...~Dark Zanir~ viewpoint...
Introduce me Dark Zanir, a magic knight who helped the king. After I got the task of defeating a demon king named Belial I met him. An extremely powerful figure capable of confronting a demon lord by himself, he was me who came from another world.
After his battle with the demon lord, we intend to report to the king but he has another problem to do that is against the angels who came out of nowhere. He and his group let us go and they fought the angels.
In front of the king I reported my report to the king but suddenly me and the others came suddenly with "Gate" magic". They were immediately surrounded by guards because they were considered intruders.
"Who are you?!"
The king shouted loudly to threaten them but instead of being afraid it was just like this other me challenging the king.
"If I say we're good people what does the king believe?"
He said as if he was mocking but I'm sure he didn't mean it that way. The king seemed unhappy with the answer and immediately ordered the guards to imprison them.
"Prisap them."
Gawat, I have to help them. They have helped us in our work. Imprisoning them just because of trivialities is the same as being ungrateful.
"Wait for your majesty."
I have to tell the truth to the king.
"They are the ones who defeated the demon lord and they also came from another world to fetch master Kawaragi and his companions."
Good Chelsea, thank you for helping them.
"Take them off." King Saying.
The guards released the five of them and as the five of them approached, the ride seemed like the king was very surprised because me and White Zanir were very similar in terms of appearance. Well, I can't blame him because I myself was also surprised because he looks so much like me.
"Oi, is this how you thank me?"
What are you doing to the other me?!
White Zanir seemed to be annoyed and pointed at the king with his finger. There was no respect, no manners, he had been disrespectful to the king which made the person in charge of protecting the king who had been standing beside the throne draw his sword.
"Calm down. We didn't mean it that way just that you should have come better." I said to calm the mood.
"If it wasn't for the angels, we wouldn't have come like this either."
"Angel?"
Well, the king didn't know why they meant it because we didn't report about the angels coming.
Many whispered because White Zanir's words were nothing more than a lie. These people had never seen an angel so they would not believe what they had just heard.
"Why are you in such a hurry?" Ask Chelsea.
The rest of me told me about what happened before and I listened to their stories like I heard a joke. But who would have thought that such a stupid thing they really did. The king could hardly believe their story but we who had seen that there were indeed angels who had come to believe their story.
"By the way about us, shouldn't you apologise to us as king?"
Again he provoked the king, did he not have any respect or anything like that for the king? It was as if the title of king or nobleman was nothing in front of him.
The king's right hand, Dominic, was the one who was in charge of protecting and helping the king stare in annoyance. Although it was the king's fault but it should not be that the king who was the supreme leader bowed his head to those who were inferior. However, it seems like this other me doesn't care about it.
In the blink of an eye, White Zanir was already in front of the king. His face was very close and an aura of intimidation came out from Zanir's eyes. The sword swung and slashed at White Zanir's head but it only slashed at the wind. Without them noticing, Zanir was behind Dominic who had just swung his sword.
"Oi, oi. Is this how you apologize?"
With reflex Dominic rotated but his movement immediately stopped because he could not move his body. We were all shocked by the incident. Dominic is a knight who once killed a dragon alone and his abilities are known to the entire kingdom. Yet in front of all of us now he could not move at all like something powerful had been holding him back.
"Calm down, I'm just asking why are you angry?"
"What the... You do?"
"Huh? Look down at you."
A knife stuck in the ground, not it stuck in Dominic's shadow. The blade was coated by magic and tied Dominic's movements. For me who is a magic knight to do such a thing is very unlikely.
"Alright, I'm sorry for the inconvenience."
After thinking for a moment the king bowed and apologized. No one's protesting about it. White Zanir smirked and walked to his friends. The knife that bound the shadow had disappeared and Dominic could move again freely.
"It won't happen if you calm down in the first place."
After that White Zanir and the others gave reports to the king with nothing to hide. The king received the report calmly and understood the situation.
After reporting many things all returned to their respective homes. What I don't understand, though, is...
Why did the other me and his group follow me all the way home?!
"Why is my other self so annoying?"
I tried to be quiet and not care about it but when my family saw us they were in shock, probably because their son suddenly became two.
"Eh ... Welcome then. Please come in."
Without any shame they entered the house as if it was their home.
"Oh, this is fun! I can't believe the couch is so soft."
Glen jumped onto the sofa and lay down like in his own house. Dark's family seemed annoyed to see a stranger coming over without any manners. However, they are more focused on people who are very similar to their children. I don't know since when he has brought a cup of tea and cake while sitting quietly on the sofa with his friend.
He sat down politely and his way of eating and drinking was very elegant as if a high noble was visiting. After taking a sip of his tea he put it on the table then leaned back.
"Sorry to interrupt the time but from now on we will stay with you so please cooperate with him."
As White Zanir said that, a man came up to him in anger.
"You..."
Zanir tilted his head to see the man coming.
"Get out of my house, con man!"
The middle-aged man pointed his fist at White Zanir but it was as if there was an invisible wall that made his punch come to a halt in front of White Zanir's face. The man was confused as to why his punch had suddenly stopped. If it was barrier magic then he would feel a barrier even if it was invisible but he did not feel anything.
"What the fuck?"
The middle-aged man pulled his punch and tried to act calm. While White Zanir smirked seeing the middle-aged man bewildered by his punch that could not hit him.
