" The patient is actually okay physically but mentally it looks like the patient will experience trauma actually what happened?" 

Because this concerns his patient the doctor also asked the problem that occurred although not in detail at least he should know especially with the situation of Adelia as it is today and plus he did not know why like very interested in the problem overwritten by Adelia may be Jiwan instinct as a human being called let alone know the fact that the patient is a widow is very very concerned he thought.

Bude Ayu feels that tomorrow this house will definitely not be okay, there must be someone who intends evil to destroy the house after the late Adam, so Bude Ayu rushed to bring the two children Adelia even though he himself did not know where these two children would be taken temporarily he could not stay beside them.

" Poor family" he said in his heart. Then he saw Adelia's two children coming back. 

There was one thing that made the doctor very interested in one of his children Adelia, the doctor approached Fatih and observed the face inside.

" It's very similar" he said, then stroked Fatih's head gently. Bude Ayu just silently watched.

This male doctor was very handsome, he also looked so young. Bude Ayu looked at the name written on his identification tag that was stamped Alvin. 

" Where will these children live?" Ask the doctor Alvin who still caresses Fatih's head. 

" Maybe for tonight I will accompany them to spend the night in this hospital. But I don't know tomorrow, because I have to work. And if I take it to my house, I'm not sure of their safety" bude Ayu said sadly. 

" I hope Adelia gets well soon, pity them especially her kids no one's looking after." 

Doctor Alvin looked back at the face of Fatih who was sound asleep as if feeling very comfortable with the elusan in his head. 

" Sleeping here is very uncomfortable for them, if you just move me to my room, there is a patient bed and also a shopa so that they and also the mother can sleep well there," haggard doctor Alvin sincere.

" It was very troublesome for the doctor, maybe here alone should be," refused bude Ayu. 

" It's okay, pity they're so uncomfortable sleeping in a hard chair like this. Let's take them to my room, not far from here," forced doctor Alvin and even himself had raised the body Fatih prepared to bring him into his room. 

" Thank you, Doc." Bude Ayu feels very grateful for the kindness of doctor Alvin. He wakes Nazwa up to move to Alvin's doctor's office so he can sleep more comfortably. Maybe he still does not sleep in a state of sitting in a waiting chair, but children who are still very small will certainly be very uncomfortable for them. 

Arriving in the room of doctor Alvin, Bude Ayu saw that Fatih had been placed in the patient's bed. He smiled faintly as the boy could move freely. 

" Will his brother sleep next to his sister?" Ask doctor Alvin to Nazwa who is confused about his situation. 

Doctor Alvin nodded, fortunately the day was so late that he was no longer a patient and could lend his room to the children of Adelia and Bude Ayu. The doctor was very sorry when this hour was the time for him to go home but he could not die his room so that doctor Alvin Alvin was doing his duty and intended to spend the night in the hospital. 

Adelia is still unconscious in the ICU.

" Hopefully the police can arrest rt sir because it has slandered Adelia to this extent," Bude Ayu murmured in his heart really hope if rt sir get the reward. 

In the morning Adelia was still unconscious too, this really made Bude Ayu so sad and very worried. Moreover, he had to work, but he really did not have the heart to leave Nazwa and Fatih in the hospital alone without anyone watching. 

" O Allah what should I do? Work can't stay, neither can these two poor kids. May you soon heal Adelia, O God, pity them." 

Nazwa just woke up from his sleep, he looked around where he was. Nazwa forgot that he was in the hospital. 

" Where is this?" He asked Bude Ayu.

" At the hospital, did Nazwa not remember?" Bude Ayu asked, wanting to laugh.

" How come we can be in the hospital? Why is this hospital Bude?" Nazwa asked, not knowing his mother's condition.

" Mother is being cared for here baby, you and Fatih are sintering huh. Don't forget to pray for your mother to get well soon." Bude Ayu said briefly while rubbing her head gently.

" Mother is sick?" Nazwa asked innocently, bude Ayu just nodded while giving a smile. 

Nazwa was silent as he looked ahead with a blank look, not knowing what he was thinking. Bude Ayu only noticed it. 

" Assalamualaikum." Doctor Alvin came, he had two plastic bags in his hand.

" This I brought breakfast, let's eat first must be Nazwa very hungry right." 

And it turns out that the contents are packets of rice for breakfast, doctor Alvin accidentally went out and bought breakfast for his two children Adelia did not forget Bude Ayu. Doctor Alvin was very kind and considerate.

" God, you're so nice Doc. Thank you very much" said Bude Ayu very moved. The truth is now the stomach of hunger, it is not prestige to refuse bude Ayu sustenance to open the rice package. 

" Let's eat, we'll be hungry." Nazwa. 

" Wait here for a second, bude wake up Fatih first."

When Bude Ayu got up from the teno sitting and went to the room of doctor Alvin to build Fatih, the doctor Alvin sat beside Nazwa and smiled at him.
