Chapter 5 Continuing the Journey

“Then you intend to rely on Nation House to save you here?” Zhen Yuan again said. He was not too surprised to hear the power of the Nation House. He thought it would be very strange if the city of Dimitri would stand on its own without the support of a higher power by relying only on the pure power they had.

“Hmph! If you really are not afraid of the Nation House you can try to kill us all here” the mayor feels his confidence rising after seeing the change in Zhen Yuan's expression. According to him Zhen Yuan would retreat after hearing the power of the Nation House or perhaps from Huansen province.

“Is that so? I look scared?” Zhen Yuan laughed. He unleashed his attack. Two balls of water and fire charged towards the mayor and his troops.

The mayor's face hardened, he unleashed his strongest attack. Being the mayor, he was a third layer Mystical cultivator with a mastery of depth until he reached Advanced Yellow. He became a cultivator who was above average, his strength was to be reckoned with. Unfortunately his current opponent was Zhen Yuan.

Although Zhen Yuan's current strength was decreasing due to the portal incident that was not going well, he still had a Mystic technique which when combined with the depth of fire and water reached the peak yellow stage which if combined reached perfect yellow made him not inferior to the mayor would even slightly surpass him.

The blast occurred, the mayor holding his chest which he can now feel some ribs and internal organs broken and bleeding. If not treated quickly it will result in internal injuries that are difficult to heal in the future.

“Sial!” The mayor regretted having withstood the attack from Zhen Yuan. Although he managed to resist his attack but he was forced to suffer injuries. He quickly drained the remaining energy to heal his wound before it got worse.
