"Ekem, as you requested, I've put together a job opening that you and Hudge can take" Wilhem said.
A few hours earlier, Arvus had asked Wilhem to give him a list of job vacancies that he and Hudge could work on.
"I don't recommend being someone who fights. Especially considering your level is far behind" said Wilhem.
Upon hearing the advice of Wilhem, Arvus perused them one by one. Stratiotis, the highest-paying job. Being a security officer under the direct supervision of the State Security Organization, Asfarea. This work was the same as that carried by the cream-spirited soldiers and Larius.
Agnos, is a free worker with a salary depending on how much effort is done. The more "Quest" is taken and implemented, the more the payment obtained will be more. An Agnos can create or merge into a "Guild". Guilds were divided into two, the one that obeyed the government (Guild) and the one that rebelled (Guildar).
Other jobs include fisherman, janitor, waiter, freight forwarder, and border guard.
"Wilhem," call Arvus while holding two sheets. "How much of a level do you recommend being able to 'survive' as an Agnos?"
Wilhem held his chin, thought for a moment, then replied. "If you want to just survive .. level 15 may be enough. But if you want to be able to survive .. I suggest at least level 30."
Arvus received a suggestion from Wilhem; put back one of the sheets he held.
"Then, I choose this one," Arvus lifted the sheet he still held.
"Servant, yes .. hm .. I honestly don't really know what this job is and I never know anything about it ..." wilhem said by staring at the sheet held by Arvus while thinking hard.
"And you recommended it to me ...?" arvus said with a dense aura.
"Y-yes .. right .. yes .." said Wilhem who tried to avoid Arvus's question.
"Interesting, I'll take this job" Arvus said with a grin.
"I'll take that job, too."
The voice that suddenly appeared made Arvus and Wilhem slightly surprised. Simultaneously, they looked back and saw Hudge who had woken up from her sleep.
"Are you sure? There are still plenty of options here. And remember ... This world is different from our world. 'This 'Fisherman' is very suspicious" Arvus told Hudge.
"No problem .. I have a skill that seems useful .." Hudge replied by reading the vacancy sheet.
The corner of Arvus' lips lifted slightly. "Alright, we'll take the job. Please take care of the rest" said Arvus, who then rolled himself on the mattress and immediately prone.
"Did? Me? Why don't you .." said Wilhem who was a little unaccepted. A slitting voice suddenly sounded. "Have you slept?!"
Hudge chuckled. "Doctor Wilhem, can you teach me how to sign up?"
Proud of himself, pulling and justifying his suit and shirt, Wilhem replied, "Give it to me!"
Moments later ...the two sat close together on the floor with eyes focused on the Vereda screen intently.
"So click this one .." said Wilhem. Hudge nodded and obeyed Wilhem's orders. "Then click this one .." said Wilhem. Hudge nodded back. "Well, just stick your fingerprints in this box." Hudge gaped and nodded her head.
"Done!" wilhem said furiously raising both of his hands.
Hudge just fell silent, even tend to be engrossed in playing her Verada. "Working time from this hour to this .. then start work from the date .. hm ... required equipment ...."
I ... be stirred .. Inner Wilhem that sculpt. A few moments later, he relaxed his shoulders and sighed.
"Anu, Doctor Wilhem .." Call Hudge. Hudge's call made Wilhem excited again. He twisted his body quickly and immediately replied with a slight shout, "Yes?!" and sparkling eyes.
"Can I borrow some money?"
. . .
A few hours later, when Arvus awoke, the three gathered at a table where Wilhem used to talk to patients.
"So how much did you borrow from Wilhem?" ask Arvus.
"Not much, just 100 Genia," Hudge replied.
"Hm ... Why don't you squeeze more?" said Arvus with crossed hands.
They talk about my money as if I were just their tool .. Do they not remember who helped them? Don't they know what it is to return the favor? Are they ... the inner Wilhem upset while typing.
"Doctor Wilhem," call Hudge.
"Yes?" wilhem answered kindly as if he were in a flower garden.
"Can you take us to this place?" hudge asked by showing him a map of where he and Arvus would work.
... Now I'm a driver, yeah ...? wilhem with a blank look.
***
Shortly after they had a conversation, Arvus and Hudge decided to go out looking for supplies. After being told the place and address of the trusted cheap goods by Wilhem, both immediately rushed even though the road was still a little staggering.
"Be careful, don't push yourself, just take a break" Wilhem said, seeing Arvus and Hudge colliding on the doorstep.
Wilhem seemed to be jolted. His eyes widened, as if he was looking at two people he had just saved fighting for their future.
"Take it easy, Doc. We don't want to bother you much longer" Hudge said with a straight forward look.
Wilhem lowered his head; moved to hear Hudge's words. He even removed his glasses, closed both eyes using his left hand, trying to hold back tears.
"He why?" whispered Arvus with a little wonder.
"Come on," Hudge replied.
"Did you say something?"
"So I just said 'we'll be back',"
"The strange doctor ..."
The two walked away in an increasingly stable condition, leaving Wilhem with all his imagination.
Arriving in front of the hospital, the heat of the sun instantly stung their bodies. The temperature difference in the room with outdoors, making the throat Arvus and Hudge immediately feel dry. Fighting thirst, the two straightened up and walked in the direction of the map to the place recommended by Wilhem.
"Hudge, why can't these people get hot? I mean, in the middle of a dense city especially in an arid world, how can they not be overheated?" ask Arvus.
Both stopped at a road crossing. Waiting for the lights to turn green, Hudge replied, "Take a look at their backs."
Arvus watched one by one the backs of every person he could see. He thought for a while and then realized there was one thing in common. "What's that standout?"
"It was a device attached to the inside of the shirt, precisely facing directly to the back," replied Hudge who then showed her Verada.
Eiga, a vertical elongated rectangular tool with a height of 6 cm and a width of 4 cm. Has cavities depending on the version, price, and model. Has a standard price vulnerability between 100G to 5000G.
"5000G for such a small tool?!" said the surprised Arvus.
Arvus and Hudge cross the street.
"Yes .. but the tool is very useful. For ordinary people maybe a hundred-two hundred is enough, but if the work is outside, for example, the risk of being slammed is high, yes ... 5000 Genia is the price equivalent to its quality."-Seeing the store-"Ah pamphlet, we've arrived," Hudge said by pointing to the store pamphlet.
"Inspectory ...?" arvus said with a slight tilt of his head to the side.
