Not Angels

Elma opened her eyes slowly. He looked at Rivan who was still sleeping soundly. The woman realized that she and Rivan had fallen asleep while leaning against a large tree. Both of Elma's eyes widened when she saw that such a steep ravine was in front of them.

At least they make a wrong move they will enter the abyss. When she wanted to stand up Elma looked at the suit that now covered her body. Unwittingly, Rivan has opened his suit and made it as a blanket for Elma.

Seeing that Rivan was still sleeping soundly Elma did not dare to wake the man up. He put Rivan's suit downstairs and walked to the edge of the ravine to see the conditions below.

Rivan woke up. The man immediately ran in pursuit when he saw Elma walking towards the abyss.

"What are you doing? Don't kill yourself! We can definitely get out of this place!" rivan shouted while running.

Elma looked back. "Who would commit suicide? I just want to see the view below. Look down. If we can go down and explore the river below, I'm sure we'll definitely arrive at a village" Elma said with confidence.

"not necessarily. What if at the end of the river there is only a waterfall? Great rivers like these will end up with terrible waterfalls. Come to think of it, this abyss was also very deep. It's hard to go down. Plus you're a woman" Rivan said without looking.

"I'm worried about you right now! Even though you're not a woman, but you don't have the ability to survive in the forest?" ketus Elma. "It's been clear from your attitude since last night. Not that I want to insult you. But from what I see, I can conclude that you are a lousy man! You can only rely on money."

Rivan did not want to deny because what Elma said was true. "Well, come to think of it, I'm afraid to go down. Why don't we just go back to the car? Who knows, we might find a way out of there. I'm sure the people chasing us must have left this forest because they didn't find us last night." Rivan smiled confidently.

"No! I'm sure they're still around this forest."

Rivan looked to the left. Again he felt sure that the person who wanted to capture them had already left the forest. Elma walked over to Rivan. The woman got rid of something that had been on Rivan's hair since.

"What's wrong?" asked Arifan confused. The man looked at Elma's pretty face from such a close distance. Rivan was amazed. He didn't even blink for a few seconds. "Why should I meet a woman this beautiful in a place like this now? If only we had met in a good place, it would not have been what it is today. I'm sure he'll be instantly amazed to see my ability in business" Rivan murmured inwardly.

"There's a caterpillar over your head. If it touches your skin it will be itchy," said Elma. After she manages to remove the caterpillar from Rivan's head, Elma quickly moves away from Rivan's body.

Rivan looked at the caterpillar that was still alive on the ground. Without mercy the man stepped on her to death. "Thank you."

"What has caused you to be in this forest. You said someone kidnapped you. Do you have any idea who's been planning this kidnapping?" Suddenly, Elma became curious and wanted to know a lot about Rivan's life.

"I should have married a woman last night. Maybe the woman already has a lover. Until finally the woman's lover told people to kidnap me so that our marriage failed. But I don't feel sad about failing to marry that woman. Now I've found a woman who fits my criteria." Rivan looked at Elma with a meaningful smile.

"How now? Didn't your family look for you? Aren't you a woman. They must be worried when they find out you're missing."

"They'll be looking for me but don't know when. Now the location that can be used as a place to meet is the house. But we cannot go there because surely the enemy is also on guard around the house. They must be sure I'm going back to that house."

"You know the people who want to arrest you?"

"I don't know. But I do know that they're Daddy's enemy's men. They've been after me for a long time to be a hostage. When they catch me they'll make me a weakness to beat my sister. I don't want to get caught because it's just gonna bother my sister." Elma caught her breath. He hoped this time not to trouble Eren since his sister had just gotten married.

"We must think of a way to always hide from them. Don't get caught!" rivan said excitedly.

Elma nodded. Suddenly they were shocked by a voice. Suddenly, a needle stuck in Elma's hand. And Rivan as well. Elma looked at the needle stuck in her body in shock.

"Wine! They're here!" The woman tried to pull out the needle. But the enemies surrounded them. Not wanting to get hurt, Elma pulled the needle and threw it away.

"This time you will not be able to escape again" said one of the men. Rivan who did not immediately pull the needle out of his skin immediately fainted. The enemy easily caught the man. Elma looked at the river below. He could have jumped to save himself because Elma was a swimmer. But the woman felt pity and did not have the heart to leave Rivan. Their enemies are unpredictable, after all. They could have killed Rivan and Elma would have felt guilty for letting him be miserable because of his own actions.

"Follow with us then you won't do any harm" said one of the men there.

"alright. But there is one condition. Let go of the man and drive him back to the city" Elma said with a defiant look. It was not clear from the woman's eyes that she was frightened.

The enemies seem to be thinking about Elma's request. But indeed Elma's request was not difficult until they finally agreed.

"alright. Now we have to tie your hands so you don't run away again. After you come with us we will immediately take this man and deliver him to the city" replied one of the men.

Elma handed him both hands. This time he had no choice. "I'll think of a way to escape. What matters now is that this guy is fine. Let's hope we don't meet again because you'll always get in trouble if you get close to me" Elma muttered inwardly.

The unconscious Rivan is taken to the car with Elma. The enemies look very happy because they finally managed to capture Elma alive.
