Yuki was confused since when she had a child. At that time he realized that the person thought Kai was his son. Quickly thinking, Yuki nodded while saying to the man, "Yes, he is my son named Kai. If you need his help, I'll consider your request. However, I need to find out more about your mission and what rewards you offer."

Yuki smiled as she looked at Kai who looked a little awkward. He decides to play the role of Kai's father for the sake of the situation.

"Ah, of course. This child of mine has extraordinary and talented strength. If you need her help, I'm sure she'll be happy to help," Yuki said confidently.

Kai is shocked to hear Yuki calling him his son, but he understands that Yuki is protecting him from an uncomfortable situation. He chose to play the role of a obedient child.

The man replied to Yuki respectfully, "Sir, I lack one person in my team to explore the abandoned mysterious relics. And the reward of the mission is 500 gold coins, which will be divided equally for 5 people to 100 gold pieces per person."

The man introduces himself as Julius, a C+-class adventurer who has undergone several challenging missions. He had a reputation as an expert in exploring ancient ruins.

Julius replied, "They've been waiting at the designated meeting place. We'll join them soon, sir."

Yuki and Julius walked towards the meeting place, passing the crowded streets with other merchants and adventurers. On the sidelines of the journey, Julius recounts some of his exciting experiences in exploring the ruins and fighting against powerful monsters.

After a while, they arrived at a large building that served as a headquarters for adventurers. Inside, As they entered the adventurer headquarters, many eyes glanced at Yuki and Kai. Their unusual presence attracted the attention of other adventurers. Some of them showed admiration, while others looked on with curiosity. Some were skeptical and tried to find out more about them. Yuki and Kai became the center of attention, making the atmosphere at the adventurer headquarters a little tense.Yuki looked at the other Julius team members.

The adventurer team sat around a table, discussing their plans for the next mission. They greeted Yuki and Julius with enthusiasm.

Julius introduces the three members of his team to Yuki and Kai. First, there was a muscular man named Alexander. With a strong body and sharp gaze, Alexander looked like a formidable fighter. He raised his hand in a friendly manner and smiled at Yuki and Kai.

Later, Julius introduces an elven archer woman named Aeri. With her long blonde hair and sharp eyes, Aeri has an alluring elegance. He nodded his head as a sign of greeting to Yuki and Kai, revealing his friendly demeanor.

Yuki also takes the opportunity to introduce himself and Kai to the adventurer team at the headquarters. In a calm but confident voice, Yuki said, "Greetings, children. My name is Zephyr, and next to me is my son, Kai."

Hearing the word "child" spoken by Yuki, some adventurers were surprised. They don't think that Kai is Yuki's son. Their gazes switched from Yuki to Kai with deep astonishment and curiosity.

The woman gives a bracelet to Yuki and Kai. He explained that the bracelet was an identity as an adventurer and also showed their adventurer rank.

Yuki listened carefully and nodded. He said goodbye to the woman, "All right, son. I-i understand. We're leaving now."

The woman smiled looking at the timid Kai and her cheeks flushed red. He said, "Okay, sir. Have fun."

Yuki returns to Julius' table to join his team. He said to them, "It's over signing up, son. So, when can we go?"

Julius replied, "We're ready to go, sir. We're just waiting for you to come."

The other team also welcomed Yuki's arrival happily. Alexander, the muscular man, raised his fist and said, "Welcome, Mr. Zephyr. We are ready to start this adventure!"

Aeri, the elf archer lady, smiled beautifully. "We will take good care of you and your child, Sir. So, don't worry."

Polo, the healer man, nodded and said, "We have different skills, but we will complement each other. Together, we can accomplish this mission."

The entire adventurer team was getting ready to start their journey. They collect gear, examine weapons, and mentally prepare themselves for the challenges to come. Yuki and Kai feel a burning spirit within them, ready to embark on a challenging adventure filled with wonder.

In tension and enthusiasm, they left the adventurer headquarters and stepped into the world that awaited out there. Their mysterious mission and exciting gifts have caught the attention of Yuki and Kai, and now the two of them are with another team of adventurers, ready to explore unspoiled nature and face any obstacles they may encounter.
