Controlling power

"Can you not do that? You sound like a criminal now." Sevira looked unhappy with Zanir.

"Hey, I think you should take a look at this."

Sevira jumps off Sora's head and transforms into a beautiful girl with long brown hair. Just like Zanir. Sevira touched Reiki's palm and her body suddenly shone.

"What?! It's..."

Sevira is shocked to make Sora and Reiki wonder what makes them such expressions.

"It was unexpected..."

"Hey, what's the matter?"

Sora was curious and asked. The expression made by the two of them became a big question.

"Reiki is a god just like us." Answer Sevira.

Sora and Reiki were very surprised to hear the facts uttered by Sevira.

"Eh? What...!?"

"Now that explains the red magic you used back then."

"Despite that, I don't know how to activate this power."

Reiki looked down and felt anxious. His powers he never knew and answered questions about Roy's words. Now, he knew that he was a god but he was nothing more than a weakling.

"Then follow me. I have a way for you to use that power."

Reiki followed Zanir from behind. He walked to a nearby ravine not far from where they were.

Zanir turned around and began to explain about the power possessed by Reiki.

"I'll explain a little about the god Ashura. Ashura is a demigod. He had six arms and possessed immense strength. He used to be just an ordinary human who liked war and fighting but because he was always bathed in blood, he became a terrible figure. He was always reincarnated on the eve of his death and now he's reincarnated into you."

Reiki gulped his saliva from hearing that terrifying story. His expression showed that he was afraid of himself. Zanir continued his explanation.

"His power was able to stop the war alone. That's why he's dubbed the god of war."

"Does this have anything to do with our training?"

"of course. Both his physical strength, defense and other extremely strong were proof he was called a god. You do not understand that power yet. For that I explained that you should understand this power a little so that you can easily control."

All those long explanations make people sleepy however, not for Reiki. He listened well and understood little of Zanir's intentions.

"Now you look into that abyss."

Zanir pointed at the abyss that was near them. Reiki looked down. Only darkness could he see, he could not see the bottom and he was also convinced that this was very deep, if he fell it was likely that he would die in an instant.

"Ashura's strength is being able to control her power so I want you to use that to..."

Zanir spoke and Reiki listened to him without turning his head. When Zanir stops at a sentence that should be important. As Reiki was about to turn his head, he felt something hard on his back.

Zanir had already pushed Reiki with his feet and he had fallen into a deep, dark abyss.

This is a deep abyss, if I don't do something then I will die. I closed my eyes and focused so that the power I used back then but no matter how many times I tried the result was nil.

"What should I do?!!! I'm going to die!!!"

I can't think straight and I'm freaking out. I don't want to die but there's nothing I can do. I don't want to die because I'm not married and have children. I don't want to die at this young age.

"Crawl out of there."

Zanir's words were etched into my head but I don't know how to crawl out of here.

"Ashura's strength is to control her power."

Those words calmed me down a bit and I took a deep breath. I tried not to think about anything else and focused on finding solutions.I closed my eyes and started to concentrate.

Instantly I felt my strength increase and it was like there was a great power flowing through my body.I approached the ravine wall and kicked it. I jumped up and kept doing the same thing so I managed to get close to the top. However, my legs slipped and I fell back. I feel like I'm falling faster than ever. My mind was chaotic and without me realizing I was already at the bottom of the abyss.

I didn't understand why I suddenly fell faster and even I felt like my body was heavy at the time. I felt a tremendous pain all over my body and I think there were some bones in my body broken. I looked up and could not see the sky, like there was a mist blocking my view over the abyss.

"Damn. I'll kill him when I get to the top."

I'm upset with Zanir. He pushed me and made me fall into this deep abyss, he kind of wanted to kill me. I'm sure he's not trying to kill me but he's gone too far. Luckily I was just injured and my life is still there.

"Now, how do I get out of here."

I sat down and rested for a while thinking of how to get out of this horrible place. I can't think of a good way.

Tuk, tuk

I heard something pecking. His voice sounded like someone was biting a bone. I walked closer to that voice. My eyes are now used to this darkness and I can see quite clearly.

His voice became clearer as I approached him. I tried not to make a sound. The closer I stepped on something so that the sound of the knocking disappeared. I covered my face because a flock of birds were attacking my face and they went flying.

I could see bones strewn across the ground. There was the smell of blood and mixed with blood a very unpleasant smell. This smell poked my nose. I'm sure it's a monster similar to a tiger or a lion. He was quite large and felt he was dead about a few years ago.

"Ughs... It's getting disgusting."

At that moment I vomited because I really could not stand the stinging smell. I finished vomiting but this nausea is still felt. I looked at the bone and instantly an idea suddenly popped into my head.

"Although I don't like it but this is the way I can think of."

I took out a bone that looked like a fang and pulled it out. With all my might I stuck the bone into the wall and climbed upwards. It did take a long time but I finally made it to the top.

"You're alive, Rei?"

"Yes." Yeah."

I was breathing heavily and I was very tired.

"Hoi, did you climb with that disgusting thing?"

Zanir looked at me with disdain. He walked over to me who was lying on the ground from exhaustion.

"Yes... That's it."

"This is not the way it is meant!"

He kicked me and I fell back into the abyss.

"Not again!!"
