Egi entered the room also following Gista. He was standing next to Egi's bed across from Gista. Nathan is conscious despite being critical. Nathan takes Egi's hand, he who is short of breath tries to talk to Egi.

"Sir Egi, I take Gista and my children, marry Gista and take care of my children" Nathan stammered as he said.

Gista is pregnant with Nathan's son.

Soon Rafka and Azura arrive at the hospital for their kidney exam, but Nathan is gone. Rafka and Azura break into the ICU room where Nathan is being treated. They approached Gista who was crying.

Azura hugged Gista. He could feel Gista's sadness over Nathan's departure.

Everyone in the room was sad. Especially Gista who was sad until he fainted. Eventually Rafka and Egi take Gista to the inpatient room.

The Red Cambodian Cemetery

Gista sat next to Nathan's headstone with Alifa. They both cried, Egi behind them both held their shoulders. He knows Gista and Alifa's grief over Nathan's departure. Rafka, Azura, Radhitya, Manda, Luna, Arian and Freya were also present at Nathan's funeral. Only Mr. Nathan's parents did not attend the ceremony.

"Gista, Alifa let's go home" said Egi.

Gista and Alifa nodded. They went home with Egi. Now Egi has a responsibility and Nathan's trust in him. He promises to look after Gista and Nathan's children.
