The sirens of ambulance cars continued to echo down the road to the hospital. Abhimana clasped his wife's hand in the hand followed by Maya's mother along with her granddaughter Zayn.

"Grandmother will you be okay?" Zayn asked the grandmother with his sad face.

"Grandma doesn't know!" Maya's mother answered only then, because at this time she felt very afraid and worried if her son would be angry with her because of this.

"I have to be like if Abiman asks what really happened." Maya's mother murmured softly, she felt very dizzy thinking about everything.

A feeling of fear now enveloped Maya's mother's heart. "Why would Bella tell me the truth and Abimana take me to jail? Nah! it can't happen, I have to do something." Now Maya's mother starts planning something that won't get her involved in this.

But instead Maya's mother will make Bella look guilty for her own carelessness.

Long waiting for the doctor to finish checking on Bella, Abimana continued to pray that his wife and future children were okay. But doctors came out of the room saying their baby could not be saved.

It was heard directly by Bella who was still lying in the patient's gurney. "No, that's impossible!" Bella screamed hysterically not accepting all the reality that befell her at this time.

"Bella!" Abhimana ran to his wife.

Bella was so devastated by the news of losing her baby, she felt so sad and frustrated. Until Bella finally thought to end her life with a scalpel in the hands of the nurse.

"Bella what are you doing! release her! don't act recklessly." Abimana threw away the knife in his wife's hand and hugged Bella very tightly.

"It's all because of your mother, if only she hadn't pushed me, maybe my baby would still be with me." Bella said in between her sobbing tears that were so bitter. Bella's tired, she's weak she can't keep feeling herself strong, she's great. Bella is just an ordinary human being who can't continue to act like an angel.

"What do you mean?" Abhimana really did not understand what his wife was saying at this time.

"You misunderstood, son, didn't you say you were careful." Maya's mother cried in defense of herself in front of the son, even now she prostrated herself before Bella with a face full of sadness.

"Why have you always hated me mother, what's my fault for you!" Bella screamed out all the anger hidden in her heart.

Bella is very sorry to come back home with her mother-in-law, but the rice has become porridge all is not relived as before.

"I shouldn't have come back to that house! I should have stayed away from your mother she hated me so much for no reason until now I lost our baby-to-be to her!" Bella pulls the collar off her husband's shirt and tries to get back to picking up the scalpel to end her life.

Bella was no longer strong to hold the weight of her heart until she fell unconscious, making Abimana very panicked.

"Bella don't do this, don't scare me." Abhimana held his wife's hand very tightly.

Now the doctors are back to deal with Bella who is traumatized by losing her baby candidate. "Sir please you wait outside you will check the state of the patient thoroughly, please take care of all the procedures." Said the nurse who now pushed Abimana out of the room.

"As for where I can be fine ma'am, I've sinned too much on my wife." Abimana is now sitting on the floor. The shadow of his wife's sad face made his heart hurt by it.

Now the wife's words began to fill her mind. "Mother! did you really push Bella?" Abimana stood up and grabbed her mother's arm to ask for answers.

But Maya's mother shook her head not admitting her mistake to Bella. "Where may be Abi's evil mother, mother doesn't even understand why Bella said that and accuses mother of encouraging her. Mother is also a woman and mother is a mother it is impossible for mother to do such a thing, especially when your wife is pregnant." Maya's mother begins to sob with a sad face, convincing Abiman that she has done nothing as Bella alleged.

Even today Maya's mother feels herself wronged by her son and daughter-in-law. "Sorry Abi, if you've been wrong between the two of you all this time then you better just go." Mother Maya's words put Abimana in a dilemma.

While Zayn just sat quietly not understanding the problems of his parents at this time.

"Mother that's not what I mean but, aghh. We'll talk about this later!" Now Abimana also passed to do the hospital procedure so that his wife quickly handled.

Now that Maya's mother looks at her son's back, which is starting to move away from her sight, Maya's mother feels very anxious that she is afraid that Bella will report this incident to the police.

"No, I don't want to be in jail! I have to convince Abimana." Maya's mother muttered with her hands tightly together.

After a few hours passed now Bella has regained consciousness with a blank look staring straight without blinking a single bit even though her tears continue to flow down her cheeks.

"Bella realize baby, we just let go maybe the baby is not his sustenance." Abhimana said very gently to persuade his wife not to continue thinking about things that have happened and will affect his health.

"It's easy for you to say something like that to me. I lost my baby because of your mother but you didn't do anything to give justice to me and our baby." Inner Bella screamed. Now Bella was screaming hysterically and opened the infusion needle stuck in her arm.

"Aarrhghh.... " Bella kept screaming covering both ears.

Because the strong inner pressure makes her mentally a little disturbed so that Zayn's frightened cry was not heard by Bella.

"Mama! Mama!" Zayn kept shouting to call his mother. Abimana pressed the emergency button to call the doctor.

Zayn climbed into the patient's gurney and hugged her very tightly. "Mom don't cry, mama don't be sad." Said Zayn next to the ear of the mother, making Bella a little softened and feel calm because of her.

"Mom don't cry." Zayn wiped the tears of his mother with his sad face.

"Zayn promised not to leave mom, not to leave me." Bella hugged her son very tightly and full of fear made Abimana and the team of doctors who were there to shed tears seeing how deep Bella's sadness at this time.
