The Wier Pibimitu 2100
Chapter 22 - Cruise

The dawn has arrived. The sun was still covered, but the fishermen were ready to sail. The commotion created from the preparation awakens the sleeping Arvus and Hudge on the porch of their home, side by side with a tray made up of plates from their former dishes last night.

Yawning, Hudge awakens. Stretched his body slowly, looking towards the noisy voice.

"Arvus, wake up" said Hudge, still sleepy, shaking Arvus' body with one hand.

"Five more minutes .." replied Arvus.

"This child .." chirped Hudge with a flat face looking at Arvus.

Hudge, who knew that Arvus would be difficult to wake up, gave up and went to check on the noise.

"Oh, Hudge. Good morning" said a small woman with twintail hair.

"A-ah, yes .. good morning," said Hudge who was surprised to a little jolted back. Hudge then fell silent, trying to figure out who the figure before her was.

"I'm the sister of Cherrima, my name is Eida" the woman said with a friendly smile.

The fairy of love had shot her bow, penetrating right in Hudge's heart. The fine red face of boiling water could not be hidden. Nervous, making Hudge look like a shy little kid on stage. Eida laughs at Hudge's misdeeds.

"Dear, Hudge! If you've made out come here!" liva shouted with a wave of his hand.

"BE-MACHINING?! WH-WHO'S HAVING A TASTE? YEAH, RIGHT?" hudge shouted with a reddened face while shaking his hands to the right and left, giving a sign that he was not making out.

Eida blushed in embarrassment, making Hudge's expected answer turn into a wish.

"b-a ... PARDON ME!" hudge shouted permission to say goodbye to Eida who then immediately ran to Liva's place.

Eida laughed a little. She was so happy to have successfully teased Hudge.

"You ... lest he break his heart, yea .." there came a very cold voice. Anyone who heard it instantly knew that the relaxed voice had an aura that seemed to say "You hurt him, then don't expect you to be able to live a quiet life".

"A-ah, you must be Hudge's best friend, Arvus!" said Eida who turned around and tried to smile kindly like closing her eyes.

"You know, your smile reminds me of someone. I don't know who you are, but I'm warning you of one thing .." said Arvus, who opened Eida's eyes. "If your smile is fake, I will make a permanent smile on your face."

Tang!

"Arvus! You can't say that to a pretty girl!" liva hit Arvus on the head with a baseball bat.

"Y-yes .." answered Arvus by stroking his head. Eida laughed nervously. "So, what are you doing?" ask Arvus.

"Ah, we are doing two preparations" Liva replied.

"Two?"

"Yes, the first is the preparation to go sailing. And the second preparation is the preparation of the distribution of the catch!" answer Liva who is always cheerful.

"Oh .. So, which one will Hudge and I go with?"

"If that, depending on the old man, .. Just try asking him," replied Liva by pointing at Hastam. Arvus looked towards Hastam and walked towards Hastam.

After Arvus was far enough away, Liva whispered to Eida. "Even if you're fellow players, don't equate yourself with him." Liva's words made Eida a little surprised.

"Who-you mean?"

"I don't know about Hudge, but 'she. I can't confirm what it is yet, but there's something different about her." Liva put on a serious face that Eida had not even seen since he came to the fishing village.

"Ba-baik .. I will remember your advice ...."

***

When the time has shown at seven o'clock, a ship is ready to sail. A modern ship that can float on the ground even fly up to a height of 1200 meters. The ship has a glass half-spherical shape that covers half of the top of the ship. The remaining half consists of a small deck (surrounding the ship) that is enough for two people to pass simultaneously, bow, and bow, and a ship bridge with a pentagonal prism shape that sticks directly to the glass half ball. The ship has a length of 500 meters, a width of 65 meters, and a peak height of 55 meters.

The ship is modern so it does not need a chimney anymore. On the ship there are three large doors on the right, left, and belakanag ship.

Arvus and Hudge who had just seen it, were amazed. And a question came to their minds. Where does this come from ...?

"Ekhem, to Arvus and Hudge. Again, Arvus and Hudge please meet the wise chief on the bridge. Once again .." said Hastam through a loudspeaker that appeared out of nowhere.

Arvus and Hudge walk into the ship through a large door on the open side of the ship. Broad, is the first word that comes to their minds when they see how big the ship is from the inside. It was so vast that it seemed to fall into a bottomless abyss.

"Arvus and Hudge, right? Go up" said a man with a black bandana with a white skull on his head. The man rode on a blue-white forklift that could light up in the dark.

Arvus and Hudge nodded their heads and climbed onto a forklift that could be boarded by up to four people.

"I introduce, my name is Ordigo. A Pugnator," said a friendly man dressed in black with a focus on driving.

"My name is Hudge, and this is my best friend, Arvus," Hudge said kindly.

Friend, yes .. Inner Arvus smiled faintly.

"Ohoho .. so you are two players who have been friends for a long time .." said Ordigo.

"No, we've only known for about two weeks" Hudge replied.

Ordigo was slightly surprised to hear Hudge's reply. "Now two weeks' notice? What kind of journey have you been through that has made you call him 'friend'?"

"Ah .." said Hudge who was then pensive. Arvus squinted his eyes at the declining corners of his lips, looking at the fishermen who were busy arranging and preparing in the boat.

Shit, shit, shit! Stupid, really stupid! You're such a fool, Ordigo! What kind of questions have you asked?! inner Ordigo who started to sweat coldly. His hand trembled slightly, his focus began to fade.

The forklift stopped in front of a ladder.

"Yes, thank you, Mr. Ordigo," Hudge replied with a bow.

"There is no need to wear 'master', just Ordigo" said Ordigo shyly.

"Well, once again we say thank you" Hudge said.

Hudge turned around and walked up the stairs. Meanwhile, Arvus glanced back at Ordigo. Ordigo gulped, thinking back to his question.

"W-did anyone miss?" ask Ordigo.

"Yes." Yeah."

Arvus' cold answer made Ordigo tremble. However, he still tried to smile to hide it. "W-what's missing? Let me get it."

"Thank you from me." Arvus bent down. He straightened up again and turned after Hudge.

Ordigo was slightly surprised at Arvus and Hudge's attitude. He did not expect that there was still a 'cream order' of a Player, let alone a young one.

"If all the Players were like them .." said Ordigo softly with a smile looking at Arvus and Hudge from a distance. "Oh, yeah! I still have to work!"

Arvus and Hudge have arrived at the door of the captain's room. Hudge knocked on the door and heard the answer "Come in". The door opens and a stunning view freezes the views of Arvus and Hudge.

Hundreds of buttons are lined up in a very elaborate way, six of them neatly arranged with two in front; two on the left; and two on the right. There is also a main seat that is the seat of Hastam.

"Ohoho, are you amazed?" said Hastam with a little bragging and teasing Arvus and Hudge. "Come here, I want to give you something."

Arvus and Hudge walked slowly towards Hastam while stealing glances to the right and left. The scenery they could usually see in a robot-themed anime, now "real" was in front of them.

"Wear this on your left chest, this is a sign that you are a fisherman." Hastam offered two nametags with the words "Arvus" and "Hudge".

Hudge accepted it and gave the one that read "Arvus" to Arvus. Both of them wear the nametag by just sticking it. The nametag is like a magnet attached firmly to iron. When the nametag was attached, Arvus' Verada and Hudge instantly shook. Both of them immediately checked their own Verada.

A notification said that they had officially become a fisherman. This was proven when they checked their status. In the Job section, it says "Fisherman".

"Alright, allow me as the boss of them to welcome your arrival." Hastam stood up and looked a serious face that he had never shown before to Arvus and Hudge.

"Welcome to the new fishermen. I gave you one warning. Being a fisherman is not an easy job. The risks you will bear, the difficulties you will face, will be far beyond your expectations. By using the nametag, it means you are willing to accept all risks in the future.

"And because of your courage, I SAY WELCOME."

Arvus and Hudge were silent. Both of them were shocked, only able to put on an expression of disbelief with what they had just seen.

"A-ah, yes .. thank you, Boss ..." Hudge said.

Hastam persimmon heard the call from Hudge. Boss, yes ... finally ... finally someone wants to call me 'boss'! his inner.

"Sir, it's time" said a bespectacled, well-dressed woman standing near one of the cockpit seats.

"Alright, sound the departure sign!"

A loud alarm of signs sounded, echoing all over the ship. The workers and fishermen immediately accelerated their work.

"Arvus, Hudge .. as a new member, I give you the honor to say it" said Hastam.

Say what ...? arvus and Hudge. As they were perplexed at the proud behavior of a Hastam, the bespectacled woman who was already sitting waved her hands at Arvus and Hudge. He then showed me a tablet that read "Lift the Anchor!"

Arvus glanced at Hudge, and vice versa. They feel ashamed if they have to say that. However, the face full of pride of Hastam's self made them not feel good about not saying it.

"L-Lift ..." said Hudge and Arvus. "L-Lift the Anchor ...."

"Lift the Anchor accepted!" answer the five people sitting in the cockpit firmly and compactly.

The anchor lifted, making the ship slightly sway.

The writing on the tablet turned into "Start the Engine!"

Arvus and Hudge became even more moody and embarrassed. "S-Start the E-Engine ...."

"Start the Engine accepted!"

The engine of the ship is ignited, quite buffering the ears at first. However, the voice slowly became quiet.

The rewrite turned into "And Let the Ocean See!"

The last writing is quite confusing and surprised Arvus and Hudge. "And Let the Ocean See." Both of them said this without hesitation and embarrassment.

"Sail without limits, search for the ends of the oceans, and find the lost! The fishermen ... we're leaving!" said Hastam eagerly and embrace Arvus and Hudge.
