of Mr. Rafka.
