The storm does not always come. There will always be sunshine after the storm is over. There will be rainbows after the rain stops. And there will be light after dark comes.
After Rahman returned home from the hospital, his condition improved quickly. For a month he did not work at all. Ms. Dira let him recuperate completely at home. Ms. Dira temporarily replaced her in the office.
Rahman really enjoyed his time with his family at home. Although the wound on his body still hurt, he enjoyed it. He was really spoiled towards Nurul. Especially during the day, when Miss Dira is at the office and Al goes to school. He turned into a big, very spoiled baby.
As of today, Rahman began to learn to hold Hilya, his little daughter. Because all this time, he still did not dare to carry his daughter. He only hugged and accompanied Hilya as she lay on her bed. The wound on his shoulder had not healed completely, he had not been allowed to lift anything.
Rahman desperately wanted to carry his daughter, so he consulted his doctor. And the doctor allows it with a note, it should not be too long. Rahman was very happy.
"Darling, please help me carry Hilya!" Pinta Rahman when Nurul finished eating and returned to his room.
"Mas sure? How's the wound?" Tanya Nurul was worried.
"Udah can be dear. I asked the doctor, just not for long." Rahman answered excitedly.
Nurul smiled too. He then held Hilya who was asleep in the baby box. Take her to the sofa and slowly hand her over to Rahman's sling. Rahman tried to make Hilya comfortable.
Hilya slightly piqued her sleep. He squirms in Rahman's sling.
"Dear, how is this?" Rahman was a little confused.
"Calm Mas, let Hilya be comfortable! A little in the teemang mas, swayed slowly his sling." suggested Nurul who had been sitting next to Rahman.
Rahman did what Nurul said. Hilya started to calm down. He fell asleep again in Rahman's arms. Rahman smiled happily. Nurul was no less happy.
"Darling, your nose is done, isn't it?" ask Rahman.
"Here you are, why?"
"Would you not go on a honeymoon?"
"Honeymoon?" Nurul asked in confusion.
"Dear, we haven't had a honeymoon since we got married."
"We've been married for almost a year, and there's even Hilya now."
"Why, honey?"
"Wouldn't it be that honeymoon after the wedding, Mas? We've been married for almost a year."
"Who said the honeymoon should be after the wedding?" Sindir Rahman's.
"There is no Mas. But if in the movies or in the novels Mas, if the newlywed couple just got married, they keep on honeymoon." Answer Nurul plain.
"You're a darling, a victim of movie and novel stories."
"What's wrong, Mom?"
"Honeymoon is the goal so that we are closer, get to know each other and, "Rahman stopped his sentence.
"And what is it?"
Rahman whispered in Nurul's ear. "And more intimate."
Nurul raised his eyes. He swallowed his saliva with great difficulty. His heart is beating fast. His blood rippled profusely.
"Emang, if the honeymoon is what Mas?"
"Ngapain can. What do you want?"
"Nurul doesn't know Mas. Why is it that honeymoon?"
"You eat all you can." Rahman again whispered in Nurul's ear in a very friendly tone.
The fine hairs on Nurul's body bristled perfectly. His mind drifted far away. He understood what Rahman said.
"Can you at home?"
"Different Sweetheart. Let's have a moment of remembrance, both."
"both? There's Al Hilya."
"I'd like to have romantic memories of you both, baby."
"Then how is Al Hilya Mas?"
"That'll let me take care of you, baby, if you want."
"Hilya was a child. There's no way to leave him."
"So you want to love?"
"If you want to, Nurul just recite the same Mas."
"Thank You, darling."
"Yes, it's." They smile at each other happily.
Hilya squirmed a little. Rahman started to rock her again, but she looked like she was going to cry.
"Here Mas, let Nurul follow first. Maybe Hilya's hungry."
"Yes dear." Rahman handed Hilya over to Nurul. Nurul suckled her immediately.
Rahman looked at his nursing wife closely. Staring at Nurul who was watching Hilya with warmth. His evil thoughts appeared.
"Dear,,"
"Yes Mas," Nurul turned to look at Rahman. Rahman suddenly stood up and knelt right in front of Nurul.
"Hilya dear, can you ask for the nenennya?" said Rahman while stroking the cheek of his daughter who was suckling.
"Darling, I asked for it! Hilya one, Dad one."
"This is nothing at all?" Nurul's cheeks began to blush.
"Can't you, honey? Yes, yes," Rahman looked at Nurul with a clear face.
"Why is his face like that?"
"May ya, now, a little!" Rahman was still whining.
"This one is just there. Hilya just drank this Mas."
"That means if Hilya's done, can you dong?"
"Hilya dear, I don't need to be loved! Just make Hilya everything, all right, honey?" Nurul said while rubbing Hilya's cheek. Rahman also noticed his little daughter who was still busy breastfeeding her mother.
Suddenly Hilya nodded once. Nurul laughed for a moment. "Hhaha, your mother's child's pinter!"
"Hilya dear, don't stingy dong with Daddy!" Rahman was still whining.
"Mas Rahman why the hell?"
"And I want my wife, too!"
"You what?"
"Primic *****!" Rahman replied in a spoiled tone like a child.
"Hhaha, you're like Al if you just spoiled asking for something Mas." Nurul laughs at Rahman's attitude.
"Really darling! Can ya?" Rahman raised his eyebrows.
"Mas Rahman, it's full of Asi Mas, it hurts Mas if full of gini. Let it drink with Hilya first."
"Yes let me just drink, surely abis cepet, will not hurt again. Yes, dear Hilya, the one for Dad, can't you?" Rahman's hand had begun to mischievously touch Nurul's other chest.
"Maaass, sakiit!" Nurul grunted with annoyance because the hands of Rahman began to squeeze his chest.
"What a pain dear?" Rahman asked in disbelief, but his hands continued to play on Nurul's chest.
"Maaassss," Nurul grew angry.
"Dear, yes, hhihi. Sorry," Rahman immediately pulled his hand back.
Rahman then got up from his knees. He then sat back down to the sofa next to Nurul. He changed his seat to face Nurul and raised one leg to the sofa. Then turn Nurul's body slowly so that Nurul turns his back on Rahman. Rahman then pulled Nurul's body from behind to his arms. Nurul only obeyed while still breastfeeding Hilya. They enjoyed the day together.
...****************...
Two months passed. Rahman's little family really enjoyed their days back. Rahman returned to work. For two months, he only worked from home. And will only go to the office if there is a meeting that he must attend.
Rahman was also proficient in helping Nurul take care of Hilya. Nurul does not want to use the services of a nanny, he wants to take care of his own son. Although he was offered by Rahman and Bu Dira, Nurul refused. He reasoned, that he was still able to take care of it without the help of a nanny. And it's true he proved.
Nothing looks weird than usual. Until that night, Nurul awoke from his sleep because of Hilya's crying. Rahman was too. But due to his drowsiness, Rahman fell asleep again when Nurul had calmed Hilya. Rahman glanced at his wall clock, and time showed twelve o'clock at night.
Rahman woke up when he heard the sound of a woman sobbing. He looked next to her, Nurul was not there. There was only her little daughter deep asleep there. He glanced at his wall clock which showed the time at one night.
Rahman immediately got out of bed. He was looking for the source of the sound that woke him up. He walked to his walk-in closet. The door's a little open. Rahman quickly opened the door and saw Nurul sitting on the floor leaning on one of his alma mater. Nurul sat back to the entrance.
His body looks shaky. His head was bowed in. Rahman approached him immediately. He was crouching right next to Nurul. Rahman grabbed Nurul's body and slightly twisted it. The long skirt he was wearing was wet in front of him. The phone Nurul was holding just fell on the floor.
"Why you, baby?" rahman asked in a panic. Rahman immediately hugged Nurul's body tightly.
"Why are you crying? Is anyone sick?"
Nurul still did not answer. The crying became more. His body shook more strongly. That shit's getting louder. Rahman panicked from Nurul's cries.
Rahman let go of his embrace. "Why you, baby? Speak out! Did I hurt you?"
Nurul shook his head slowly. She's still crying.
"Why you, baby?" Rahman grabbed Nurul's chin. Holding Nurul's face so as not to be bowed. His face is so puffy. His eyes and nose were completely red. His face was soaked with tears.
Slowly Rahman rubbed the tears that were still flowing. He hugged his wife's body again. Let him shed his tears. For a while, her crying began to subside. Rahman then let go of his embrace.
Rahman sat on the floor with his wife. He rested his wife's body on his chest. "Why you, baby?"
"Mother', hyx, hyx,"
Deg. Rahman was stunned to hear Nurul's reply. He just remembered, for several months he did not take his wife back to Jogja and visit his mother's navel. Even since Nurul was eight months pregnant.
"Sorry dear, I forgot to take you to visit mom's belly button." Rahman tightened his arms again.
Nurul shook his head. "I'm sorry, honey! Because of my condition, I forgot to take you on a pilgrimage to Mom's grave." Rahman said with regret.
Nurul shook his head again. "Last weekend we went to Jogja with Al and Hilya. Yea?"
Nurul silently did not answer. "Mother', hysteria, hyix," Nurul cried again.
"I'm sorry, baby!" Rahman hugged his wife. He let Nurul cry in his arms again.
Nurul really misses his late mother. He has been feeling longing for his mother for the past two months. She actually wanted to make a pilgrimage, but she realized that her husband was still not fully recovered. He can only hold it. She did not want her husband's health to be disrupted if she had to take him to Jogja.
Nurul always remembered her mother when she saw Hilya. Because he remembered very well, his mother was eager to see her grandson born. But destiny says something else.
Nurul awakens to Hilya's cry. He had just dreamed about his mother. That was why he ended up crying himself after Hilya went back to sleep. He looked at a picture of his mother on his phone.
Nurul cried for a long time in Rahman's arms. Until Rahman did not hear his wife's cries and sobs. His body rested perfectly on Rahman. Rahman slightly changed Nurul's position to lean on one of his arms.
Nurul was exhausted from crying, and eventually fell asleep in her husband's arms. Rahman immediately lifted Nurul's body and carried him to bed. Put it down slowly and then cover it.
"I'm sorry, baby!" Rahman kissed Nurul's forehead and rubbed his head. He also put his body back on the bed. And began to close his eyes while hugging his wife's body from behind.
