Dinner at Vano's

Right now Kania is getting ready to go to her in-laws' house, although she was reluctant to leave, she could not make her in-laws sad because she refused her request to have dinner with the Vano family because she had never visited her in-laws at all.

Kania was ready with his simple appearance he wore a dusty suit with sleeves up to his elbows and trousers.

While the race he wears knee-length short jeans and a short white shirt.

"Let's go," asked Ras who was ready.

"Come on," Kania replied nodding her head briefly.

Kania picked up the sling bag and put her phone in her bag then walked after Ras who had walked out of their room first.

During the trip Kania and Ras did not make his voice, they just kept quiet because they did not know what to talk about.

They had reached the front gate of the Adhitama house, Ras entered his car when the gate of the house was wide open.

He stopped his car and looked towards Kania who seemed hesitant to get off the car.

He got off first from his car and circled his car then opened the side door where Kania was sitting.

"Come on." Ras extended his hand to Kania.

Kania stared at the hand of the Race a while later she received a helping hand of Ras and grasped it to reduce her nervousness.

Ras and Kania walked hand in hand into the house.

"Mom" called Ras when he entered his parents' house.

"Have you come?" adelia said coming from the kitchen.

"Yes Mom" answered Ras.

"How are you doing, you're okay, right?" adelia asked Ras and Kania.

"We're fine Mom," Ras and Kania said, shaking Adelia in turn.

"Thankfully, now we sit first in the living room while waiting for the others to finish with their affairs," Adelia led Ras and Kania to the living room waiting for other family members.

Ras spontaneously clasped Kania's hand again and Kania did not reject him and let him go.

While walking towards the living room, Ray walked down the stairs seeing Ras and Kania walking together, plus Ras's hand holding Kania's hand, there was a pain in his heart as he still loved Kania.

Ray slowed his pace with a glued look at Kania, and vice versa, Kania looked at Ray for quite a long time, Race who saw that was of course uncomfortable and a little jealous, he clenched his hand on Kania's hand to make Kania aware and immediately turned his gaze in the other direction while continuing to walk.

"Ray you're done cleaning her?" adelia asked making Ray who was originally focused on Kania turn her gaze towards her.

Adelia knew this was definitely not easy, for the three of them, but, they couldn't possibly dodge each other for good because their families would often meet so Adelia wanted them to get used to it from now on.

"It's Mom, '" answered Race briefly.

Kania and Ras sit themselves on a long sofa that is enough for them to sit on, followed by Adelia and Ray sitting in a position not far from Kania and Ras.

No one opened her voice there, Kania looked straight ahead she felt awkward to be there in a room with a man who had filled her days for several months.

"How's Oma doing with Opa? are they okay?" adelia asked to break the silence that was happening in the room.

Actually he already knew that his parents were fine because he always exchanged news with his mother, only that he asked like that so that the atmosphere in the room was not too awkward. Especially seeing Ray who just kept looking towards Kania.

"Oma same Opa is fine Mom," replied Ras.

"Thank God, oh yeah how's your family?" only Adelia on Kania.

"Thank God they are also good Mom, a week ago we also visited Papa's house, for dinner," replied Kania.

"Thank God" answered Adelia.

Vano came into the room along with Zani behind him.

"You have come," said Vano to Kania and Ras, immediately answered a nod of the head by Kania and Ras.

Kania and Ras stood up and immediately greeted Vano in turn.

"We'd better have dinner now because everything is gathered together" Adelia said, nodding her head.

"Everything is good Brother" replied Zani smiling at Kania.

Kania nodded her head and smiled even though it was just a thin smile.

They all sat at the dining table Kania sat in the middle seat, side by side with Ras facing Zani, while Ray sat near Vano opposite Adelia.

Because he did not want to be rated less well by his in-laws Kania took food for Ras to his plate.

"Thank you," said Ras staring at Kania.

Kania simply nodded her head and smiled faintly then she sat down in her chair.

What he did did not escape the attention of everyone who was there, as well as Ray who looked at him with a sad look.

Vano cleared his throat hard enough to wake Ray who did not blink looking at Kania.

As Ray looked towards him, Vano gave a sharp look and slightly shook his head.

Ray only let out a heavy sigh and turned to look at the plate in front of him and tried to eat the food that felt drag as it passed through his throat because it remembered Kania's attention to Ras just now.

Everyone was eating quietly, moreover Kania she did not dare to look in any other direction other than on Ras or on the plate that was still filled with food in front of her.

He was afraid to look at each other with Ray, for some reason at this time he was still really reluctant to look at Ray and look at Ray directly again like that.

He knew that if Ray had been watching him, making him feel really awkward being there, it felt like he wanted to get out of there.

After his dinner was over they decided to chat for a while in the living room.

Ray did not join him permission to his room on the grounds there is a job, while Zani was only there for a while he was also permission to go to his room because there is a duty from the campus.

"Next week is Ray and Tisha's wedding" Vano said as the four of them stayed.

"Where's the show?" tanya Ras looked at his Daddy.

"At Dimas' house, Dimas wanted his show to be held there" Vano replied.

"Why not stay at the hotel?" ask Ras.

"Ray doesn't want the show to be too much, he just wants a simple marriage" Adelia explained.

"What about Tisha? doesn't she want a fancy wedding?" ask Ras.

"Tisha is the same, she wants a simple marriage" Adelia replied.

"What time does the show start?" ask Ras.

"The words of his qabulus are still morning" replied Vano.

Ras just nodded his head while Kania only listened to the conversation and they continued the conversation to another conversation until the time was getting night.

Ras said goodbye to his parents, Ras and Kania went home to their house.

Again they were just silent and just busy with their respective thoughts, Kania stared blankly at the road in front of her.

"Are you still expecting to be with Ray?" race's question with a cold tone made Kania flinch from her daydream.

Kania looked towards Ras who did not see her at all, she just focused on looking towards the street in front of her.
