Two Faced Princess

Two Faced Princess
Chapter 25's

For the first time in his life Uriel felt at peace after he decided to throw everything away.

Eat three times a day. Soft mattress hairy goose.Place next to the mattress for bathing. These things were things he had never gotten before.

Most importantly, the food here is delicious. The menu is always balanced like the delicious food he ate yesterday. The turkey meat was perfectly roasted, the crispy bread was still warm as if it had just been taken out of the oven, and the fresh fruits seemed to melt in its mouth.

He had never eaten food like this before. And not only is the food delicious amazing but the cutlery is also beautifully arranged. Even if these foods were poisoned, Uriel would still eat them.

Because there was nothing to occupy his mind or body, Uriel was bored. But the girl was still on her mind.

His voice was calm and gentle. His pale face was full of ridicule but implied a hint of sadness on his countenance. The slightly raised eyebrows looked at him low. Sharp eyes gushed as if peering at his soul.

The girl who interrogated like an adult turned out to be younger than him. The image of the strange girl deepened in his mind.

On the sixth day, the girl showed up..

kriett….

The door slowly opened and Apollonia stepped in. Apollonia stopped in front of the barrier holding Uriel, took a chair, and sat down facing the barrier. Apollonia hinted at the boy leaning against the wall to sit in front of her.

This was the first time they had faced each other after that night.

The boy in front of him was thinner than he remembered. His height makes him look older but his look still exudes a soft feeling. His sharpness strengthened the good looks of his face.

After a few days of rest his face looked healthier and the wound on his shoulder was getting better.

“It looks like you ate well”

The boy sat on his bed staring at Apollonia. Uriel was silent. Apollonia realizes it must be uslit for Uriel to determine how to speak to Apollonia.

“What's your name?”

The boy remained silent. Uriel just tilted her head slightly and smiled faintly.

“It's okay if you don't want to answer but I'm here to deliver the news.” Apollonia stared into Uriel's blue eyes. The news He was about to deliver was quite crucial but He could not read his opponent's reaction.

“Safiro is dead.”

“….Are you sure?”

Apollonia opened the conscious photo sheet. When Uriel saw the photo of the middle-aged man her eyes widened.

“Safiro is an expert in disguise, only a few people know his real face. I don't even know where He lives and only know a little bit of his appearance.”

Apollonia folded back her photo and leaned her body towards Uriel.

“But the person in this photo died yesterday. I'm sure you recognize him as Safiro” Apollonia said before Uriel could interrupt.

“You approached me right after the banquet ended. Means you and your teacher are already in the capital using a fake identity.”

“…”

“So I found out about a murder case in the last three days. There were three murders and one of those murders the culprit was not arrested.”

Uriel's eyes widened to show his surprise.

“Your master, not I mean your Teacher ... is gone.”

Apollonia pulled another shiny object from her chest. It was an animal fang that was made into a necklace. If you look closer it will look a little bloodstain.

“I took from the scene. You recognized him for sure. I'm sure.”

Apollonia throws the necklace into Uriel's lap. Uriel reluctantly picked it up and examined it.

“... Ah so.”

Apollonia thinks Uriel's gonna look emotional. Angry, sad, or a combination of both? But He laughed bitterly and threw the necklace to the end of his bed.

“Soever?”

“For what do I expect the peace of a jerk who lives happily above the suffering of others?”
