Godfather

Adam smiled with a smile all the way, he felt very happy after fighting together with Dharma. He felt that the debate that tends to be childish and unreasonable turned out to be quite fun especially if the opponent was also not inferior to childish.

Hearing that Adam was silent, he did not think that Tamara still wanted him even though he was not a couple. Family was something Adam wanted for a long time. "Tamara says that you want to be Yumna's godfather. So we agreed to put your name behind our daughter's name. So I came here not only to thank you but also to ask you for permission to give your blessing regarding the name."

That statement is completely beyond Adam's expectations. He did not expect Vin would come to him with the initiative to ask permission regarding the use of his name on their little Princess. Adam could see that the man in front of him had no jealousy after learning that a man was close to Tamara, when she was away and not beside him.

"You're his father so why not just use your last name. I'm sure your daughter would love to know that her last name is tucked in your name. Moreover, I am a stranger, aren't you afraid that I will take yours?"

Vin understood what Adam was saying right now. The word belongs to his wife, but Vin believes that no one can take hers from his hands. So Vin doesn't worry about anything Adam says right now.

Hearing this, Adam smiled happily. "Of course, I'd be happy if Yumna used my surname."

"Thank you doctor, then I'll go first. If there's a time maybe we'll meet at dinner at our house someday."

"Of course, I'll wait for an invitation from you guys."

"Yes, you are the godfather of Yumna of course we will often invite you to our little house."

The two shook hands with each other so politely. Afterwards Vin went to Tamara's room and conveyed what he had revealed to Adam.

After the man disappeared from his sight, Adam smiled even wider. He now understands why Tamara still misses him despite having been declared dead for months. Vin is a man who is very confident in his feelings, he believes Tamara will not turn away and he believes in his small family.

This made Adam feel envious, but envy was different from before. Now Adam is envious because he hopes to someday meet a woman who will make him as confident as Vin in the future.

If allowed, maybe Adam will often meet with the man and ask for advice to him in finding a partner. Vin is very good at choosing a wife.

Adam and Tamara's relationship has now been confirmed. He was no longer an ordinary doctor in the eyes of the little family. He is now regarded as a brother of Tamara and also the godfather of Yumna.

Remembering that, Adam was happy. The heartbreak he had felt before had now disappeared somewhere. That sense has been replaced with a sense of pleasure because he has joined a new family.

Adam returned to his room and opened his phone to see the beautiful things for his little daughter. He felt that as a father, he had to give more things to please the princess.

"I became a father" he said with a smile.

For a full day Adam spent with a bright face and a big smile. Though almost everyone in the hospital guessed that Adam had little feelings for Tamara, considering her attention was much higher than in patients in general. But given that Tamara's husband had returned, they thought that Adam would be sad and lonely. But seeing the appearance of Adam so happy makes people speculate that their previous guess is something that is not true. Adam seems to pay more attention to Tamara not because of liking but because of sympathy, given Tamara's tragic and sad life experience. The women who had initially given up on getting Adam before were now back on fire. They are happy to know that Adam still seems to have a chance for them to pursue to be a partner or prospective daughter-in-law.
