The Young Guardians of the Heart
Chapter 22. I'll Watch You

#Every living person will die someday, every healthy human being will experience pain later and every coming will go too#

Nadia went back and forth in front of the ER room without stopping and once her eyes glanced towards the door, hoping for a doctor or nurse to appear there to confirm her uncle's state. An hour later the door rang open from the inside, a middle-aged male doctor with glasses perched at the base of his nose accompanied by a female nurse who was still seen by the girl.

“The family of the patient on behalf of Mr. Bagas,” said the nurse who immediately made Nadia rush to the doctor with the nurse, “I am her family, Doc. I am his nephew. How's my condition now, Doc?” asked Nadia with a face that still looks pale due to excessive anxiety.

The doctor sighed for a moment before answering a question from Nadia, “Sorry, we are already doing our best for the patient. However, even though the patient has passed the critical period but the patient's condition is currently still in a coma.” The middle-aged man patted Nadia's shoulders softly which seemed to smother her mouth in disbelief.

“Gak .. om can not possibly be in a coma, Doc .. om already promised to be with me until big and successful. No! Om Bagas can not be in a coma,” ragged Nadia shook her head several times feeling unable to accept the reality that befell Bagas at this time.

Ferdi squinted his eyes and then tried to rub Nadia's back, providing the support he could do now because that was all he was capable of at the moment.

“You must calm Nadia not like this, Bagas will not like it if you see you sad,” comfort Ferdi who feels confused to do what.

Nadia shook her head and looked at the doctor again.

“Sa-till you-when om I'll be in a coma like that, Doc? Will Bagas be able to heal again? He won't do anything, will he?” The teenage girl again shed tears that had not stopped wetting her cheeks.

How could he have lived without his uncle who had replaced his mother's duties since she died, even the man became a supporter and also reached out to hold her to the future but now Bagas is like an undead breathing with the help of paramedics.

“I as the doctor who examined your uncle's body can not be sure until when the patient will depend on medical equipment unless there is a miracle from Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala who will open his eyes. Then excuse me first,” said the doctor smiled and passed away.

Nadia's body immediately felt limp for a moment until it almost collapsed if Ferdi did not immediately catch her.

The girl needs a backrest at this time to forget that Ferdi is not who he is except a moment ago officially became the pretend lover of the CEO. Ferdi's heart felt throbbing pain like it was sliced into pain, listening to Nadia's voice that sobbed so pitifully. The adult man rubbed Nadia's back gently as her eyes were also joined to listen

“You are not alone, Nadia, I will always take care of you,” he said while still gently rubbing the woman's back until it felt Nadia's head was helpless.

“Nadia! Wake up, Nadia, you don't be like this!” Ferdi immediately panicked when the teenage girl was silent without responding, finally with a quick motion the handsome CEO barged into the ER room while shouting for help, he said, lay Nadia in one of the hospital gurneys right next to Bagas' body which was being prepared to be moved to the ICU room.

“Suster, please Nadia, it seems like she was too shocked to hear the doctor's explanation,” he told the nurse who had also accompanied the doctor to explain about Bagas' current condition.

“Mas her calm aja, your boyfriend will definitely be fine,” said the sister made Ferdi's heart even kelimungan karuan.

‘Pacar? Am I still considered worthy of being the girlfriend of this innocent girl? Jeez, my brain is erring!’ rutuknya who had thought unclear when precarious as now.

The nurse thought that Ferdi was Nadia's boyfriend because she saw that they had strengthened each other by hugging tightly, so who was wrong with such a prediction?

“The patient's blood pressure decreases dramatically until 80/70, but the patient will quickly wake up,” was obviously the nurse who deftly started to attach the infusion needle in one of the pulse points of the girl who was still faithfully closing her eyes.

“Don't stay with Nadia, Om Bagas. Nadia is afraid to live alone ..” igau Nadia who is able to make Ferdi's eyelids water again.

“Nadia, I'm here, you're not alone. I will always take care of you until Bagas opens his eyes, ” softly by grasping Nadia's hand and pulling the fingers until they stick to his lips, without even realizing he has changed his own call from me to me.
