The Young Guardians of the Heart

The Young Guardians of the Heart
Chapters 1. Funeral

Grey clouds accompany the departure of the woman who has given birth to Nadia Humaira to her final resting place. The mourners who had taken the body of the beloved mother began to leave the public cemetery area, let alone see the weather that soon seemed to be raining.

Nadia was still sitting on the ground with her hands moving above her mother's belly button, grasping the ground that still looked red with various flowers that adorned her mother's grave. Friends and teachers who had conveyed sadness, also grieving and condolences began to leave the girl who was still staring at the mound of the long bed of her beloved mother.

“Nadia, let's go home and get ready to leave this village because om only get three days off!” Bagas held the shoulder of his nephew who is currently orphaned after his older sister followed the husband who first left his nephew to the afterlife.

Nadia is still shaking with tears straight without pause since knowing her mother is no longer alive, precisely a few hours ago in the area public hospital. He felt he had become alone without anyone else even though Bagas was his real uncle, aka the younger brother of his mother but the sadness and a piece of kara was still lingering in his soul.

“Later every year we will come here for the pilgrimage to the graves of your father and mother, but now we better go home because soon it looks like it will rain, it will fall,” take Bagas back to grab the niece's hand and bring her up.

Bagas never thought that he would eventually become the guardian of his nephew, even though he still loves his only brother who finally left behind a teenage girl who must be guarded. Can Bagas be a replacement for his own nephew's parents who had been living separately from him? This means Bagas must get used to it because he is the only one left behind as the biological family of a Nadia.

Nadia turned her head to see the black clouds that were still trying to delay the rain, maybe Nature also understood how lara he was experiencing at this time. He already has no one else except his uncle alone named Bagas Saputra — the birth sister of his beloved mother, Bagas Saputra, even soon he will be brought to the city of Jakarta for his survival and education. That was what he could catch from the words of his uncle.

“Mandah first, after that you eat and rest, tomorrow morning we leave for the airport to Jakarta!” tell Bagas while gently wiping the black mane braided by two of his beloved nephews.

“Do you want to help take off her braid?” tanya Bagas was full of affection and began to open intertwined manes.

“No need, Om. Nadia herself, thanks because Om can come and meet before mom goes forever,” said with a small tweet with poke.

Bagas could only sink the niece's face into his arms. He also felt very devastated by the sudden departure of his brother and made him as a guardian for Nadia, leaving the teenage girl.

‘Om will provide the highest possible education as what my sister has done to me first! O promise to love you like a sister who loves you!’ murmured Bagas in his heart while still standing at the door of his nephew's room who was seen still sad with tears that always wet his cheeks.

Bagas walked towards the kitchen to open the refrigerator to find something that could be cooked for his dinner later with Nadia. The man had been living alone for a long time and could already do anything without the help of others. All of that happened because Bagas had been studying in the city of Jakarta until he was successful and able to buy his own house even though it was not as luxurious as most of his office friends, but at least all the results of his efforts are also thanks to the services of his older sister during this time.
