Chapter 73. Aqila's Suspicion

Aqila walked over to her seated papa. When the girl was right in front of her Papa, the man looked a little shocked. The man thought Aqila would not return, as her daughter was still heartbroken at Viona.

"Why is Papa here, isn't papa working?" aqila asked with a frown. The girl still did not understand, since when was her father so close to the Viona family.

"I forgot when Papa was close to Viona?" Aqila asked back.

Joan looked nervous. Find the right answer. He did not want his son to be mistaken.

"It's Aqila, why is that all your questions. Don't you see how sad Mother Marni is right now. You even ask something unimportant. I don't think there's anything wrong with Papa looking so familiar with Marni's mother, because she's your best friend's mother!"

Aqila did not expect her Papa to answer like that. As if blaming himself. What's wrong with him asking that. Because all this time he had never seen his father chat with Marni's mother. Different from what he saw.

"How's Viona doing, Doc? ask Joan.

"Sorry, Sir. Me and the team of doctors have tried, but all we leave to the One Above. At this moment Viona had regained consciousness. He called out the name Aqila. Maybe there's something he wants to say."

Hearing her name called, Aqila advanced. Stop right in front of the doctor.

"I am Aqila, Doc" said Aqila.

"Can I go in alone with my girlfriend, Doc?" ask Aqila.

"Please. But no more than two people.

"Thank you, Doc," said Aqila.
