Like Dejavu

Gatot entered the bar and karaoke room, where there had been a case of the murder of one security officer and a female songwriter.

Gatot saw that the forensic team had finished investigating the death of the security guard, then, the medics came and lifted the body of the security officer and placed it on a stretcher.

The medics then immediately brought the bodies of security officers to the ambulance, Gatot continued to walk. He went into the room of the karaoke room, where there was a dead body of a song-guiding woman inside.

Gatot went inside the karaoke room, there were already several forensic teams inside who were examining and investigating the death of the song guide woman.

Gatot stood by the body of the song guide, he looked at the face of the dead woman, Gatot then remembered the incident 18 years ago.

The same thing happened in the past, where he was also assigned to investigate the murder of a songwriter woman who ended up trapping Gavlin as the killer.

Gatot observed the wound on the body of the song guide woman, he sighed, one forensic officer stood up and approached Gatot.

"From the wounds found, all showed the same characteristics of murder as other victims" said Forensic Officer.

"The culprit, Jafar, who is set to be the current serial killer?" gatot.

"Yes. Only difference is, this woman was not taken the money, maybe she was killed for fighting or rejecting the perpetrator, and security officers were killed for trying to arrest her." Forensics Officer explained.

"Yes, already. Find other evidence." Gatot said.

"Good." replied the Forensic Officer.

Then Forensic Officers again examined the body of the song guide woman who was lying on the floor and had become a corpse.

Moments later, a Police Officer from the Police Investigation team brought 3 female song guides who were witnesses of the murder.

"Report, Sir. These are, witness witnesses." Police Investigator told Gatot.

Gatot then approached the three female songwriters who stood in line before him.

"You know what did?" ask Gatot.

The three women did not answer, they nodded, assuring simultaneously.

"Can you explain and tell me the beginning of it, until your friend gets killed?" gatoth asked, with his serious face.

"At first the four of us accompanied the performer as a guest, the perpetrator was heavily drunk, and asked us to dance and sing, with the promise of a lot of tip money" explained one of the female song guides named Shiren.

"Continue?" ask Gatot.

"Our friend Karina, who was killed dancing on the lap of the perpetrator, suddenly hugged Karina, and as if she wanted to kiss him, Karina thrashed and refused" Shiren said.

"Lantas, the Perpetrator was angry, he took a knife from his waist, then threatened us, for fear, the three of us immediately ran out, Karina stayed inside here." obviously Shiren again with his scared face.

"So, you see, when your friend Karina was murdered?" ask Gatot.

"No, because we ran out, we just know, the perpetrator came out of here in a blood-stained shirt, and he killed the security guard!" shiren.

Gatot was then silent for a moment, then, on taking a piece of photo from his pocket, Gatot then showed the photo in his hand to Shiren, the woman who explains the chronology of the incident.

"Is this the guy?" ask Gatot.

Gatot showed Jafar's photo, Shiren saw Jafar's photo, his two friends also saw, they shook their heads together.

"No. The people are different." explains Shiren.

"Different?" ask Gatot.

Gatot was surprised, because, from the results of the investigation he and the team had been determined as a serial killer, Jafar, because the motives and characteristics and ways to kill him are the same as the victim who has been found and in the autopsy.

Likewise with Karina, the songwriting woman who is currently dead was killed in a karaoke room, the characteristics of her murder are the same as those in the victim's death.

"Can you explain the character traits of the person?" ask Gatot.

"Hair curls, a bit long shoulder to shoulder, he has a mustache, his cheeks are chubby and his face is round oval" Shiren explained.

"Pake a silver pendant necklace with initials 'J' !" Add a female songwriter, who is standing next to Shiren.

"Initial 'J' ? Hm...Definitely Jafar!" Bathin Gatot speaking.

The three female songbirds nodded, and they immediately walked out of the karaoke room.

"Try looking for cctv footage around this bar and karaoke building! Who knows if the assailant's face was clearly recorded!" gatot told Police Investigator.

"Well, sir." said Police Investigator.

He immediately went out of the karaoke room leaving Gatot.

Officers of the forensic team finished their task of examining the dead body of Karina, the songwriting lady, and they also finished looking for evidence and traces inside the karaoke room.

"We will continue the investigation by autopsying the body later" said Forensic Officer Gatot.

"Yes, let me know the end result later" said Gatot.

"Good." replied the Forensic Team Officer.

Then, Forensics Team came out of the karaoke room, Gatot stood in the room, he then observed the entire karaoke room.

"As Dejavu, the events of 18 years ago are repeated, exactly the same, and I am as I used to be, standing here, in a karaoke room!" gatot said, speaking to himself.

Then, he sighed, and then, he walked out of the karaoke room.

The next day, Gatot is seen observing cctv footage taken from the bar and karaoke building. With a serious face, Gatot looked at the monitor.

In the monitor screen, he saw clearly, the figure of the perpetrator whose exact same character was described to him. In the cctv footage, it appears that the perpetrator killed the security officer who was about to arrest him.

Gatot repeated the picture when the Perpetrator killed the Security Officer, he slowed down the scene of the image, in the careful look on the face of the perpetrator.

Then, Gatot mempause/stop a moment of cctv recording images, and he enlarged the image of the Perpetrator, Gatot noticed the face of the Perpetrator.

The characteristics are the same, Curly hair, mustache and oval round face, different from the figure of Jafar. Gatot breathed.

"True said the girl, her features were in accordance with the one described, but, why isn't she Jafar? Who's she?" gatot said, think hard.

Gatot continues to observe the face of the Perpetrator recorded in the cctv recording, he thinks hard, wants to find out, who is the figure in the cctv recording.

"If Jafar wasn't the culprit, why would the way to kill him be the same as Jafar? Is he Jafar's accomplice?" gatot said thinking.

Gatot then turned off the cctv recording image and pulled the flash disk from the laptop, then he turned off the monitor.

Gatot then came out of the room, he returned to his study.

Just as he was sitting on his desk chair, an Investigative Police Officer came up to him.

"Report, Sir!" police Officer Investigator said.

"Yes, how?" gatoth asked, with a serious face.

"From the fingerprints found from the liquor bottle bottle and on the seat of the karaoke room chair, it's been revealed the culprit sir!" obviously Police Officers Investigators.

"Who?!" tanya Gatot, with a curious and curious face.

"Jafar, Sir. It's the same thing, Jafar, the serial killer!" police Officers Investigators.

"Jafaar?!!" Gatot was shocked.

Gatot then fell silent, he seemed to be thinking hard for a moment, he then nodded his head, Gatot agreed with the opinion of Police Investigators.

"It looks like your analysis has a point !" gatot.

Gatot then took out a flash disk containing cctv footage from the drawer of his desk and gave it to Police Investigators.

"Let's take a picture of the Perpetrator on the cctv tape on that flash disk, then, spread the picture, let people see it! That way, we've narrowed Jafar's wiggle room if he's really in disguise!" gatot, with his serious face.

"Good, Sir. I'll work on it soon!" police Officer Investigator said.

Gatot nodded, assuring him, and then, the Investigative Police Officer left Gatot with a flash disk of cctv footage at the scene of the murder.

Gatot looked still thinking hard sitting on his desk chair, his face looked very furious.

"Jafar, where are you?!" Gatot murmured, thinking hard.

Then, Gatot also stood up from his seat on his desk, then, he immediately walked out of his study while carrying the files of the murder case in Jafar, which he did, in the file there is also a case of the murder of a female songwriter.

Outside the police station building, Gatot rushed to his car, then, at the front door of the car, then, Gatot immediately entered his car.

Gatot starts the engine, wears a seatbelt, and then runs the car.

The car then walked, leaving the police building.

Gatot's face looked furious and angry while driving his car, he was angry at Jafar, who suddenly appeared and circulated again, however, turned into a serial killer.

It was clear in the face of Gatot, that he wanted to capture and put Jafar into prison, so that, no more victims of Jafar murder.
