Transmigration to become a Legendary Witch

Transmigration to become a Legendary Witch
Disappointment

As Yuki got closer to his final destination, which was the majestic adventurer headquarters, his gaze was fixed on that towering building. Prior to entering the base, Yuki chose to leave the carriage to be safe and avoid possible theft. In doing that preparation, he took the Soul Sucker scythe from the inventory of the horse carriage carefully, making sure no one saw it.

With steady and confident steps, Yuki got off the horse carriage and approached the attendant on duty at the entrance. The attendant looked at Yuki with respect and curiosity, then said, "Welcome, sir. Is there anything I can help you with?"

Yuki looked at the attendant with a resolutely dignified attitude like a noble yet with a flat expression. "I want to leave this horse carriage for a while, so that I can enter the adventurer base more calmly. Can you help me?"

The officer replied kindly and enthusiastically, "Surely, sir. We have a safe and well-maintained parking space for your vehicle. Please hand over control of the horse carriage to me, and we will take good care of it."

Yuki gave the carriage control confidently to the officer on duty, believing that his carriage would be placed safely. After which, tightly holding onto the Soul Sucker scythe he had taken from the inventory, Yuki stepped forward towards the entrance of the adventurer headquarters. Tucked inside the scythe was a dark magical power.

With steady and steady steps, Yuki stepped into the majestic adventurer headquarters. The headquarters' doors were wide open, welcoming her arrival gracefully. The atmosphere inside the headquarters was filled with crowds, the sounds of conversations and discussions between the gathered adventurers. Yuki stepped slowly, realizing that all eyes were on him as he entered the headquarters with the dazzling relic scythe.

Everyone around could not ignore Yuki's presence with the Soul Sucker scythe he was carrying. Their gazes were filled with curiosity and awe, as if awed by the aura emanating from Yuki and the magical weapons he wielded. However, Yuki still ignored that attention with a calm demeanor and an unchanging facial expression. He continued on his way to the receptionist of the headquarters, ready to complete his true goal.

As Yuki arrived in front of the female receptionist, the woman greeted him respectfully. He could not help but be charmed by the appearance of the old man, who looked so graceful and powerful like a powerful noble.

"Good day, sir. Is there anything I can help you with?" said the female receptionist in a gentle and polite tone.

Yuki replied firmly but remained polite, "I have completed the quest with my comrade, but unfortunately the fellow died in the quest. Now I want to receive my quest rewards and rank-up promotions." While saying, Yuki showed the sickle relic he was holding, explaining that the scythe was part of the mission he had completed.

Yuki nodded as a sign of understanding while waiting patiently for the female receptionist to finish her task.

Time went by, and five minutes had passed. Yuki began to feel uncomfortable with the length of the confirmation process carried out by the female receptionist. Meanwhile, the woman seemed to have finished and she said softly, "Mr Zephyr, after I checked, I did not find any quest data like the one you described here. Perhaps Lord Zephyr has taken an unofficial quest from our adventurer guild." A gentle smile still emanated on his face as he said those words.

Yuki listened seriously to the words from the female receptionist. His gaze did not change despite the bad news. "i believe I have completed the quest with my comrade. Are there any errors or errors in the recording?"

The female receptionist looked at Yuki with a gentle but slightly doubtful look. "Mr Zephyr, we have strict rules in taking down and acknowledging the completion of the quest. I'll try to find him back to make sure."

Yuki nodded, appreciating the efforts of the female receptionist. He realized that problems could occur in the administration, and hoped for clarity to come. While waiting, Yuki looked around the majestic adventurer headquarters, pondering the journey he had gone through.

Time passed, and a sense of unease was felt more and more for Yuki. It had been fifteen minutes since the receptionist of the woman had gone to look for data.

The female receptionist looked at Yuki with a face full of regret. "Sorry, Mr. Zephyr, but we did not find the quest data as you described earlier. There may be a misunderstanding or it may be that the quest is not listed in the official records of our adventurer guild."

Yuki was disappointed to hear the answer, but kept his composure. "Is there anything I can do to prove the completion of this quest? I brought the sickle relic as proof."

The female receptionist shook her head gently. "I'm sorry, Mr. Zephyr, but without valid evidence and appropriate records, we are unable to provide a prize or a ranking increase. There might be a mistake going on, and I suggest you to speak directly with our adventurer guild leader."
